"Hello, Boss! It's me, Wolfgang!! There's something important I need to tell you."
Kevin's eyes flew wide, he couldn't believe what he was hearing.
"What did you say?" He asked, trying to confirm if he heard what Wolfgang said clearly.
Wolfgang repeated himself but while he was doing this, Kevin turned towards Victoria who was sitting on a chair and wondering who was on the phone with him.
Kevin motioned to her that he would be right back.
Victoria nodded her head in understanding and Kevin stepped out of the room.
After he stepped out, Wolfgang repeated himself, but he noticed that there wasn't any response from Kevin. So he called out questioningly.
"Boss?"
"I'm listening. Go on," Kevin urged him, wanting to hear what else Wolfgang had to say.
"Okay, boss. There's been a rumor underground that a bounty has been placed on your name, and every big shot in the underground world is searching for you."
Listening to what Wolfgang was saying, an air of melancholy instantly surrounded Kevin and he felt a bit uninterested in anything else Wolfgang might have to say, but there was something that caught his attention.
"Wait a minute, did you just say my name has a bounty placed on it?"
Kevin didn't recall telling his name to Wolfgang, not to mention any of his lackeys. So he found it odd that someone knew who he truly was in the underground world.
But while Kevin was mulling over this, Wolfgang replied to his question, dragging Kevin's mind back to the present.
"Yes boss," Wolfgang replied, then added.
"The name Boogeyman has a bounty of over fifty million dollars on it."
"Boogeyman?"
"Precisely, boss. That name is what the underground world knows you as. It was the name the men and I thought would suit you after witnessing what you did that night."
"I'm sorry I didn't inform you sooner or ask if you would prefer another name."
Kevin didn't really give a damn about what he was called in the underground world, so he wasn't bothered by what he was called.
Instead, he was glad that no one knew his real name, and he would love to keep it that way.
But he was worried about the huge amount of money placed on his head.
Fifty million dollars?
In this current economy, that amount of money could benefit two generations of a family. Yet, Brian Stark was willing to reward anyone who brought him the Boogeyman, dead or alive.
But with no description of his facial features, no one knew exactly what the Boogeyman looked like.
So it would be a bit difficult for anyone to find him now.
"Would you have preferred to be called something else, boss?" Wolfgang asked, feeling a bit worried by Kevin's sudden silence.
"No, it's fine. Have you found out anything concerning the task I gave you?"
"I'm sorry boss. I haven't found her yet," Wolfgang replied sadly, feeling a bit annoyed at his inability to help Kevin find the woman who really mattered to him.
However, he wasn't going to give up just yet. "But I promise you that I won't stop searching for her."
"Thank you, Wolfgang. However, before you resume your search, there's something you have to do for me first."
"Anything boss,"
"Alright, listen attentively."
Wolfgang said nothing and listened in silence to everything Kevin had to say and once Kevin was done, he replied.
"I will see what the guys and I can do. I'll give you a call later."
Kevin acknowledged his words before ending the call.
Right after he was done, Kevin walked back to the bedroom, to see Victoria talking to Sasha.
Both ladies turned towards him when he suddenly walked into the room.
Although Kevin was interested in knowing what they were talking about, he had other things to take care of after hearing about how Brian Stark was actively searching for him.
And since this mattered more to him right now, he decided to act as though he didn't know Sasha had been awake all along.
"You're awake?" He asked with a smile, trying to act as though he had no idea what they were talking about as well.
He didn't know the exact details, but he could guess what they were saying before he entered.
The best he could do now was to act like he wasn't suspicious of their discussion.
"Yes, I am," Sasha replied, trying not to make eye contact with him because she didn't know how to act towards him after hearing a few things from Victoria.
But Kevin simply nodded in return and turned towards Amy who was still asleep on the bed.
As Kevin walked towards her, Victoria could see that he was in a hurry, so she asked.
"Who called you on the phone just now?"
"A friend of mine."
"A friend?"
"Yeah, I'll be leaving the hotel soon."
"What?!" Victoria exclaimed, but Kevin didn't give her a reply.
He climbed onto the bed and crawled towards the sleeping Amy.
He gently removed a few strands of pink hair from her eyes before kissing her on the cheeks while saying. "It's time to wake up princess."
Amy rubbed her sleepy eyes while sitting up on the bed.
"Hmm? What's wrong?" She asked with a yawn while her eyes still felt sleepy.
"It's time to carry out our revenge, you coming?"
Amy's ears twitched at the sound of the word revenge and a smile quickly appeared on her face as she nodded energetically.
"Yes, I am."
"But, where are we going?" She asked, feeling puzzled.
"I'll tell you along the way, come on," He urged her as he stood up from the bed.
"What about the spies waiting outside?" Amy asked, crawling towards the edge of the bed.
