Chapter 279: At the Auction
Tegpus smiled at Mike.
Then, he said to Mike.
“I happen to be short of a helper! How about this, kid? You will come with me now!”
Mike looked at Tegpus in front of him.
Then, he followed Tegpus and walked into the distance.
“Sir, where are we going?”
Tegpus listened to Mike’s words and then casually smiled.
“You’ll know in a while! Don’t be so anxious!”
Soon, Tegpus and Mike arrived at their final destination.
This place was located in a remote alley in the west of the Royal City of Romon.
“Sir, where is this place?”
Tegpus looked at Mike who was in front of him and then he smiled.
Then, he explained to Mike.
“This is the biggest auction in the Royal City of Romon! The Romon Auction! Silly boy, follow me!”
Mike looked at the entrance.
Without an acquaintance to lead the way, it would have been impossible to find the entrance to the auction.
Tegpus led Mike to push open a broken iron door.
In front of him was a shabby old house.
Mike looked at everything in front of him in disbelief.
Then, he said to Tegpus.
“Sir, are you sure this is the place?”
Tegpus did not say anything. Instead, he quietly lifted a curtain at the entrance of the inner room.
“You just follow me!”
Mike walked through the curtain.
An extremely narrow and long staircase led to an underground world.
This underground world emitted a burst of extremely dazzling light.
Mike followed Tegpus down the stairs.

The actual location of the Romon Auction was splendid.
Even compared to the Romon Restaurant, it was not inferior.
A large and luxurious crystal chandelier hung above the ceiling.
The dazzling ball of light shone all over the entire venue.

Tegpus waved the bunny girl away and she left.
Tegpus pushed the door open.
Mike saw a stunning beauty that could topple cities and countries.
The woman had a beautiful face and a pair of Green Phoenix Jade Earrings at her ears.
She had a Purple-Gold Phoenix Swallow-Tail hairpin on her head.
The lips on her fair face were vermilion in color.
The high bridge of her nose and big, bright eyes were harmoniously born on her face.
Mike looked at the woman in front of him in a daze.
Suddenly, a familiar feeling appeared in his heart again.
However, even though it was familiar…
Mike still could not remember where this familiar feeling was coming from.
“Hey, what brings our king of blacksmiths here? It’s really an honor for the Romon Auction tonight!”
“Lansi girl, don’t tease me. I came here today to buy something.”

Tegpus said.
