The rubble was cleared and pushed out expertly as a certain terrifying mental pressure descended, the figures of the beings with life forces that could barely be discerned feeling a horrendous force wrapping around them as their bodies were moved into the sky soon after!
It was the wondrous Attractive Force of mental energy as Noah merely waved his fingers!

The two STAR Rank beings let out sounds nobody could understand as their bodies trembled, Noah looking at them calmly as his cerulean blue eyes began to glow.
"So this is what the oh so powerful Dimensional Rulers can amount to…"

The moment his words ended, a wondrous blue light flashed out as the impossibly strong soul and consciousness of Noah descended onto the minds of the heavily injured STAR Rank beings!
It took less than a second after that...and these 2 Dimensional Rulers were Subjugated.
One must know, less than 30 seconds had passed since the attack began!
10 Subjugated Blessed along with Noah and Annalise appeared as they released a singular wave of attack, and Noah had to even deviate his attacks and actually surround the bodies of the Dimensional Rulers with his essence as it looked like they were about to die from all the attacks.
Now...they lay before him in submission as a spatial light began to cover his body once more.
He wasn't done.
That was just 2 of the 8 down, and his figure flashed away from this world with Annalise as they arrived into another Realm soon after.

This time, they arrived near skies that seemed to be burning, 2 figures weakly surrounded by flames all around in the sky as they looked like they could drop out at any second.
These were the other party of Dimensional Rulers that came in two, and Annalise made a move the moment of their arrival as she called out softly.

Her words caused blue essence to wildly bloom from her as it went on to cover everything, the flames in the skies extinguished as everything became frozen!
Icy glaciers appeared as the bodies of the 2 fighting Dimensional Rulers trembled, only to find ice wrapping around the lower halves of their injured bodies as they could barely move.
A figure of a being with glowing blue eyes then appeared above them as he realized a terrifying pressure from these eyes, a consciousness of extreme proportions descending onto them as a second later...they were Subjugated!
So far, it had been less than a minute since Noah's attacks had begun, and over half of all the STAR Rank Dimensional Rulers of the Order of the Primal Dimensional Rulers had fallen.

He continued forward relentlessly as at this moment, he flashed towards four different Realms consecutively, and each of them had a similar scene.
It was the scene of his 6 Subjugated Blessed surrounding a single beaten up Dimensional Ruler that was barely clinging to life, and Noah simply arrived into their locations as his terrifyingly strong consciousness descended onto their minds and Subjugated them!
They truly couldn't stand against Subjugated Blessed that could display 3,000% in abilities and power- a number that was only brought to fruition from the stupendous Skill Points obtained in the Abyssal Dimensional Plane.
Each time that Noah teleported in and used [Subjugate] took less than 10 seconds, and he had teleported to 4 Realms as he repeated these same actions...taking him less than a minute to dominate the minds of the other 4 Dimensional Rulers of the Primal Dimensional Rulers.

That was a total of two minutes to dominate a faction of the Sublunary Plane.
A total of 2 minutes for Noah to bring under his control the top most figures that controlled cast stretches of Star and Realm Clusters within this Plane!
Noah was able to do this so well as the World Rank Blessed he had dominated stemmed from the Primal Dimensional Rulers, and he expertly had them in the Realms where these Star Rank experts were located as he was able to take them down within seconds.
It was only the results of unique preparations and of course...immense power.
The Abyssal Plane Expedition had truly made Noah's power exponentially increase as even he had underestimated the combination of what [Hive Mind] and [Soul Devour] could actually bring him.
Immense reserves of Mana he could tap into, and a skill that he considered definitely bugged as it should not allow him to endlessly be able to devour an unlimited number of souls to constantly strengthen himself!
Yet he had such skills.
And here he was now.
He let out a light breath as on the third minute since his attack began, his cerulean blue eyes shone even more as while reading the memories of the 8 newly Subjugated Dimensional Rulers, he sent a command to them.
"Gather all of the World Rank Rulers under you within the next hour."

He gave a deadly command that sealed the fate of the remaining Rulers within the faction of the Primal Dimensional Rulers, his aura flaring widely at this moment as it looked like it wasn't done.
As he put a faction under him in minutes, he checked the states of all the Subjugated Blessed he deployed as his thoughts entered their minds again.
Many of them separated as they began to silently rush in different directions, each having the mission of infiltrating the stars and realms of the other 2 factions as Noah was simply about to repeat what he had done just now.
Silently and without a single thing being noticed, he wanted to put all of these powerful beings under him!
After that...it would be an easy thing to manage the Sublunary Plane however he wished, while he obtained the utter loyalty of disciples of Numerous Conclaves that he could now infiltrate whenever he chose to expand his power in the Empyrean Dimensional Plane.

Noah's thoughts came to a stop at this moment as his eyes looked at his hands.
They were shaking.
Not just his hands, but even his heart and mind were buzzing!
It was the buzzing of excitement, the buzzing of Conquest that he came to understand for the first time since he transmigrated!
