Jian has seen the process of refining the Healing pill multiple time and finally he is ready to start refining the pill.
For refining the pill he started to extract the essence of the herbs. For the two star Healing pill you have to extract the essence of fifteen different herbs and all were Two star grade.
Since he has already seen how huge amount of essence can be extracted from the Two star herbs he started very slowly and carefully.
He has already activated Star Gaze and has increased his concentration to Maximum. So he added the first herb when the cauldron reached it's optimum temperature.
Since he had extracted the essence from the herb many times as compared to refine the pill he was not worried about failing.
He was just worried that he would have to handle the huge of amount essence and it will keep increasing as he extracts the essence.
So single spike or drop in temperature could destroy the essence so he would have maintain the temperature with the help of the system.
He slowly started to to extract the essence, as he was extracting the essence he was also controlling the temperature.
He saw the as amount of essence was huge more impurities were also present as compared to one star herbs.
But he didn't had worry about them as he will tempering the essence when all essence of the herbs will be extracted.
Now the impurities that were extracted with essence were in right amount so he continued to extract the essence.
It took him twenty minutes to completely extract the essence from the first herb. He was still shocked seeing the amount of essence present in the cauldron.
It was twice in amount of essence of Peak One Star herb. Now that the essence of the first herb has been extracted, he continued to maintain the temperature and added the second herb.
He adjusted the tempering and focused only on the second herb while maintaining the constant temperature for the extracted essence.
It took him two minutes less to extract the essence of the second herb. He didn't waste time and added the next herb and started extraction.
It only took him fifteen minutes to extract the third herb. Slowly he was getting hang of it and his proficiency was increasing at an astonishing speed.
Each herb he refined it took less time the previous one and his extraction speed was also increasing.
He couldn't understand what was going on but he ignored it and focused on extracting the herbs.
He continued to refine the herbs and the essence kept increasing in the cauldron. But he finally felt fatigued when he refined the eighth herb.
Because the amount of essence is the cauldron kept increasing and he was having trouble controlling it and maintain the temperature of the cauldron.
When he continued to extract the Ninth herb his concentration got disturbed and the whole essence was corrupted.
The first sets of the materials were designed and he has failed on the first try of refining the Healing pills.

Finally he was done extracting essence from all the herbs. Now he was at the last second step for completing the refinement of the pill.
The process was to remove the remaining impurities in the extracted essence and then combine the essence of the herbs.
Jian started to temper the essence and slowly combine them but when he was remove he had trouble because the impurities were lot compact and every time he removed the impurities some essence would also be removed.
While the time he completed the process of the Removing the impurities Jian was able to tell that the most of the essence has been Removed. So he knew that even if he was able to form the pill it would not satisfy the system's conditions.
So he immediately cleared the cauldron and started to recover. Now he has understanding of everything and he not thinking about anything.
He focused on recovering and when he was top in condition and he once again started to process.
It only two one hours and forty minutes to extract all essence from the herbs. Now it was time for main process where he removes the impurities.
While extracting the essence he was very careful so he didn't hesitate and started to temper the extracted essence and remove the impurities.
The process continued for an hour and he felt that only five percent of his Qi is remaining so he he increased his concentration and focused on the process of formation of the pills.
It took him hour to calm down the tempered essence and finally he made the last move and complete the process of pill formation.
He didn't check to see if he was successful. He was exhausted so he recovered bit of his Qi and when he looked in the cauldron he saw three white pills floating.
He was successfully able to refine the two star Healing pills. He immediately used Star Gaze to check.

He was now going to move on to the next pill which is Foundation Strengthening Pill. Since he has gotten the basic behind two star pill refinement after refining the Healing pill, he believed that he would be able to refine other pills quite easily.
So first he decided to rest and completely recover. After completely recovering he told the system to show him the process of refining the Foundation Strengthening Pills.
He started to got through the process of the refining multiple times. He picked out stages where he could make the mistakes and after that he started the process.
He cleared out previously materials and then arranged new sets of materials for the Foundation Strengthening Pill.
While refining this pill he has to worry about the amount of essence and how to handle it because this pill contains twenty different herbs which are all two star herbs so it would be lot harder than the Healing pill but the process will be similar.
After he was done preparing everything he started the process and as he had expected his concentration got disturbed after he extracted the essence from the sixteenth herb.
Due to refining the Healing pill on the first try he was able to extract the essence from the sixteen herbs one by one for the Foundation Strengthening Pill.
So he was unsure in the first try and also in the second try because even though he was able to extract the essence from all twenty herbs he couldn't handle the amount of essence while tempering.
So after failing in first two try he understands that he has to conservatives and maintain the proper balance of control and make no unnecessary efforts while tempering.
Dur to this decision he has successful to refine the Foundation Strengthening Pills on the third try. The pills were yellow is color. He used Star Gaze on them.
After confirming that he was successful he moved on the last pill which was Foundation Establishing Pill.
This pill had the same amount of the herbs for the Foundation Strengthening Pill so Jian was not worried about making more mistakes while refine the pill.
So after seeing the process provided by the system he started refining the pill. He failed on the first try after extracting essence of all twenty herbs.
He made a small mistake during tempering process. So he cleaned the cauldron and after recovering he once again started refining the pill.
