Chapter 291 So Delicious!
After a few minutes of walking, Yuan and his girls as well as Leah arrived in front of the restaurant building.
Looking at the restaurant building with a huge golden sign on top of it 'Golden Delicacy' written in huge letters, Leah had a dumbfounded expression on her face.
'Why did he stop in front of this restaurant? From what I heard this restaurant is one of the most luxurious restaurants within the entire Monbrook city, a single meal would cost an arm and a leg here.' Leah cried inwardly.
With an awkward look on her face, she turned to see Yuan, and asked, "A-Are we going to dine here?"
"That's right, Leah. We're going to dine here," Anna Grace nodded with a chuckle on her face after seeing the surprised look on her face, and continued, "We dined here a few days ago, and it was an amazing experience if you ask me. Each dish has its own unique taste, and I'm sure that you'll enjoy them all."
"B-But isn't this restaurant quite expensive and only reserved for the noble and wealthy merchants? I heard from my father that a single meal in this restaurant would cost an arm and a leg, for a commoner like us could only dream of eating in a place like this."
"Of course, the meals in this restaurant will be expensive." Anna Grace chuckled as she continued, "After all it is a luxurious establishment that only targets wealthy customers, you don't need to worry about the bill if you're worried."
"I'm not concerned. I'm just a little nervous since I've never been to an expensive restaurant like this before; it's all very new to me." Leah responded with a bittersweet smile as she stared at Anna Grace.
To her, even visiting such a fancy establishment as this is a dream come true, let alone dining in such an expensive restaurant.
"Let's get inside and book a private suite for us," Yuan said to his wives and Leah before entering.
"Let's go in, Leah." Anna Grace said before she followed Yuan.
"If you say so, Miss Anna Grace." Leah nodded hesitantly and followed her inside.
Rose and the other girls followed her lead and went inside.
"Oh, Esteemed guests. Welcome back to 'Golden Delicacy'," The Receptionist immediately greeted Yuan and his wives as she recognized them with a single glance.
"We'd like to book a private suite for us, just like before," Yuan said to the receptionist.
Leah was dumbfounded upon seeing the receptionist who was wearing very luxurious clothes being very polite towards Yuan and his wives. Just how big Yuan's background is for the receptionist of such a luxurious establishment to act so polite towards him?
"I understood. Please follow me, esteemed guests."
The receptionist then sent them to one of the luxury suites on the second level, which were usually designated for nobles and wealthy merchants to enjoy a lavish supper without being bothered by anyone.
They came in front of a luxury suit, which was quite spacious and could fit more than 25 people inside, and there were numerous luxurious chairs for the guests' comfort with a large dining table at the center.
Furthermore, the entire room was very rich as many costly objects were placed inside as decoration, and every single thing inside would cost more than a thousand gold coins, which was more than enough for a normal little family to go without working for more than ten years.
'Is this the private suite in which we will dine? Isn't this a little too extravagant?' Leah was dumbfounded after looking at the interior of the private suit, as everything within the suit was simply too luxurious and beautiful.
Yuan and his wives didn't stand in the ceremony and quickly took their seats at the luxurious dining table. Leah was a little hesitant at first but decided to follow suit and took her seat beside Emma.
"Here's the menu, Esteemed guests."
"Thank you." Yuan accepted the menu and ordered a few dishes to his liking, and the receptionist wrote down every dish Yuan ordered.
The receptionist wasn't surprised by the amount of food ordered by Yuan as he had done the same when he first came to this restaurant.
However, the same can't be said for Leah as she was looking at Yuan with wide-open eyes seemingly in surprise. How can a single person eat so much food?
"Here's the menu, you guys can order whatever you want. Especially you, Leah. Don't hesitate to order, I'll pay for it." Yuan then handed the menu to his mother.
"Then, I won't be polite," Leah said with a smile, and in return Yuan smiled at her.
After that, the girls ordered the dishes to their liking, and the receptionist felt her right hand had become numb after writing down the names of every dish on the menu.
