Chapter 89 - Lots of changes has happened in five years
After Juno entered in Young-soo’s life, everything has changed in his life, his life become so colorful and even more meaningful than before. He was properly able to move on from his past relationship with Eunbi. Especially whenever Juno calls him ’appa’ in his cute voice he just forgets about his work pressure and felt so relaxed.
Young-soo takes care of Juno with lots of love and affection as he has promised to the orphanage head and to the baby Juno. He does everything to Juno as much as possible like a mother who takes care of her child, by bathing his son, dressing him up, feeding food, and put him to sleep. Young-soo changed the interior of his room which will be liked by the kids therefore he asked the interior designer to change the room as a colorful one. He allotted a separate room in his house for Juno which was organized with full of indoor playing equipment to play inside the house when Juno felt bored.
Juno was such a sweet child he doesn’t trouble the elders much, and he likes to play along with his father a lot. He got attached to Young-soo and his parents. He was such an understanding child whenever Young-soo goes out for his business trips Juno used to stay with his grandparents in the house without troubling them, and Young-soo speak to him through the video call. Even Mr & Mrs. Lee are also takes care of Juno as their own grandchild, and they love him a lot.
Young-soo spends his free time only with his son Juno, therefore everyday in the evening Young-soo returns back home of his work before 5pm and takes Juno to the park which was the nearest to his house to make Juno to play along with the other kids and socialize with them. Juno was so friendly with the other kids, and enjoys playing along with his friends at the park.
Like that five years have been flown away, and Juno started to go the kindergarten.
Young-soo and Eunbi doesn’t meet each other not even for once in those past five years, both of them were very busy with their individual works. Eunbi was busy with promoting their dairy product to some of the Asian countries; hence she was busy with her business trips, deals, and investments. She doesn’t know that Young-soo has adopted a child, even her family members were not aware about it. In five years the Yoon sisters made dramatic changes in the business and their business become one of the highest profitable companies in the South Korea which they never reach before.
One day Young-soo read the interviews about the success story of the Yoon sisters in the magazines, and he felt so proud of Eunbi.
Young-soo’s PA Jaemin has tied a knot with his long-term girlfriend Da-jung after dating her for five years, and they were leading a happy married life.
Even Gong-joo didn’t meet Young-soo in these past five years. Once Young-soo moved to Seoul after adopting Juno, Gong-joo resigned her job as a front desk employee at Young-soo’s branch hotel at Jeju Island, and started to prepare for the civil servant exam by putting her full effort. As she promised her parents she made her parents proud by getting the government job at the Seoul metro rail corporation as an accountant. Now she was living alone of her own at Seoul.
Juno has never asked about his mother not even for once in the five years, but once he started to go to the kindergarten by seeing the other student’s parents in the school. He asked Young-soo where his mother is and how she looks like.
It was an expected question from Juno but Young-soo never thought that Juno will ask such questions this soon. Young-soo answered him that his mother has gone to work at the foreign country which they couldn’t reach her that easily, and even she can’t come whenever Juno wanted to meet her, it’ll take some years for her to come and meet Juno.
Juno believed his father’s answer and nodded his head in an understanding, however he raise another question by asking Young-soo to show him the picture of her mother to know how she looks like.
Young-soo once again answered him calmly that he doesn’t have any pictures of his mother, but if he finds any of her pictures he’ll show it to him for sure.
