His work being increased, the 52nd floor of the Tower of Champions took Noah double the time as he only finished taking down the two Elven Rift Bosses after an hour.
The rewards were identical to the ones he obtained on the 51st floor as he gained another 20,000 Silver Upgrade Crystals and 25 GOLD Unit Shards that meant he was only 25 away from having 100 and summoning a random Gold Unit for the first time!

Not through fusion, but through the loot of the Tower as the Unit would be randomized! Noah recalled how even though it had the word 'random', the shards almost always gave Units that related to the Dimensional Beasts of the floors he was clearing. So he wouldn't be surprised if the random gold unit just happened to be an Elven Rift Boss.
"Let's go!"
His vigorous shout rang out as he took the units to delve into the 53rd floor, this time yet another Elven fortress being added as he shockingly faced 3 Gold Ranked Rift Bosses!
The difficulty of the upper floors of the tower was truly elevating rapidly as Noah had to move to quickly assault the first fortress and take down an Elven Rift Boss before the other two combined their forces and came over.
With the Conflagrant Pegasus and Equipment Guardian on the lead, they just barely managed to take down the first Rift Boss before reinforcements from the other 2 Fortress came, a dangerous clash ensuing as without the Potions Noah and his units were chugging, it would have been a truly dangerous battle!
OOOH!
When a single Elven Rift Boss was left on the floor, the Equipment Guardian released a wondrous bellow as with Noah's command, the skill [Equipment Mode] was cast as this GOLD Rift Boss turned into golden lights that descended around Noah.
RUMBLE!
Golden mana gloriously waved about as a gold suit of armor appeared on Noah, his hands holding exquisite battle axes that pulsed with an intense and dangerous light as his figure thundered down on the Rift Boss that was casting multiple scorching balls of flames.
BOOM!
The skills were dispelled as Noah attacked ferociously, the Conflagrant Pegasus coming to aid him on the side as they dominated the battle and took down the Elven Rift Boss soon after.
"Haa…"
Noah enjoyed the brimming feeling of strength with [Equipment Mode] active, his body feeling like it held unending strength! It was short lived as with its high mana consumption, the armament and battle axes faded from his body as the Equipment Guardian returned to his normal form, a spatial light covering everyone as they were teleported out of the tower.
[Rewards for clearing the 53rd Floor] :: [+5,000 Bronze Rank Cores] , [+500 Random Bronze Equipment], [+50,000 BRONZE Rank Unit Upgrade Crystals], [+250 Random BRONZE Rank Unit Shards], [+500 SILVER Rank Cores], [+25 SILVER Rank Equipment], [+20,000 SILVER Rank Unit Upgrade Crystals], [+100 Random SILVER Rank Unit Shards], [+50 Health Potions], [+50 Mana Potions], [+50 Defense Potions], [+50 Attack Potions], [+5 SILVER Rank Skill Books], [+1 Random GOLD Equipment], [+5 GOLD Rank Cores], [+25 Random GOLD Rank Unit Shards].
The last Gold Unit shards were obtained along with another 20,000 Silver Upgrade Crystals, Noah seeing that he had 83,024 out of the 100 thousand he required before yet another Gold Unit could be born!
It meant that today...the number of gold units he held would double as 2 more were coming right up! His shining eyes focused on the 100/100 Random Gold Rank Unit Shards as he gave the command.
"Summon!"
RUMBLE!
The shards disappeared from his Inventory as mana bloomed in front of him, his eyes taking everything in as when the light died down, an enormous figure bloomed in front of his eyes.
HISSS!
A sharp hissing sound erupted out as a serpentine head rose to meet Noah's, its eyes shining with a light of submission as its body towered at 10 meters- that was 5 times the size of a normal human being!
Intense coldness radiated from this creature as frost could be seen from its body, Noah looking over to it in surprise as it truly was random this time around, getting his hands on a creature he had not yet come across!