"Is there anything else you'd like to order?" The receptionist asked after finishing writing the orders.
"There's none," Yuan replied with a smile.
"V-Very well. I'll immediately notify the cooks..." The receptionist then quickly left the private suit.
Once the receptionist left the private room, Anna Grace turned to see her son and asked, "Darling, How are you planning to deal with the Monbrook family?"
"I don't know yet." Yuan shrugged as he replied, to him the Monbrook family isn't a threat to him at all, he can deal with them whenever he wants.
"I can't believe that you beat young Lord Henrik and now Lord Monbrook is after you." Leah looked at Yuan with a disbelieving look on her face, as it was still hard for her to accept that Yuan was bold enough to beat young Lord Henrik within his own territory.
Anna Grace looked at Yuan for a moment trying to understand what he was thinking, and said, "The Monbrook City is one of the most popular cities within the Windfall kingdom, and Count Monbrook is the Lord of the city and as well as the most important figure within the kingdom..."
"And I've heard that Count Monbrook has greatly contributed to the kingdom's economy as well as provided funds for the kingdom's army," Anna Grace paused for a moment before continuing, "If you destroy the Monbrook family... It will create a huge chaos across the entire kingdom, and the royal family will have no choice but to issue an arrest warrant for you as well as us."
"I have already warned him not to look for trouble with me again. But If that idiot is really looking for trouble with me again, then I'll not be merciful this time." Yuan replied with a nonchalant voice, as a hint of killing intent radiated from his gaze.
After that, he turned to see Leah and said, "Leah, how about we go to your house after lunch and pack your belongings for the trip?"
"Alright, I'll do as you say." Leah nodded.
Sometimes later, the receptionist and a few servers returned to their table with dishes in both their hands.
"Here's your order, Esteemed guests. Everything is freshly prepared by our best cooks, please enjoy it while it's still hot. If you need something, please feel free to ask me." The receptionist said as she gave the signal to the servers to place the dishes on the table.
"There's no need, you can leave alone now," Lily said to the receptionist.
The receptionist and the servers slightly bowed their heads and left the private suit.
"Oh my goodness, this food is so delicious! It's no surprise it's so expensive." Leah was shocked at how excellent the food tasted, and the sadness in her eyes had vanished, replaced by happiness.
Sometimes later, Yuan and his wives as well as Leah finish everything on the table and sit in a relaxed manner on the comfortable chair with their backs leaning, Yuan and his wives' stomachs have become slightly round from eating so much food.
After witnessing Yuan and his women's tremendous appetites and the amount of food they'd consumed, Leah couldn't help but stare at them in awe. Is it even possible that they are human? How did they consume so much food?
A few minutes later, the receptionist returned to the private suite with a long bill in her hand.
"Here's your bill, esteemed guests. The total amount is 45 gold coins." She then handed Yuan a piece of paper with the exact amount written on it.
"45 gold coins? For a meal?" Leah mumbled in a dazed voice, seemingly in disbelief.
Yuan took a brief look at the bill before immediately retrieving 45 gold coins from his system storage and handing them to the receptionist. "Here's 45 gold coins."
"Thank you, please do visit us again esteemed guests." Before exiting the room, the receptionist said.
"Let's go to Leah's place now," Yuan said to his wives before rising from his seat and exiting the private suit.
After leaving the restaurant, Yuan turned to see Leah and said, "Leah, lead us to your house."
"Very well. Follow me then." Leah nodded and led them to her house, which was near the city wall and not far from the slum area.

"Son, are you sure they will return to this inn today?" Within the carriage outside the 'Dandelion Inn,' a handsome middle-aged guy inquired of his son. "We've been looking for him since yesterday, but have yet to catch a glimpse of him. Did he sense the city's fear of my wrath?"
"I'm sure that bastard will return to this Inn. That fucker is very arrogant and believes he's above us— Nobles. There's no way he won't come back here." Henrik said this with a serious expression on his face as his fury grew and he gritted his teeth in frustration.
