The Inherent Skills that Noah's received were unique in that they all focused on the mental aspect, and he had half expected his third one to be the same.
Mind you, others only ever had a single Inherent Skill throughout their lives that grew with them, every time they rose in power this ability of their branching out to a myriad of possibilities.
He already had two, and in the past days...he obtained the third one after decimating the Boss of the 100th floor as he began to edge towards 110s after that, facing multiple WORLD Rank bosses every time he Ascended floors!
As for his reward? It was as expected- another ability that focused on the mental aspect, and this one seemed even more horrifying and offensive based compared to the previous two.
It was something that was simply termed…||Ancient Mind||!
||Ancient Mind|| :: An inherent skill that grants the identity of an Ancient Existence to the user, as they gain the abilities to peer across veils and even dimensions when one grows to a sufficient level. The abilities [Exceptional Mentality], [Feed on Fear], [Ancient Eye of Terror],[Consciousness of the Mighty], [Spatial Destabilizer], [Soul Devour], and [Ancient Mind Form] are currently unlocked. Locked abilities that will become usable as the User rises through ranks- [Terror of the Ancient]....

A glorious Inherent Skill with branding abilities that were just ridiculous, to say the least! Similar to the Telekinetic Emperor and Mind Dominator Inherent Skills that had unlocked up to 7 abilities currently, this new inherent skill did the same as the abilities it contained were simply stupendous!
There were the Exceptional Mentality and the Consciousness of the Mighty abilities that heavily enhanced the strength of his mind and soul but the other 4 abilities under this Inherent Skill Tree...
[Exceptional Mentality] :: The user passively obtained the capabilities of [High-Speed Processing], [Parallel Thought], and [Mind Acceleration].
[Feed on Fear] :: An Ancient Existence can feed on the fear of their enemies as the more fearful they are, the greater the strength of the Ancient Existence can be elevated until it reaches the maximum cap of +1,000% to All Parameters.
[Ancient Eye of Terror] :: The right eye of the Ancient Existence becomes the Eye of Terror, a tool capable of a destructive light that causes a myriad of temporary debuffs when it falls upon others. Debuffs include [Fearful, [Endless Misery], [Reduced Health and Mana Regeneration], [Reduced Speed], [Weakened Mental State], [Debilitate], [Degenerating Aura], [Mana Paralysis], [Corrupted Sight], [Infested], [Enfeeble], [Impotence]...
[Consciousness of the Mighty] :: The strength of the consciousness and soul of the user is passively increased by 500%.
[Spatial Destabilizer] ::? With a strong enough mind, even space can easily be affected and brought under control. This ability allows for the user to destabilize the surrounding space, with the range dependent on the mana utilized.
[Soul Devour] :: The subject of souls is sacred and taboo, with Ancient Existences being the only creatures capable of devouring the souls of others to enhance the strength of their own soul.
[Ancient Mind Form] :: The mind can influence the body, and a particularly powerful mind is capable of manifesting its true nature outwardly. This ability allows the user to take on the form of an Ancient Existence whose strength is dependent on the strength of their mind. In this form, the user gains 50% Physical and Mental Damage Reduction, +1,000% to All Parameters, +1,000% Health and Mana Regeneration, +1,000% to Mana Reserves, and the Utilization of all Laws and Daos is enhanced by 1,000%.
Putting the crazy [Exceptional Mentality] and [Consciousness of the Mighty] aside, the abilities of Feed on Fear and Ancient Eye of Terror were two of the powerful offensive and support abilities that would elevate Noah's power to another level whenever he faced his enemies!
For the [Ancient Eye of Terror]...it caused his right eye at this moment to still retain its cerulean blue, but his iris now held terrifying ancient red runic lines that caused him to look extremely magisterial!
Then there was the crowd control ability of [Spatial Destabilizer], and the terrifying Soul Devour to heavily enhance his mental strength as the last unlocked ability was the one that gave Noah a tremendous amount of Confidence.
[Ancient Mind Form].
This ability was just entirely ridiculous as it made Noah more deeply question the Tower of Champions and the Idle Gaming System!
A feature that granted him multiple Inherent Skills that were all geared towards one direction, with each one being more terrifying than the last...just what was behind it all? Just when would he gain some clues to the workings behind the Idle Gaming System and what made all of its features possible?!

