From fusing the extreme aspects of the genes of the Ender of Reality and Champion of Reality, Noah found his new body to contain boundless strength as he uniquely saw that his already powerful Soul had effectively doubled in power, and his Physical prowess had even become twice as powerful as Ragnar or the Undead Ender!
One must recall…Noah's own body was not in the Cosmic Realm yet!
Yet the fusion of these two unique Bloodlines had actually altered his body and soul so much that his strength had even gone to rival if not surpass these existences at this time.
This was the Ultimate Evolution System. And this…was just the cusp of it as there were still other features Noah had not yet got the chance to display!
As he felt the boundless strength coursing through him, Noah didn't forget that such a System was designed by somebody- this existence actually floating not too far from him as if he could gain this much power from infusing the Bloodlines of others unto himself, what about her? What crazy existences had she gotten the Bloodlines of and propelled herself to a crazy stage of power?
Such a question was too important as even though they were in the Boundary of Noah's Mind Realm hidden in the skies above the Archaic Empire, he couldn't help but ask.
"Your Ultimate Evolution System is truly a fantastic reality-altering construct…just how far have you gone with it?"

A bold question that caused the Primordial before him to raise her eyes and release a harrumph, a trace of sharpness coursing through her as she spoke delicately with a hint of pride.
"You must think that your achievement of fusing the genes of those two little things a big deal…but they are merely small fries within Emerging Realities!"

"I have traversed across Emerging and Prime Realities, Forsaken Treasure Realities, and Forgotten Realities…each of them carrying their own unique creatures and existences that I have taken the uniqueness of to myself. The things I have done…you wouldn't be able to comprehend them at this moment!"
Her gaze seemed forlorn and far as she said this, many things seemingly crossing her mind as she refocused on Noah soon after.
"Alright, Little Anomaly. The Champion is under you as you said you would guarantee the safety of this Reality by putting its Ender under your lead, yes? Get to it and let's see just what else you will be doing. Because after that is done…there will be nothing to do within this Reality as naturally, it means you will have to be stepping out of it! I do wonder what destination a creature like you has next…"
Her eyes seemed to hold a trace of teasing as if she wasn't just melancholic a second ago, Noah's eyes flashing as he disabled his Mind Realm and looked around them.
In the depths of the Archaic Empire, there was a singular golden vibrant portal that wasn't the entrance to the Ancestral Treasure Dimension- but the entrance to the Cosmic Primordial Rift that Europa had long ago set up to be the one that Ragnar would Ultimate clear to defeat the Ender of Reality.
As he looked at this pulsing gateway in the distance, Noah spoke out slowly while waving his hands to call to attention the nearby Three-Headed Cosmic Devourer that was Ragnar and the Undead Winged Tiger.
"I'll send these two to take care of the Ender while I try to achieve something you've mentioned before to Ragnar…the thing you call an Ascendancy Halo!"

The figures of the Champion of Reality and Ender flashed towards the Cosmic Primordial Rift portal with haste as Noah's eyes remained on Europa, this Primordial looking towards him with a Reality shaking smile as he spoke about one of the many things she had mentioned amidst her conversation with the Champion Noah had Subjugated!
The memories of this being were abundant as they showed a great deal of things for the levels of power in the future to come, and Ascendancy Halos were a big part of this.
Ascendancy Halos!
Standing above the concepts of Daos and Edicts, ancient runic circles could be erected and bound to your origin and soul from the fusion of 15 Flames of Edicts- from the coming together of 15 fully completed Nomological Edicts!
They elevated one's strength to a whole new level as Higher Existences focused on forming as many Ascendancy Halos as possible, the only limit these existences had being the strength of their Souls that could accommodate a limited number of concepts such as Nomological Edicts.
Noah had begun to think about this information from Ragnar's memories as at this moment, he actually had over 15 completed Edicts when one added the boons of the Edicts he received from Ragnar himself!
"Hmm…so you really obtain everything from those you subjugate."
The voice of Europa shook him out of his thoughts as her small figure came to float near him, circling him as if she were the predator and he the prey.
"Don't you think you're jumping Iverson a few stages to already have designs on an Ascendancy Halo? Can your body of a Lower Existence even tolerate it? Can you even provide sufficient mana required for the fusion of the Flames of Edicts and ultimately the formation of the Ascendancy Halo when you aren't even in the Cosmic Realm? What Tier of a Halo would you even get with the flimsy low ranking Edicts you've collected in this short period of time? Hmph, if you haven't even become a Higher Existence, don't even start entertaining successfully forging an Ascendancy Halo!"

A barrage of questions shot out from her like bullets as Noah's eyes flashed coldly, taking in all of them as he found all the key issues!
His Realm was still in the Universal Filament, and he still had not produced enough True Blood of Higher Existences from his Bloodline Edicts as his tier of existence was still Lower!
Yet…
"Becoming a Higher Existence is but an easy task."

His voice echoed out with calmness as he even continued!
"And entering the Cosmic Realm…it is but a waiting period of a few days."
