The sound of raging winds and storms howled in their ears the moment they arrived, Noah carefully spreading his aura out as the initial spot they were teleported into was at the edges of the Apocalypse of Ruination.
The color crimson covered everything throughout, the shocking scene of space ruptured and ripped apart being seen all around as danger could be felt on every corner. Not too far away from them, swirling typhoons blood red in color could be seen swirling dangerously, and winds of Ruination would randomly ravage past certain regions as they left behind torn spaces that constantly tried to heal!
A gasp could be heard from Love as she found herself unconsciously stepping closer to Noah, the vibrant essence of the Universal Annihilatory Crocodile creating a protective circle around them as Noah leaned down to pat the Universal Unit, sending his thoughts into it for even closer communication as they began to slowly float forward.
"The mere winds of this Cosmic Essence could rip apart the defenses of an average Hegemony. We'll proceed carefully as even if we are unlucky enough to run into them, the summon below us will take the brunt of the damage."
The terrifying howls of ruination storms were the only thing that met Noah's quiet words, Love nodding as her figure buzzed with essence to instantly erupt if need be.
"And when this summon becomes exhausted?" Love spoke carefully as she hoped to hear that they would have arrived at wherever Noah was leading them by then, but his answer was something else entirely!
"Then we'll switch to Morrin and the others, we have a long way to go before we can reach the coordinates."
…!
His words caused shock to reverberate in Love's heart as they proceeded forward silently, Noah only having a singular goal in mind as he followed the mental map in his mind and tried to steer away from the clusters where he saw the crimson essence of Ruination leaking out dangerously.
They proceeded forward with no issues for over 20 minutes as Noah moved with care, but the roar of the Universal Annihilatory Crocodile echoed out around this time as its senses felt imminent danger, its body lighting up brightly as yet another shield of its essence erupted to envelop Noah and love, a storm of Ruination instantly descending in the region they were in!
WAA!
Its crimson light pulsed with danger as Noah's eyes became increasingly somber, communicating with the Crocodile as it used up over one-fourth of its mana every few seconds to fight off against the raging crimson essence around them while its body shot forth at rapid speeds to escape it.
Even while protected, Noah and Love could still feel the dangers of the essence around them as under the baleful roars of the Universal Annihilator Crocodile, they passed through the storm a few seconds later. Noah checked the Origin of the Unit as he saw more than half of its mana reserves were eaten up, his response being swift as his own essence moved and called out a colorful phoenix that shone with verdant flames!
It was another Universal Rift Boss termed [Phoenix of the Verdant Void], Noah's figure swiftly using his essence to wrap around Love and push her onto the beast as he patted the Crocodile below his feet while proceeding forward, giving it Mana and Health Potions on top of Essence Revitalization Potions.
Now, there were two Units summoned outside as one healed while another was there for any unexpected movements! This was Noah moving with utter care to make sure all dangerous possibilities were covered, their figures now proceeding forward with two Units as this was how a few hours went to pass in the Apocalyptic Dimension of Ruination.
They would delve deeper and deeper into it as they came across deadly Winds of Ruination and Ruination Storms, the Units Noah had summoned protecting them with their vast mana reserves and stupendous abilities as Noah would occasionally switch one or two for others if they ever became too injured.
This continued for over two hours as they forged forward, the Apocalyptic Dimension being filled by nothing but the deadly storms of ruination as any life forms within it had long since perished.? As Noah traversed through this dangerous plane, it wasn't lost to him that as long as he had this Cosmic Dao of Ruination comprehended, he could be passing all of these areas with utter ease!
'But gaining comprehension in such a Cosmic Dao requires too many years or too specific treasures…but I can follow the same path the Usurper took and see if in a matter of weeks or months, this can be achieved!' His thoughts burned with thoughts of more power as after two hours, they were getting close to the location where the Usurper hid the Primordial Heart!
"Almost there!"
He bellowed out amidst the raging ruination storm nearby as Love nodded with a pale expression, both she and Noah having had to utilize their own essence along with the units to get past a perilous storm not too long ago.
But Noah's eyes lit up at this time as up ahead, he could see a light that wasn't crimson with his aura, and it shone with a golden luster as gradually, a glimmering golden temple could be seen!
"Faster!" He urged Morrin below him as the now recalled Universal Annihilatory Crocodile also released waves of power while urging their figures forward.
After a perilous journey and the near deaths of a few Units, they came upon a gradually enlarging golden Temple that was the only thing amidst the destruction that stayed serene and untouched!
The storms of Ruination were seemingly evading this Golden Temple, Noah's heart buzzing excitedly as the Units below him stepped in its affected region and they finally felt a semblance of peace.
The Temple was lined by long golden arches that stretched up high, lining up and providing a singular path forward toward the very center where a pristine Altar lay.
Atop this Altar encased in a seemingly unbreakable crystal case, a singular pulsating multicolored heart lay!