[Frost Basilisk] :: A creature that enjoys the coldest wastelands as its home, with its body being capable of causing an entire region to change depending on its mood. It's abilities include [Frozen Breath], [Ice Age], [Ice Armor], and [Icy Meteor]
A wondrous new Unit joined his side as Noah read over its details, focusing on its skills as this new unit would prove to be a terrifying one.
Frozen Breath was a powerful area of attack ability that the Basilisk could use to heavily damage and freeze its enemies, while Ice Age powerfully caused an entire specified region to freeze and bloom a frozen glacier!
Ice Armor was its defensive ability that covered its body in a powerful armor, and Ice Meteor was just another powerful offensive ability in its arsenal that called forth a destructive frozen Meteor to form in the skies before thundering down towards its enemy.
A powerful new Unit indeed!
With the addition of this terrifying new GOLD Unit of the Ice element, Noah wasted no time as he dove into the 54th floor of the Tower of Champions.
Within this floor, 4 Eleven Fortress that contained 4 GOLD Rift Bosses met him, where he knew that if he had not added another powerful Rift Boss, this might have been the last floor he would reach before he had to give up and be kicked out of the tower.
Facing 4 Rift Bosses that was equivalent to facing the power of 40 Gold Rank Blessed, Noah and his units chugged potions after potions as the battle only concluded after 2 hours!
But with its finish, identical loot similar to the past floors greeted him as he gained the remaining Silver Rank Unit Upgrade Crystals to fuse another GOLD Unit.
SHAA!
The figures of Noah and his Units were teleported out as Noah clicked his tongue at the increasing difficulty of the Tower, the next level being one that would most likely be three times as harder if not more as it would be the 5th floor since he cleared 50.
His eyes honed in on the Silver Upgrade Crystals as he would only be confident to continue up the tower after he gained another Gold Unit, and even then he was worried! He waved his hands to bring up the Inventory that cleverly organized his potions, cores, skill books, and Units into small separate boxes, his eyes focusing over on the 'Units' boxes that shone with a silver light to indicate Silver Rank Units.
He honed in on the ones that had a golden line that signified their element, choosing two Offensive Light Units for his choice of fusion as his choice was actually...the very same Light Pegasus and the Fiery Light Falcon that produced his first GOLD Unit!
THRUUM!
100,000 Silver Upgrade Crystals disappearing and a gorgeous golden flash of light later, another robust and magnificent figure of a second Conflagrant Pegasus appeared.
Identical to his first Unit!
The already summoned Conflagrant Pegasus turned towards the one that looked exactly like it, Noah smiling brilliantly as he chose to obtain a powerful offensive unit he already had confidence in. If something was broken, why try to change it? If one Conflagrant Pegasus had led him to the victories he had obtained until now, why not two?!
RUMBLE!
Gloriously, Noah stared at the figures of two Conflagrant Pegasi, an Equipment Guardian, and a Frost Basilisk as he had actually managed to stack 4 GOLD Units under him in a short period of time.
He just had 2 more spots he needed to replace with additional GOLD Units before he could have a full stacked team of 6 Gold Rift Bosses!
"Good!"
He couldn't help but commend the power of the Units and his own conviction, his gaze turning towards the building opposite the Tower of Champions as he stared at the pulsing purple light that represented Shattered Aether Plane Dimensional Rifts.
He knew the next floor of the Tower would be exceedingly hard after he barely finished the 54th floor, so he thought back to the Shattered Light Planes Rifts that had relatively weaker enemies that still began at silver, but when he cleared up to the 20th floor...its rewards had stacked up enough to have given him 100,000 Silver Upgrade Crystals!
Between the exceedingly hard 55th floor of the Tower of Champions that Noah could see among its rewards having 50,000 Silver Upgrade Crystals or the Shattered Aether Rifts that he could easily clear and obtain enough Silver Upgrade Crystals to fuse another Unit...the choice was already made as after nearly half a day of diving in the tower, Noah made his way towards the Shattered Aether Planes Dimensional Rifts with 4 GOLD Rift Bosses in tow!
