Within City 8, the day passed normally the two powerful GOLD experts had no reason to believe their subordinates were compromised, giving out a few commands that dealt with overseeing the City and coordinating teams to keep the order.
During this time, Noah maintained the command center within the Villa he took over, where he was now talking with Annalise and Rose on what he had planned.
"In the night, we will have teams make a perimeter around the city to make sure nobody comes in or out, and the rest will be with us in besieging the GOLD experts…"
The two girls had solemn expressions as they listened, knowing things were finally getting serious as after today...many things would change!
Noah went through an excruciating amount of details as he coordinated with the Subjugated Blessed to make sure nothing went wrong that he didn't even have time to dive into the Tower, the hours passing by as the darkness of the night would very soon envelop City 8.
When this darkness lifted...everything would be different!

"The glorious Light Continent…"
A certain Golden Commander from the Wild Continent spat out the words while thinking about the lands that kept all the resources of the Ethereal Realm to themselves while leaving nothing for those in other Continents.
"Was the Ethereal Emperor truly fair? For him to establish a rule that forces us to remain isolated in our Continents without coming in contact with the Dimensional Rifts that belong to all of us?!"

"With your death...we'll be sure to take everything that you left behind!"
The heart of the Blessed burned with the flames of anger as he thought of the living conditions of many of the people back at home, his gaze that of yearning.
"Sir...Commander Stephon sent a message asking for you, apparently it's important."
A silver blessed spoke towards him with respect as the Golden Commander nodded while gazing over the darkening city.
"What's happened now…" His expression gradually calmed down as he set off towards the structure of the Golden Phoenix Auction House that Golden Commander Stephon had taken over.
At this point, he didn't have even a clue that the Silver blessed he considered a subordinate...was actually scheming against him!
His figure streaked across the sky as he utilized an ability unique to GOLD Blessed- their usage of using their robust Mana to take to the skies!
Granted, average GOLD Blessed could only do it for tens of minutes before they were exhausted, but it was still a terrifying ability that showed their power.
SHAA!
The feet of the Commander touched the roof of the huge skyscraper as he went towards Stephon on the floor right below, this Commander from the Dark Continent rising his head quizzically as he sensed the aura of the only other GOLD expert within the City.
"Brother Berserker, what's happened to bring you to my abode in the dark of the night?"
Stephon was finishing looking at a few papers that collected information about the loot they had gained over the last few days, massaging his temples as he asked the incoming Blessed from the Wild Continent!
"Hmm? What are you on about Stephon, didn't you call me here?"
"Haah?"
The two GOLD Blessed looked towards each other with confusion as at this exact moment...something shocking happened.
The moment the two men stepped on the same floor together as they were brought to the same location- before any alarm bells could be raised in their minds...the dark sky lit up brightly with glimmering golden light!
An ability under a certain GOLD Rift Boss that had appeared out of nowhere...smashed onto the floor the two GOLD Blessed were on as a devastating scene played out.
BOOOOM!
Scorching golden rays of light descended from the skies as they illuminated the dark streets briefly, these rays raining down with terrifying power as the entire upper floors of the Golden Phoenix Auction House were decimated!
It was the ability [Rays of Burning Light] from the GOLD Ranked Conflagrant Pegasus!
WAA!
Two brilliant golden lights could be seen on the rubble of the upper floors of the skyscraper, Stephon and the Red Berserker looking up in shock as both of them were actually greatly injured from this sneak attack.
"Who…?!"
Golden Commander Stephon had a wild look as he blurted out, his words coming to a stop as his eyes landed on a majestic beast flapping its wings in the skies!
The fantastical creature let out a piercing cry as before the two experts could even gather themselves, its body turned into a flash of light as it rushed towards them.
[Instant Acceleration] was cast!

The faces of the two GOLD Blessed were ashen as they sensed the terrifying strength of the beast, the Red Berserker calling out in shock as his body lit up with many skills to defend himself.
He recalled the aura of a terrifying beast like this!
He had met it a few times during his dives across the few GOLD Ranked Dimensional Rifts outside of the Light Continent, but even the ones he came across before didn't have a terrifying aura as dense as the one he faced now.
"A Rift Boss!"
RUMBLE!
He called out in shock as the Conflagrant Pegasus arrived in front of them, its sharp wings that had edges sharper than the deadliest blades smashing into both of their bodies as they were shot back like cannonballs!
BOOM!
Their two figures were knocked from the decimated floors of the Skyscraper as they looked like 2 blinking lights that streaked across the skies and into the dark streets of the City, causing craters to form where they landed.
"Huk..!"
Flashes of gold light mixed with blood could be seen.
With their bodies powerfully in the GOLD Realm, they quickly stood up even though they were heavily injured from the last two attacks!
Stephon had huge gashes on his chest from the sharp wings that just hit both of them...while the Red Berserker's shoulder was nearly torn off.
"Commanders!"
While rising from the craters and getting ready to fight against the suddenly appearing enemy, they heard the cries of their subordinates as they saw multiple SILVER Blessed flooding from the streets and coming towards them.
The Red Berserker spat out blood while looking towards the skies to find the terrifying enemy, his voice blazing out around them.
"Gather together! It's a GOLD Rank Rift Boss!"
RUMBLE!
"What?!"
The incoming Blessed replied with shocked faces as they grouped up around the two experts, getting their wondrously sharp weapons out as their bodies glimmered with light, ready to cast against their enemy!
Stephon and the Red Berserker let out sighs of relief as they saw multiple Silver Blessed rush towards them, their injured bodies glancing towards the skies as they kept a lookout for their enemy.
Meanwhile around them- beings they considered their allies began to cluster around the both of them for 'protection'!
Silver Blessed they knew to be their subordinates...surrounded them to aid them against the terrifying enemy.
Oh, what allies these Silver Blessed would turn out to be!
Behind their veils of concern and shock as they circled around the two? Gold Blessed, a blue light that subjugated their minds flashed and remained hidden in their eyes!
