Noah knew very well the power of a STAR Rank existence.
He regularly replayed the scene of Catherine activating all of the chaos elements within her body as she threw out a single punch that went on to shatter a small planetary body!
This was why he made sure to throw out relentless attacks against Dimensional Ruler Chamberlayne as he would never give this expert any time to release his prowess at the STAR Rank. His 14 Units and a myriad of World Rank experts had laid out their attacks as the enemy was heavily injured, and now he acted next as he uttered the name of the last ability under the Ancient Mind Skill Tree.

Essence weaved around him crazily as it felt like he ballooned up crazily, the interesting figure of him popping out multiple Mana Potions and swallowing them along the way being seen as a second later, the [Ancient Mind Form] could be seen in a stellar fashion.
It made Noah currently look like a beast at the same size as his Rift Bosses, retaining a humanoid shape as there were huge wings outstretched on his back, his body looking entirely black in color as demonic horns rose on either side of his head!
His hands now held sharp claws as he released a beastial aura, his face that looked like a mixture of a draconic humanoid roaring out as it released terrifying waves of mental power that smashed onto the body of the STAR Ranked Ruler freely!
These sonic waves of mental power were extremely unique, containing within them elements of many laws as the most potent essence to be found...was that of a Dao..
BOOM!
His jaws remained open as he released the mental sonic attack that he found to be the most terrifying when he entered this form before, all of his tests telling him that aside from the terrifying physical prowess that the demonic form he took on when he transformed held, the pure mental attack he could release in the form of sonic waves of mental power was the strongest.
This was because he could keep it active for a few minutes, and the target that was being hit with the terrifying waves of power in the form that gave Noah 50% Physical and Mental Damage Reduction, +1,000% to All Parameters, +1,000% Health and Mana Regeneration, +1,000% to Mana Reserves, and the Utilization of all Laws and Daos being enhanced by 1,000%...the target would not be able to keep staying alive for too long!
"OOOOOH!"
Amidst intense and horrendous pain, Dimensional Ruler Chamberlayne bellowed out as he tried to circulate his powerful strength at the STAR Rank, but he had already fallen under Noah's clasps at this moment as what could be considered his trump card had already landed on him.
From the mental sonic waves he released, the obsidian essence of the Dao of Destruction that was enhanced by 1000% in his Ancient Form smashed into the body of the Dimensional Ruler as this essence tore apart not just defenses, but even the very mana itself that he was trying to circulate!
It was the essence of the Dao that even he had not begun stepping on, an essence of something that was far above laws that made Noah confident enough to take down an existence a level above him when he put together all other factors.

The skies trembled as any barriers of protection around Dimensional Ruler Chamberlayne were torn, his body taking heavy damage as the attacks of the 14 Rift Bosses also rained down in waves once more. The tens of World Rank subjugated Blessed also utilized all of their remaining mana as destructive elements attacks thundered down, the figure of Chamberlayne simply being thrown around from attack after attack at this point as he suffered heavy injuries!
Noah let the attacks continue as it wasn't until a few seconds later that he gave out a command.
"Stop!"

The 14 Rift Bosses pulled back their attacks right away, Noah himself having long since stopped his sonic waves of mental attacks as they all looked at the deformed figure of a being that had began dropping towards the ground.

Noah only blinked his eyes as a wave of an Attractive Force pulled the deformed Dimensional Ruler towards him, the life force of this being flickering weakly as with a few more attacks, everything about him would be wiped away.
Against meticulous planning, 14 Rift Bosses, tens of World Ranked Blessed, a terrifying new skill tree and a Grand Dao of Destruction...an existence of a higher Realm fell under Noah's hands!
On this day...a STAR had fallen!

In his Ancient Mind Form, Noah's eyes blazed a brilliant cerulean blue as he cast Subjugate against the deformed mass of flesh that was about to die, his strong consciousness completely overpowering this being in this state as gaining control of what was left of his mind was done seamlessly after that.
Thereafter, Mana and Health potions were pulled out as brilliant golden and green lights came from the Champions of the Light and the Mythical Life Phoenix, all of them falling on the body of the Dimensional Ruler as it began to heal at a rapid pace.
All of them stood floating in the skies as if they were watching a sacred event!
All of them watched as a STAR Rank existences joined the fold of their Master!

A wave of chaos and fate spread out as if a drop of water had landed on a calm pond, the powerful Dimensional Rulers proficient in the laws of chaos and fate sensing that a huge change had occurred but this time...they weren't given all that much information.
Catherine was in her castle within the chaotic Realm as her languid eyes gazes up with a smiling expression, not knowing what had happened now as she simply waited for a certain brother and sister duo to return so she could continue training for a Dao that was nearly within her grasp.
But the other Dimensional Rulers of the Keepers of Order and Fate,? the Primal Dimensional Rulers, and the Devoted Rulers could not keep still as their high levels of power told them something significant had occurred, and if they didn't make a move very soon...the situation would only deteriorate for them!
"Rubbish!"
In a certain Realm under the domain of the Primal Dimensional Rulers where the skies were tinged with gold as the earth below had beautiful mountainous valleys, there was a floating landmass in the skies that had beautiful waterfalls cascading down from it.
Within this floating landmass, at the center of an ancient looking mystical city that was filled with grand buildings, a Ruler bellowed out angrily as he peered into a clear circular golden lake.
This golden lake would normally tell him many things, but today...it was actually giving him nothing even when something so significant happened, which meant a total of two things! Either their enemy had simply grown too strong for them to find out any information about him, or they had assimilated the laws of Fate and Chaos as they couldn't discern anything from them after that.
It couldn't be the former as if their enemy had grown stronger than them, he would have just wiped them away by now! So it simply meant that it was an enemy they could handle, but he had now learned to mask himself!
"Raizel, shall we communicate this with the Conclave in the Empyrean Plane?"
A voice rang out behind the angry being, another figure with the same level of strength at the STAR Rank appearing as their expression was that of extreme coldness and might.
"Damian...you know they consider this Sublunary Plane a Trial Plane. All the Conclaves in the Empyrean Plane have Absolute Rules established as among them is that none of them will interfere with the matters in the lower Sublunary Plane!"
RUMBLE!
Raizel replied as his angry expression also turned cold, turning his head towards Dimensional Ruler Damian as he continued to speak.
"Normally, nobody would act too unruly as in the end, all of them want to ascend to the Empyrean Realm after we finish our trials here or break past the STAR Rank. If anyone went around murdering the Disciples of powerful Conclaves in this Sublunary Plane...they would not last too long once they ascended!"
…!
"But the unknown enemy we face...we don't know if he's a native from this Sublunary Plane that has been plotting for hundreds of years and is just now making a move, or if they are someone from the Sublunary Plane bent on creating chaos in our established domains…"
Raizel's gaze was deep as he spoke, turning back towards the glimmering golden lake that gave him no information as he didn't speak for a few seconds.
An expression of a decision being made appeared on his face soon after as he spoke out towards Damian with eyes flashing with bright gold light.
"Send a message out. All of the STAR powerhouses of the three factions need to gather and share information in the next day or two. We might need to work together to face whatever hidden danger is coming."

A decision was made as waves of fate silently moved, a meeting of the powerful figures of the Sublunary Plane- be it natives of the Plane or the Disciples of powerful Conclaves from the Empyrean Plane...this meeting would soon be occurring!
