“What is that?”
Puzzled, Ling Jiu descended to what might look like a piece of black matter at the bottom of the sandpit.
It was solid with metallic luster, unlike the surrounding yellow sand. Obviously not like a substance belonging to this planet.
Ling Jiu performed a Devourer. As a black hole appeared above his head and devoured the sand in the surroundings, a large part of the black matter was exposed.

It stunned Ling Jiu when the black matter was completely exposed in front of his eyes.
This was a giant black ball with a diameter of over ten kilometers, engraved with mysterious patterns, just like the pattern on a turtle shell.
“Is this a spaceship?”
Ling Jiu muttered to himself. The force of dimensions penetrated and tried to peer through the black sphere to see what was inside.
The most shocking thing to Ling Jiu was, as soon as the force of Dimensions came into contact with the black sphere, a mysterious force bounced it back before it could peer in.
“Like the Leoux, it can actually isolate the peering of the force of dimensions.”
Ling Jiu was surprised. Instead of going in blindly, he contacted Leoux.
A spaceship of an unknown class like this one was likely to be a very terrifying weapon. It was dangerous to attack or even investigate it recklessly.
So he would wait for Leoux to find a way.
He got Leoux online. Leoux did not sit idly by when he was expanding the floating island.

Leoux cut the line. After a while, it came in front of Ling Jiu.
It shocked Leoux to see the black sphere exposed at the bottom of the sandpit.

Leoux nodded slightly, shock filling its eyes. “It’s just because I recognized it, that’s why I am shocked. You are freaking lucky. I can’t believe that I can come across this kind of thing. I really don’t know what to say!”
Ling Jiu scratched his head and became even more curious. “What the hell is this, Leoux?”

For example, electrical energy beings, atomic energy beings, bio-energy beings, and dark bio-energy beings. There are many types that I can’t tell you all about. The Evo-gods are a very peculiar kind of energy beings. The reason they are peculiar is that they belong to the dark psionic beings.”
“The dark psionic beings?” Ling Jiu’s heart skipped a beat. “Dark psionic energy is the energy that makes up the soul. In other words, the Evo-gods are of soul or spiritual body?”
“You are pretty quick-witted!” Leoux exclaimed and nodded. “You guessed it. Evo-gods are indeed of the soul body, without a physical body, but actual beings that exist.”
“I can’t believe that such beings exist.” Ling Jiu was in disbelief. “The reality is unimaginable.”
“Because they are born in the soul form, the research, development, and utilization of souls by the Evo-gods has reached the point where it is the universe’s first. It is not an exaggeration to call them the number one in the universe, that Evo-gods are inborn soul masters.” Leoux could not hide its amazement.
“So sick?” Ling Jiu gasped.
“Yes, they are so sick!” Leoux exclaimed. “Because Evo-gods are of soul, they often have an extremely long-life span. They can have any body—walking into the body of flesh and blood, or machine—as they want. Because souls are so powerful, the Evo-gods can easily control things, including a top-level spacecraft like the Leoux.”

Ling Jiu swallowed hard. “Allowing a soul to grow into a black hole?”
“Yup. A black hole.” Leoux nodded vigorously. “The soul of life is stored in the vast sea of consciousness.”
“The sea of consciousness is like a miniature version of the universe, and the Kindle of the Soul lives in this universe-like sea of consciousness.”
“The goal of the Eight Methods of Black Hole Evolution is to transform a little Kindle of the Soul into something like a black hole.”
“Are there any celestial bodies more terrifying than black holes in the entire universe?”
“There should not be any, I guess?”
Ling Jiu blinked. In his cognition, the most extreme celestial body in the universe was only black holes. The only thing that set different black holes apart was their sizes.
The bigger a black hole is, the more extreme, and of course, the more terrifying it was.

Ling Jiu could not wait. “You should have a way to open this spaceship, right, Leoux?”
“Piece of cake.” Leoux let out a faint smile. “I just checked. This spaceship is not built of high-grade alloy—of super-clustered level civilization at most. Opening it up is easy-peasy.”
“Then what are you waiting for? Do it.”
