Since Count George already lost enough of his face in front of his citizens, he decided not to use the low-ranking forbidden spells as he already used them twice and both didn't work against Yuan.

"Father, are you alright?" Henrik asked, sensing his father's magical power had become particularly weak, he became panicked.
However, Count George disregarded his son's concern and focused his gaze on Yuan's figure who stood at a distance holding the massive sword in a single hand.
When Count George noticed Yuan's provoking smile, his countenance grew ugly, and he felt as if he could wipe that arrogant grin from his face with a forceful punch.
"Agh!" However, when he became furious at Yuan, he again felt a sharp pain in his head as if a hot needle pierced his skull and it pierced his brain.
The onlookers become shocked seeing their City Lord suddenly scream in pain for a second time while holding his head with both hands, they were puzzled by this.

Henrik also roared at Yuan nodding at his father's words, he kept glancing at Yuan's wives from time to time, he couldn't wait for his father to defeat Yuan so he could have his wives for himself.

As he stared at Yuan, his face began to flush with redness shortly after.
Once he reached the boiling point, with a trembling hand he pointed his magical wand at Yuan, and roared at the top of his lungs, "YOU BASTARD!! YOU'VE CROSSED THE LINE!! HOW DARE YOU LOOK DOWN ON ME? THE CITY LORD AND THE STRONGEST COUNT OF THE KINGDOM?!"
"I'LL KILL YOU, BASTARD!! YOU'VE NO RIGHT TO LIVE ANYMORE!! I'LL KILL YOU!!!!"
"You're looking down on me, right? Then let me enlighten you on what a peak sixth-circle mage is capable of!!"
"LIGHTNING DRAGON OF DESTRUCTION... DESCENDED TO THE MORTAL WORLD AND OBLITERATE...EVERYTHING!" Count George roared angrily at the top of his lungs, and as he finished his chanting, an enormous amount of mana poured out of his body making him kneel on the ground.
"Hahaha" After finishing the chanting, Count George laughed like a maniac and turned to see Yuan with a wide vicious grin on his face. "Now you all will feel true despair... Prepare yourselves for your impending death, you don't have much time left... Hahaha!"
"I have a bad feeling about this..." Miss Brooklyn mumbled in a dazed voice, feeling an indescribable pressure from above pressing down on her body.
Not only Miss Brooklyn but everyone within the city and the city's surrounding area felt an indescribable pressure from above, and everyone looked towards heaven with a puzzled expression on their faces.
Looking toward the heavens, everyone's eyes widened with surprise, they couldn't believe what they were looking at...
The sky above turned dark and blocked the sunlight from reaching the entire Monbrook city and its surrounding area.
CRACK! CRACK! BANG!
Loud sounds of thunderclaps resounded in the whole city, the sound was so loud that it nearly burst the eardrums of the citizens, causing them to fall onto the ground covering their ears.
"What kind of calamity city Lord has called upon us?" One of the citizens mumbled in a seemingly dazed voice, feeling his heart almost stop beating from fear.
"Is City Lord planning to kill all of us in the city?"
"W-What are you saying? Don't say this! I don't want to die yet, I haven't even proposed to the love of my life..."
Hearing the people's desperate whispers, Count George broke into laughter.
"Haha, this is what you get for defying me, the strongest Count of the kingdom, Count George Monbrook! Now die under my strongest spell!"
Hearing this Henrik looked at his father with an awkward fearful look on his face, and said, "F-Father, won't we end up dead along with them?"
"We won't die. I'm wearing a powerful defensive artifact that can save us both from my forbidden spell's destructive power." Count said this to his son with a wide grin on his face.
"I see, I see, you're very clever, father. Let this bastard die along with all those people..."

The lightning fell onto the ground like a divine judgment from God, and suddenly something unusual happened as the lightning began to merge and formed a very massive lightning dragon, and it roared at all the people on the ground.
People were terrified seeing the enormous lightning dragon in the sky roaring fiercely at them, they fell onto their knees as though they were accepting their fate.
