"Are you ready to talk now?" Kevin asked, knowing full well she wouldn't want to experience what she did once again.
"Y--yes," The chief matron nodded her head and Kevin pulled her closer, wrapping his arms around her waist and allowing her to wrap her arms around his neck.
With the little time they've been together, Kevin noticed the symptoms of acrophobia in her.
And with her fear of heights, he knew she would need something to hold on to while they were in high places.
But this doesn't mean he was going to be nice to her from now on.
Since he tried asking "nicely" and she didn't reply, then he'll ask once again and if she still doesn't want to say anything, then he's going to have to be a lot "nicer" for the third time, won't he?

They were currently at the top of a really high building so the chief matron knew that if she didn't reply honestly to his question, Kevin would definitely throw her from the top of the building and she doesn't think her heart can handle another fall from such an height.

"He's always been supportive of your father's treatment since the beginning. He compensated every single doctor and nurse involved in taking care of your dad, so he showed he always had the best interest of your father in mind,"
"But about an hour later after we talked on the phone, Mr Christopher came with a few guests,"
"Who were they?"
"Mr Ned Baratheon and a young man I had never seen before,"
"All three of them visited your Dad and while he was still asleep, the young man placed a hand over Mr Max forehead,"
"And a green light glowed at the point of contact and the young man turned into your father. It was like magic and that was when I knew that the young man was actually an awakened,"
" Right after the young man transformed back to his normal appearance, Mr Christopher and Mr Ned talked about something that had to do with a change of plan,"

"I'm sorry. I honestly didn't know this was what they had in mind when they wanted your father alive. If I had known they had such evil motives aimed towards your father, I wouldn't have taken a part of it,"
"They threatened to kill me and my daughters if I ever speak of this to anyone else. I don't want to die, so please, spare me. That's all I know,"
The chief matron kowtowed before Kevin imploring him to spare her life but Kevin wasn't interested in hearing her plea.
Kevin clenched his fist before inhaling and exhaling deeply. He rubbed his forehead to calm his disoriented mind.
He watched as his shadow morphed into a black sphere underneath him and Cerberus leaped out of his shadow.
'Master, you called?'
The chief matron watched as a huge dark mutt coated in crimson flames jumped out of Kevin's shadow.
She shrieked in terror and wanted to run away after noticing such a ferocious beast in front of her but Kevin's glare towards her suggested that if she carried out what was in her mind, she would find herself killed by the mutt standing in front of him.
The chief matron watched as both Kevin and the mutt stared at each other, almost as though they were communicating with one another without moving their lips.
A few minutes later, the demonic mutt nodded its head and wagged its huge tail before splitting into three huge dogs.
Two of the mutts leaped into Kevin's shadow once again while Kevin and the last mutt turned towards the Chief matron and walked towards her.
Seeing as how they were walking towards her, she feared they wanted her dead and she crawled backwards with tears in her eyes, imploring them not to kill her.
"Please, I'm sorry, please I don't want to die,. I have two little girls. I beg of you, please forgive me, "
The huge dog barked and the chief matron stayed quiet, as the dog suddenly appeared before her baring its fangs a few inches away from her face.
The chief matron summoned a huge courage to remain calm while staring at the huge fangs staring at her in the face.
She was certain that if the mutt takes another step towards her or leaned a bit towards her, she might soil herself.
But instead, the mutt took two steps back and Kevin hunkered down before her. "You said you have two daughters right?"
She nodded in response.
"Anyone else?"
" Aside from my husband and daughters, I have no one else,"
