An Innumerable number of Worlds and Realms within the vast Sublunary Plane!
This Sublunary Dimensional Plane itself was just one of the 3 three Planes that made up the Universe that Noah had transmigrated in- the Chaotic Universe!
Above the Sublunary Plane was the Empyrean Plane where powerful groups ruled, and even further above them was a Plane that many would never even get a chance to ascend to- the Dimensional Plane where the strongest and most revered beings walked upon, the Celestial Dimensional Plane.
Noah's eyes flashed with immense light as the setting he was in became clear.
No vast numbers of galaxies filled up a universe, but three separated Dimensional Planes segregated as beings of immense powers moved within.
The being that he had just subjugated was a low ranking Realm Overseer that was charged with looking over a few Realms and tens of Worlds, coming from an organization that was known as the Order of the Primal Dimensional Rulers within the Sublunary Dimensional Plane.
Groups such as this were few, their influence reaching to large regions of this Plane as one could only imagine the resources they got their hands on as they collected Loot, where among the many different unique types of loot Noah had to yet to come across, the one that remained most pristine was the Law Crystals that granted beings the capability to understand Universal Laws!
This was one of the most prized forms of resources across the Sublunary Dimensional Plane, with the top powerhouses even using it as a form of currency or to trade and batter! The more shocking thing for Noah to think about was that over the many passing years, the natives of this Sublunary Planes and even the two wondrous planes above this one had all been diving into Dimensional Rifts and collecting Loot such as this and much more.
This held shocking implications as from Drax's memories, Noah could confirm that such a reality made it so that the powerful Realm Overseers that numbered in the millions across the Sublunary Plane alone had varying levels of strength, but most of them had mastered one or multiple Universal Laws!
Even though the Law Crystals gave .1% every time someone absorbed one, when putting in the factor of time as well as the vast numbers of worlds and Realms these beings looked after, collecting 1000 Universal Law Crystals to achieve 100% comprehension in a Universal Law was not too hard!
It was at this point where Noah marveled at the most, as he had come across another secret from Drax's memories about what happened after one brought their comprehension of the Universal Laws to 100%. They would be elevated to an even higher stage as new doors opened for them, being granted the authority to Assimilate these Universal Laws into their own body.
Comprehension, and then assimilation!
During the stage of comprehending a Law, a being could wield it and command the particles of the law outside of his body, but their strength could reach insane degrees when they began assimilating the law, even becoming capable of turning their own bodies into the elements of their studied law!
From Drax's memories, Noah had seen powerful Realm Overseers who could change their bodies into genuine flames, others who could become thin air, and a few shocking Dimensional Rulers that had absorbed the resources of many High Tier Element Dimensional Rifts as they learned powerful laws, even being capable of turning their bodies into pure Light or Chaos as these were the true powerhouses that even made the current Noah somber.
Above beings such as these...were the Dimensional Rulers that stood at the very top of the Sublunary Dimensional Plane- the beings that studied mysterious laws like Fate and Karma, laws that rarely appeared within Dimensional Rifts!
But over the vast starry space of the Sublunary Dimensional Plane, these powerful Dimensional Rulers got their hands on a few Dimensional Rifts where they could farm Universal Law Crystals of Fate and Karma, their strength being something else entirely as they were able to use these mysterious laws to establish regimes that lasted for millennials!
But all of this...came down to Dimensional Rifts and the Loot they could provide. All of it came down to the most pristine Universal Law Crystals!
1,000 Universal Law Crystals were required for one to fully Comprehend a Universal Law, but for one to fully assimilate it...they needed 10 times that amount as they would only receive a .01% every time they absorbed a Law Crystal after that!
This made Noah look forward to the Law Crystals he could receive from the Aether Continent Dimensional Rift within his Ethereal Realm, but it also showed him what a hard time he would have in the future if he only remained with this one Realm as his only source of Law Crystals aside from the Infinite Crucible and Shattered Planes Dimensional Rifts he could use from the features of the Idle Gaming System.
If he could be like the powerful Dimensional Rulers who controlled and got the resources from multiple Worlds and Realms…

His head buzzed with possibilities as he very quickly shook it, reminding himself how safe and nice his Ethereal Realm would be from now on as he had no enemies to worry about.
'Lay low and get overpowered first…'
This thought rang out in his mind many times as he very quickly threw away the dreams of receiving tens of Universal Law Crystals every hour in Idle Mode from multiple High Tier Element Dimensional Rifts!
He still had the Shattered Dimensional Planes Rifts that changed every 3 days that he could climb. He still had the Infinite Crucible that if he was powerful enough, could pull in and give him and the resources he wanted!
So he very quickly found the entrance back into the hidden Ethereal Realm as he shot into the fold in space and disappeared, only leaving behind a Subjugated low ranking Realm Overseer a few miles away that Noah was still digging through the memories of and thought about how to utilize.
That was because even though Drax was considered a Low Ranking Realm Overseer, he still had the job of looking over 37 Worlds and 8 Realms!
None of the Realms he looked over were as expansive or unique as the Ethereal Realm that held a High Tier Elemental Dimensional Rift, but he did have to go to these Worlds and Realms every few days to collect the resources that its inhabitants and those working below the Dimensional Rulers collected, Drax having to bring these resources back to a High Ranking Realm Overseer at specified times for collection.
Everything was calculated and kept track of closely, where Noah didn't even touch the resources that Drax currently held in the Storage Rings that he nearly burnt from his attacks, a few Universal Law Crystals of the Laws of Water, Earth, and Fire laying with him as even Drax himself didn't dare to absorb loot that wasn't handed down to him!
This being had such intense fear when it came to the High Ranking Realm Overseers that had already begun assimilating laws that Noah chose to be careful as well.
He wasn't a greedy guy. He knew that he would be getting all the Law Crystals he could want in the next coming days and weeks as he just utilized his Idle Gaming System and the single Diamond Rift within his Realm to the fullest, choosing to use this time period of peace to fully acquaint himself with everything around him as he would also utilize Drax to learn more about the Sublunary Plane and all the powers that moved within.
He could share the memories of this being and even take over his body if he wished, and he could thus get a look at all the worlds and Realms this being oversaw as when he thought he was prepared enough, he might even choose to step out of his Ethereal Realm to add more Elemental Dimensional Rifts into Idle Mode as he just collected Law Crystals and learned a bunch of Universal Laws passively!
He might even start to interact with the powerful Realm Overseers and beings that looked after extremely sought after High Tier Dimensional Rifts, maybe even eye the title of a Dimensional Ruler! But before all of that…

His body vibrated with power as he descended down into the skies of the Ethereal Realm.
All obstacles were wiped out. All enemies were taken care of.
He had steered clear of any plot devices he had read about where waves after waves of enemies would just come for him and the Ethereal Realm, cutting this off early as the only benign that even knew about it was now his Subjugated Blessed!
He could now huddle within this Realm and establish prosperity and peace within it, finally living an Idle Life as he peacefully used the features of his Idle Gaming System!
