When Noah got to this point, he couldn't help but focus on the word [Edicts] that was written in the description of this feature.

Yes! Similar to how Noah unlocked new features of the Idle Gaming System as time passed, the Champion he had subjugated faced something similar as the features Noah had looked at were just the tip of the iceberg.
But just this tip was utterly fantastical as while using Authority of the Dominator with the origin and soul of Ezekiel, Noah's eyes shone while he called out lightly.

Noah stared at this vast doorway as his hands went towards it, finding his fingers to sink in smoothly with no rejection as he confirmed at this moment that while utilizing the Authority of the Dominator, he and his Subjugations were one and the same!
He could use everything he had as if it was his, whether it was their abilities, Daos, or even…Systems.
The sight of him being able to fully do what Ezekiel could do affirmed to Noah that if he Subjugated Champions, he could unequivocally and truly obtain their Systems for him to use as his own! So this Supreme Necromancer System under Ezekiel? It was now his!
All of its ridiculous features and possibilities, he would enjoy to the fullest.
Such was the thought crossing his mind as he stepped through the deathly gateway and went to observe the Cosmic Dimension of Death that held a ridiculous 10,000:1 time ratio for the first time.