No answer came to him as he placed it in the back of his mind after that, focusing on a new goal that he was carrying out right now.
With a terrifying new inherent ability and the boosts of a myriad of fully assimilated Universal Laws, Noah had such an immense level of confidence as currently, he was actually targeting one of the 5 STAR Rank Dimensional Rulers of the Order of the Primal Dimensional Rulers!
Over the last day, the lines of fate and chaos particles had constantly been swarming around him as he looked at many possibilities and paths he could take, and while the path of taking down a STAR Rank expert would be an arduous one...it was not an impossible one.
This was because aside from himself and his own stupendous strength, there was his now completed team of 14 Units standing powerfully at the World Rank!
4 of them were Purple Tyrant Dragons that boasted ridiculous amounts of power, purple crowns floating above each of their heads majestically as all of them were halfway finished with the assimilation of the Law of Aether.
Another 4 were the products of the Soul Ranked Light Overseers, giving birth to titanous World Rank humanoid Rift Bosses that were called Champions of the Light! From the fused materials of Propitious Unicorns, the 4 World Ranked Auspicious Mythical Light Beasts were born as they towered over 200 meters in stature, four wings erupting powerfully from their backs as they began looking like mythical ancient beasts one would only ever come across from the wildest fantasy!
The last 2 Units that Noah kept in his main team were Mythical Life Phoenixes that stemmed from the Imperial Life Phoenixes, enormous mythical birds that shone with verdant flames all over their bodies being born as their eyes were filled with a light of power and arrogance.
This was what made up his current team of 14 Units!
And on top of all of this, there were also his Subjugated Dimensional Rulers he could utilize, as well as other WORLD Rank Blessed he had raised himself from his overabundance of World Rank Cores!
All of the past Blessed in his Ethereal Realm that were in the Diamond Rank when he took over the entire Realm were currently standing at the World Rank, their levels pumped up with Cores as they achieved ranks they would have never even dreamed of under Noah.
With the thousands of World Rank Cores he received daily, he could produce experts of this rank like mass producing vegetables!
The number he currently had was terrifying as when it came to swarming a single STAR Rank Dimensional Ruler...he had a level of confidence!

Annalise's voice came out beside Noah as they were currently floating silently in a certain location. This location was actually a Realm that a STAR Rank Dimensional Ruler would soon be in, Noah having used his connections with some of the 15 Subjugated World Rank Rulers that knew this being as their higher up to find out the habit of this expert who would visit the Realm he was born in every now and then.
Yes! The target was one of the native Dimensional Rulers, his attachments being the only thing Noah could exploit as many of the other ones remained in their abodes or were too clustered together.
"As sure as I can be, little sister. Can you imagine a STAR Rank similar to Catherine under our heels? It'll open up a path to one of the few Star Rank Dimensional Rifts within this Sublunary Plane as after I get my hands on that…"

Once he got his hands on an endless source of STAR Rank Loot Resources...the Dimensional Rulers of the Sublunary Plane could kiss their dominion of this land goodbye as in a matter of time, they would all fall.

For this, Noah had called 10 of the Dimensional Rulers he subjugated, this being the max he could bring without raising too much suspicion, but on top of all this...he had his own forged team of 30 World Rank Subjugated Blessed from his Ethereal Realm!

This whole ambush was for a powerful being known as Dimensional Ruler Lightspeed, a powerful expert that exceeded in speed more than anything as he boasted powerful power among the top 5 within the Order of the Primal Dimensional Rulers!
