Ivy already explained to him how beneficial the fortune aura of the heavens' blessed to him but in the end, he still decided not to steal the one from Stone Head
The fortune aura of Stone Head if used by Rezen would give him access to magic again. It could also be absorbed by the farm and the required mana stones to repair it would lessen
No matter how tempting it was, Rezen decided not to steal the fortune aura. Even if he recovers his magic, he is still no match against a Junior Mage. If he were to use the fortune aura to help the farm recover, the fortune aura of Stone Head is not enough for the farm to be usable again
If Stone Head lose his fortune aura then he would lose the blessing of the heavens, and he would return to being an ordinary Junior Mage of a very weak tribe
However, as long as Stone Head still has his fortune aura, there is little to no chance that he would die and his presence would ensure the tribe's prosperity and safety
Stealing the fortune aura of Stone Head would bring more danger than benefit to Rezen. He would only steal Stone Head's fortune aura if it was enough to make the farm recover but sadly it wasn't enough
"There are people from a destroyed tribe that is going to join our tribe today. The other side also has one Junior Mage, which means that they would have high status in the tribe. "Of course! Tribes get destroyed every day or even if they aren't destroyed, their population would decrease. The remnants of destroyed tribes joining other tribes are common! Even my grandfather was previously a member of another tribe that was destroyed before he joined the Waterside Tribe!" He explained, giving Rezen enlightenment
This answered the question that was previously on Rezen's mind. He hasn't been in the Waterside for a long time but he already witnessed many deaths
The tribe originally do not have a high population but that further decreases due to various reasons
Turns out that the reason why the Waterside Tribe still exists is because of this system!
If a tribe ceases to exist, the surviving members would decide to join another tribe for survival
Not only would this ensure the survival of the remnant members, but it would also solve the population problem of the Waterside Tribe!

The only good thing was that aside from one of them, all the other fourteen are not too young nor too old. They might have been chosen by the tribe to save since they are not totally weak but they still have the potential to grow and become a Junior Mage
"We are from the Yusura Tribe. Last night, a beast tide destroyed our tribe. We won't ask much, we just want to be a member of your tribe, let us protect each other"
"We have five women here, all of them are beautiful and are also quite skillful at using magic. If the males of your tribe want to, you can court our women and they would have children with whoever they chose" the old man said
From the looks of it, this old man might be the leader of these people and possibly the Junior Mage that Stone Head spoke off
'I'm once again reminded that I am now living in a tribal society' Rezen thought
As the tribe's healer, he is quite famous and a bachelor to be sought for. There were females in the tribe that tried to make a move on him but he tactfully declined them
Now, Rezen is witnessing women being offered as if they were commodities and he was quite uncomfortable
"We are in need of new members and we'll gladly accept you in our tribe but you must abide by our rules and never harm any of us. We will become one tribe, one family, I hope that you'll get along. If not then..."
As if on cue, the Chief wielded her magic wand as she slowly created a magic circle around her. Stone Head also did the same thing
This is a show of power!
"The boy on my shoulder is our tribe's precious healer. He is very skilled and no matter what you learn or hear, I won't tolerate anyone bullying or harming him in any way, do you understand that?" Stone Head said with a harsh tone
I'll ignore him calling me a boy for now since he's not bad' Rezen thought in satisfaction
While Rezen is perfectly chill, the prospective new members of the tribe is different
Since they are the recipient of the Chief and Stone Head's pressure, all of them were trembling including the Junior Mage
"T-two Junior Mages that learned magic spells!" The old man muttered nervously. Someone like him is not a much of these people as he hasn't learned or created a magic spell
If he were to have evil thoughts, any of these two Junior Mages could definitely kill him with their magic
He has no choice but to bow his head to them
