The Ethereal Realm was boundless with its borders. Its three Continents covered landscapes broader than even Noah's old world, this world of fantasy having an ocean existing between the Light and Wild Continent that separated them, and a border being shared by the Dark and Light Continent that Blessed moved across.
Noah was currently in the Imperial Castle- in the area that used to be the King's Throne as he stared at the maps displayed on a tall round table placed in the middle of the hall facing the Throne.
The entire hall that was designed to shine with a gold and purple luster had an extremely oppressive pressure as many Diamond Ranked Blessed were currently kneeling in a line at the entrance of the hall while looking towards Noah's figure!
Annalise and Rose were to his side as they talked with him about the Ethereal Realm and what exactly they would be doing now. They had only been saying words before on how they wanted to tear down the old Rulers and make a better system themselves, and they now had to actually do that as Noah had ridiculously in a short period of time rose to the peak of strength in the Ethereal Realm, all of its experts coming under his feet as he now stood within the center of power of this Realm!
The table before them was filled with papers that Noah and Annalise were going through, listing many things about the distribution of resources, mines, farming areas, factories- it listed many things that someone would have to keep a close look at, Noah shaking his head at all of it as he began to move away from the table and go towards the single purple throne that stood at the most elevated position in the hall.
PA, PA, PA!
His steps were light, but they seemed to resound in the hearts of the two girls that looked towards him and the subjugated Blessed that kneeled even further behind them!
Noah's light steps came to an end as he arrived at the throne, stroking its regality as he then brought his body down and sat on it.

Unseen waves of mana erupted out as a shocking scene played out for the first time in the Ethereal Realm, a truly powerful being taking a seat in the Emperor's Throne as this being currently had the strongest experts of all three Continents under him!
There were many Rulers spread out through many worlds- Rulers that sometimes elevated their kingdoms through their power and wisdom, and other Rulers that caused the downfall of their Kingdoms through their own actions.
The Ethereal Emperor had consolidated power and cast many beings as outcasts when he achieved the rank of Platinum, creating the beginnings of his downfall as after he set off to explore the stars and saw true power outside of it, he fell as his kingdom followed years after!
His own son even tried to end it and he realized he wouldn't be able to obtain it for himself. Now, Noah stood atop the throne that these beings fought for as he wondered, how exactly would he rule?
His cerulean blue eyes glimmered brightly as an overpowering pressure unconsciously released from him.
He knew his identity. He was a transmigrator, not even a native of this world! He had read many stories and experienced a great deal of things himself as he knew his limitations and weaknesses, and also his strengths.
What he was strong at...was playing with the Idle Gaming System and growing overly powerful in a short period of time! It was using his unique mindset as a transmigrator to allow him to utilize the features of this ridiculous System to the fullest, preparing for anything that might come at him!
From Noah's experience, the being that was currently searching for the Ethereal Realm for its High Tier Elemental Rift most likely belonged to some big organization or power that ruled a large region of space, and this organization this being was from most likely had a connection to an even bigger organization that ruled quadrants of the space, and he wouldn't be surprised to know that at the end of it all, there was an even bigger power that influenced the Galaxy he was in that he didn't even know the name of!
He didn't want to take the route that he had read many times before where he goes ahead and defeats a young master, and then he has to defeat the entire family of that young master and all their distant relatives, and then it turns out their family is connected to an ancient family of powerhouses that then become his enemies...he didn't want the never ending cycle of fighting one force after another as they just kept on popping up endlessly!
Even now, he didn't like that he wasn't given a lot of time to enjoy taking over the Ethereal Realm and enjoying his idling time, having to prepare for a coming enemy that was in the rank of PLATINUM or even higher.
Such a progression of events would be broken by him as he truly wanted to be idle!
He wanted to utilize his Idle Gaming System in peace and grow as strong as he could, and maybe after he was stronger than everyone in the whole Galaxy that he didn't even know the name of that he was in- then he would go ahead and crush everyone while rising to the very top. So that he could keep his aspirations of never falling under the control of someone else, ever having his life or death under someone else's wishes. So that nobody threatened his life or the lives of those close to him...
This fantasy world he had transmigrated in would have many surprises for him, but as long as he prepared, there shouldn't be any issues with the System he had on hand!
He raised his head as he held a calm demeanor that even enticed the two girls looking up towards him, Noah speaking more to them than even the Diamond Ranked expert behind as his voice echoed throughout the room.
"We have taken down a Dynasty that has ruled for decades...and we now have to build our own!"

"I know my own strengths...and it is not in kingdom management or overseeing entire continents! But...I do have the subjugated Blessed that used to rule under me, and I have two perfectly capable women that know exactly what needs to be done to make this Realm prosper…"

His words caused the two girls to blush as he then pointed to the Diamond Ranked experts behind them.
"They are here for us to use and command, and when it comes to the resources that wars have been started for…"

Noah waved his hands to his right as a flood of Gold and Silver erupted!
Equipment, skill books, Cores...a fantastical amount of loot flooded out and began covering the entire floor of the hall they were in, rising up above the knees of the two girls and nearly covering the kneeling subjugated Blessed!

Their eyes all looked towards him with intense light, the subjugated Blessed having a light of reverence as they looked at their Master.
"These are only a portion of the Silver and Gold Rank Loot Resources I have, with the ones for Bronze and Iron being enough to drown the entire castle."
RUMBLE
"My reserves alone are higher than even the treasure rooms of the past powers of these continents. So we have the resources that everyone fights for, and we have the strongest experts that we can use to establish order under our feet! It should be no problem to create a dynasty of peace and prosperity, to create a ruling that elevates the happiness of the beings within this Realm and allowing for no bloodshed!"
As Noah spoke and looked at the boundless loot before him, he thought of all the uncountable numbers of Iron, Bronze, Silver, and Gold Rank Dimensional Rifts that were spread across the Ethereal Realm.
He had to make a campaign to clear these rifts and add them to his Idle Gaming System in Idle Mode, gaining an overabundance of Idle Exp as well as a stupendous amount of loot he could choose to pass down to the beings on these lands as he armed them to be capable enough to delve into the rifts with ease themselves!
'That campaign will only come after I taste the Diamond Rift…'
His eyes flashed sharply as he brought himself back to the current situation, staring at Rose and Annalise as he spoke.
"The past Ethereal Princess who knows the Imperial Capital, and my own little sister that is much more capable than even me...will I have your help in running this beautiful little realm to prosperity?"
THRUUM!
Waves of unseen mana erupted out as the two girls looked up at the man on the throne with enticed eyes, where even Noah himself didn't know just what grand of a light he was releasing at this moment!
"Yes!" "Yes!"
The two girls replied with enthusiasm as their bodies trembled with power, Noah nodding towards them as he rose from the throne.
"Command the Diamond Blessed as you wish, addressing any one of them if you want to give commands to the Dark King and Alexander in the Dark and Wild Continents."
"I'll give out resources like these down here for as much as needed, just let me know! For now...I need to delve into the Diamond Rift within this Capital!"

His words reverberated throughout as they represented the true authority of the current Ethereal Realm, of a ruling that would begin on this day and extend to the foreseeable future!
