After he finished his mission of heavily reducing the clear time of the Rifts within Academy City, Noah turned his sight beyond the walls of the city, across the plains where other Cities that were now under the influence of the Dark and Wild Continents lay.
He was currently sitting on top of one of the tallest skyscrapers in Academy City, looking at this fantastical metropolis below him that was going in an entirely different direction because of his actions.
He thought of the parents he had when he transmigrated into this new Realm, and thought of his sister who was the last of his family, as well as the princess everyone thought to be dead!
With his recent actions and what he had planned, he was setting all of them onto a path they had to keep going down in, a path filled with blood where Noah sought complete security and freedom at the end of it.
He didn't want for his life or for the lives of those he cared about to be even capable of being threatened by others, and he never wanted to feel the powerlessness of leaving his fate onto the hands of a stronger being!
This was the reason why continued to get stronger, wanting to make himself the highest authority so that nobody could stand above him and look down upon him like a bug ever again!
Many thoughts crossed his mind as his blue eyes were extremely mesmerizing to look at in the night, his heavy thoughts unconsciously releasing his mental energy as the tendrils of blue light that were the Telekinetic Energy Emissions lit up his figure on top of the skyscraper.
"A city under my control now, and next up is multiple cities…"
He uttered these words softly as he thought of the plans that he and the girls talked about as they moved around the last few hours. For everything he wanted to do, he needed power. At this moment...he had more than enough power for the task ahead so he steeled his resolve as from the edge of the skyscraper, his body jumped off towards the dark city below him!
THRUM!
A flash of gold color covered him while he fell, his body beginning to levitate in the air, closing his eyes as he enjoyed this wondrous feeling of being in the skies.
Then this gold color faded away under his command, his body free-falling again as it came to a stop a second later, levitating once more! But this time, it was due to him controlling his body with the [Matter Manipulation] of the Telekinetic Emperor.
There was only a hit of blue energy covering his body as a smile unconsciously floated on his face while enjoying the wondrous skills he could only access in this new world.
"So be it!"
With firm words being released from him, his figure silently flew across the skies of the city, going towards its walls as he very soon passed over them...and left the City for the first time since his arrival in the Ethereal Realm!
Not too long after, a flash of light took to the skies as it went towards the same direction as him, this being the Golden Commander Stephon that Noah would be taking him on the mission for tonight.
Deep within the City, in a certain villa.
Rose and Annalise watched Stephon's figure flying out as the other Golden Commander of the City was beside them, the body of the Red Berserker talking in a calm tone.
"Our plans are sound. You girls just wait for the good news and prepare to handle managing even more Cities. If everything goes according to plan, it will soon enough be a continent…"

Shocking words were released from the GOLD Blessed through Noah who spoke with Remote Control, the girls adopting extremely serious expressions as they nodded.

Outside the walls of Academy City, Noah enjoyed the feeling of crossing the skies as the windy air was extremely comfortable. Stephon's figure was flying right beside him silently as this subjugated being would occasionally give a reverential look towards his master that was flying without using his gold energy!
After a few minutes, Noah opened his eyes from the enjoyment of flying himself as he waved his hands to call forth a Unit.
WAA!
A golden flash of light later, and the glorious Conflagrant Pegasus appeared as he and Stephon comfortably boarded it.
"Towards City 9 we go."
Noah's words rang out as they were soon drowned out by the shocking speed of the Rift Boss that had begun to shoot across the skies like a bullet train, their direction being towards a subjugated City that had 2 Gold Blessed looking over similar to Academy City!
It was only a bit over 12 miles away, so Noah was able to arrive there in no time while on the back on the wondrous Gold Rift Boss.
They arrived while traveling in the skies as a City appeared below them soon enough, Noah being able to see the twinkling lights that represented a busy nightlife.
City 9 was known to be Plalo City in the past, a huge City where more experienced Blessed flocked to due to its abundance of Bronze Rifts!
Within the City, there were actually 8 Bronze Rifts and only 2 Iron and a single silver one. It was famous due to its overabundance of Bronze Rifts with different varieties, many resources being able to be obtained here.
Many thoughts crossed Noah's mind as he gave a command to the Golden Commander beside him.
"You're up."
RUMBLE!
Stephon followed the command immediately as his body shone bright gold, going towards the city like a twinkling star as he would be able to be seen by anyone there!

Within City 9, there were 2 GOLD Blessed overseeing it, these powerful experts living grandly at the center of the bustling city that held most of the riches and Rifts. On this particular night, both of the golden commanders felt a powerful aura of a Gold Blessed appear in the skies, leaving whatever they were doing behind as they shot forth from the Villas they were staying in.
"Who?!"
The Golden Commander from the Dark Continent had a serious expression as he shouted out while getting ready for battle, knowing the appearance of a GOLD expert this time of the night was a bad sign!
Yet before his body could explode with powerful offensive skills, he saw the ashen expression of a Blessed he knew being the one gloriously showing his aura in the skies!
"Stephon?!"
The Blessed from the Dark Continent looked forward in shock as Stephon came towards him and the other Gold expert from the wild continent, his expression serious as he was talking before he even arrived.
"Brother Rickat! An emergency has occurred in the city I'm looking over, and I had to fly to the nearest place I could find help. Please, come in haste!"
After saying these words with an earnest and panicked expression, Stephon shot back into the skies towards the direction of Academy City as the Blessed called Rickat could only look forward exasperatedly.
Couldn't he give more information before flying out?!
"Commander Oden, please help me oversee things here, I'll go see what's up." Rickat spoke towards the Gold Blessed from the Wild Continent who looked at this scene with confusion, his body already following the trail of Stephon as two gold lights left the city.
The Commander from the Wild Continent only watched this scene carefully before he returned into the city!

In the dark skies, Rickat's body flew out at high speeds as he chased after Stephon, his voice constantly ringing out to call this being. Yet Stephon had a look of haste as he continued to rush out, the figures of these two beings flying an entire mile away from City 9.
It was only then that Stephon stopped in the skies, Rickat sighing out of anger as just when he was about to ask this fellow commander what was wrong, he saw that his face had gone utterly blank without a smidge of emotion present!
A bad feeling crept up in his heart, but he wouldn't get to entertain such a feeling as in the next instant, a terrifying force of gold smashed into him like a speeding train, the impact so horrendous that his figure fell from the skies and smashed onto the cold earth below!
BOOM!
Rickat wheezed out as blood sprayed from his lips, his eyes barely able to catch the glimpse of a terrifying Conflagrant Pegasus before scorching rays of light thundered down unto him.
It only took 2 minutes before the flashes of Gold light died down, the ground below scorched and filled with signs of fighting!
Yet at this moment, the figure of Stephon could be seen standing next to Rickat, both of their eyes carrying a hint of blue as they looked towards a single man on the back of GOLD Light Unit.
Noah's eyes released a wondrous light as after quietly isolating and subjugating another GOLD Blessed, his eyes remained impassive as they looked back to the city that only had one remaining!
"Let's finish this."
RUMBLE!
With a shocking momentum, the force of multiple Gold Blessed and a Gold Rift Boss descended unto City 9 silently, Noah beginning his goal of spreading out his influence across the surrounding areas silently as in a matter of days...he wanted to have all the GOLD Blessed in the surrounding Cities below him while he dove into the Rifts within the Cities to obtain the maximum rewards of the Idle Gaming System!
