Chapter 254: Lock the Void Down, Flower Fairy
The star system next door was rather peculiar. It was a binary star system!
A G star[1] which was similar to the sun, and a white dwarf, [2]which looked like the earth, were the main astronomical objects of this star system.
By exerting gravitational forces upon one another, they orbited around a common center of mass.
The sun that controls the solar system is also a G star, a class of main-sequence stars.
As for this G star, it had a mass of 1.0 to 1.4 times that of the sun.
On the other hand, a white dwarf is a high-density star formed when a G star’s core collapses at the end of its cycle.
“The G star-white dwarf combination is very common for binary star systems in the universe!” Leoux explained, “A few years ago, this star system was composed of two G stars, but one of them burned to the end of life and evolved into a white dwarf. That white dwarf may be small in its size, but its gravity is strong!”

In total, there were eleven planets in this star system. Only three of them were of the white dwarf. These three planets were all gas giants[3]. As for the remaining eight planets, they all revolved around that G star. Leoux was referring to the third planet from the G star.

The two boarded the battleship and soon arrived at the surface of the planet.

Immediately, the Leoux suddenly appeared in the air once it received the order to catch the Insectoid Queen, blocking the sky in an instant.
The little creature dancing among the flowers immediately noticed that something was wrong. Its originally relaxed expression instantly changed. It became cold and fierce.
While it was staring coldly at Leoux, the battleship floating above its head, its whole body exuded a horrible aura. The creature seemed to be ready to launch a thunderous blow at any time.
At the same time, three figures suddenly came out from the lake surrounding the island. They were three giant bugs over a thousand meters long — a giant red ant, giant praying mantis, and giant snakefly.
The three fierce beasts flew to the front of the little creature and stared at Leoux with their cold and violent eyes, protecting the creature behind them.

Leoux suddenly shot a black light and instantly enveloped the Insectoid Queen. It failed to break free despite struggling madly.
The black light emitted by Leoux was not an ordinary beam but a kind of shackle with the ability to imprison and transmit a target.
