In the Empyrean Plane.
Across the innumerable stars and Realms of this plane, there were clusters that were very well known, and it was mostly due to the power and backing that the forces residing in these locations had!
Two of such clusters were termed the Abode of the Celestials and the Golden Expanse, where the Conclaves occupying these regions were the ones holding the strongest connections to forces in the Celestial Plane.
The two conclaves were the Illustrious Celestial Conclave from the Abode of the Celestials Region and the Golden Destiny Conclave from the Golden Expanse region!
The Illustrious Celestial Conclave was particularly renowned as many considered it a branch Conclave of the main Illustrious Celestial Conclave in the Celestial Plane.
At the heart of the Abode of the Celestials, in the headquarters of the Illustrious Celestial Conclave.
At this moment, a new leadership had descended down from the Celestial Plane and was currently occupying the reigns of power, this leadership being the Dimensional Hegemony that was the one to move against Noah and have him in the palm of his hands before he disappeared!
Such a being was currently situated above a grand high rising castle that was larger than most stadiums, the entire structure being made of Crystals and gold as it glistened in the light.
His robes fluttered in the wind as he was gazing out towards the kingdoms below him where billions of existences moved, his eyes devoid of emotion as they flashed with coldness! Behind him, the steps of a figure could be heard as a voice rang out.
"Dimensional Hegemony of Gold...we all want your hands into the pie that is the Great Usurper, but aren't your movements too extreme? To mobilize the entire forces of the Empyrean Plane for our search?"
The voice was calm.and steady, coming from a curvaceous figure of a woman that had glimmering dark hair flowing past her shoulder. Her face seemed to always carry a hint of smile as this being was also a Dimensional Hegemony!
The Hegemony of Gold didn't even turn around at her words as he only replied coldly.
"Hegemony of Love...you all still do not truly know what the Legacy of the Great Usurper signifies. To lose it...is to lose the chance of a lifetime!"
THRUM!
Decisive words were laid out as the one termed the Hegemony of Love replied carefully.
"The other forces within the Celestial Plane have caught wind of what we're doing days ago, with those that stand against us already lurking in the dark to try and find any gaps within our defences. We all want this Legacy, but is it important enough to risk everything we have created in the Celestial Plane?"

Against such words, the Hegemony of Gold didn't refute, and instead replied back with a mysterious tone!
"If we can get our hands on the Legacy of the Great Usurper, forget the quarter of influence we have in the Celestial Plane...we will become capable of obtaining 100% of it!"
WAA!
Domineering words came out as the eyes of Gold flashed gloriously, his voice continuing to echo out.
"The Great Usurper wasn't just another expert that stood above all of us in the past...he was an existence that had gone past the realm of Hegemonies as he had long ago achieved Antiquity! His strength was immeasurable as when we obtain his methods…everything will fall under our lap!"

The air crackled with power as this being finished his words, his powerful expression turning around as he stared at the Hegemony of Love coldly.
His right hand reached out as he grasped onto her cheek and locked his eyes with her, the curvaceous and drop dead gorgeous figure of this existence before him seemingly not being seen in his eyes as his voice rang out.
"That is why we must find that little rat Chamberlayne. He holds the key as what he obtained was only a portion of the Legacy. As long as we can hold him down and pull out his memories...we will have everything."
His strong hands still grasped onto the right side of her face as he spoke, this showing the power discrepancy between these two beings as the dark hair of the Hegemony of Love continued to flow down her shoulders beautifully, her eyes turning utterly cold.
"With us being prepared and your skills among others, there should be little chance of failure...Love"
The gaze of the Hegemony of Gold was bright as he spoke, but the voice replying to him shook him out of his stupor in the next moment!
"Get your fucking hands off of me."
RUMBLE!
The eyes of the Hegemony of Love turned exceedingly cold as she continued with icy eyes!
"We continue to work together because of common goals...don't think for a second you can take advantage because of your leading role. I'll be taking my leave and overseeing the search with the Golden Destiny Conclave incharge of the Southern Region and the little Sublunary Plane."
…!
With a strong tone, the displeased Hegemony of Love began to walk away from Gold, her voice continuing to come out faintly as a spatial light began to cover her.
"I'll be sure to send updates if anything meaningful occurs."
WAP!
With that, her figure disappeared as the only one left behind was the Hegemony of Gold, his eyes encoding utterly wrathful at this moment!
"Even mere whores dare to talk back to me now...haha! They don't know anything! The Great Usurper…"
The gaze of Gold was reminiscent as this being held information others didn't, as he knew a lot more about the Great Usurper and just what his power could achieve.
"When I get it within my hands on what he left behind, this entire Universe will dance within the palm of my hands!"
RUMBLE!
Power billowed out from his body as one could see a glimmering Universe faintly glowing on his chest, the realm of this existence being frightening as his mere pressure alone nearly caused the surrounding space to fracture.
Past the Galaxy Realm that Noah had just achieved, one had to go through it and achieve the GALACTIC FILAMENT Realm that had its own divisions, and then they had to achieve the UNIVERSAL REALM from their myriad of Galaxies as they would finally arrive at the titles of beings known as Hegemonies!
Such beings moved with power and purpose in the Chaotic Universe as currently, one holding sway of a major force was targeting Noah and his Legacy!
