Chapter 178: Sea Elves
Mike and Lilian looked in the direction of the sound.
It turned out that the huge whale had already arrived in front of them.
“Were you talking just now?”
Lilian asked.
The huge whale blinked its eyes slightly.
Then, the sound came again.
“That’s right! It was me!”
Mike and Lilian were excited when they heard the giant whale’s response.
Then, Mike looked at the whale and asked eagerly, “Who are you? Can you tell me your name?”
When it heard Mike’s question, the whale blinked its eyes again.
Then it said, “I’m a Sea Elf! An intelligent creature from the far north!”
Upon hearing the whale’s answer, Mike and Lilian could not help but smile.
Then, Lilian said to Mike.
“There really is a Sea Elf! It seems that what they said is true!”
After Lilian said that, Mike held Lilian’s hands excitedly and then asked, “Sea Elf! Has anyone else been here before us?”
In reply, the Sea Elf shook its body.
“Never! You’re the first human I’ve ever seen!”
“Me? The first human?”
Mike looked at the Sea Elf with some confusion.
Just as he was still pondering its words, the Sea Elf spoke again.
“Isn’t the girl beside you a god?”
When Mike heard the Sea Elf’s explanation, Mike suddenly understood.
Because Mike and Lilian had been together day and night, he had almost forgotten that Lilian was a god.
Then, Mike smiled at the Sea Elf and continued to speak.
“Sea Elf, how did you see it?”
After hearing Mike’s question, the Sea Elf replied.
“I can feel the power of a world deity from this lady’s body! Although it’s not a complete body, I can still feel its boundless divine power!”
Hearing the Sea Elf’s words, Mike and Lilian looked at each other with a smile.
The Sea Elf then spoke again.
“I can obtain the protection of the northernmost land for you!”
“Really?”
Lilian said excitedly to the Sea Elf.
“Unfortunately, the protection of the northernmost land can only be granted to humans. So, Miss, you won’t be able to obtain the protection of the northernmost land!”
Lilian shook her head and reassured the Sea Elf with a smile.
“It doesn’t matter! I’m satisfied that the blessing can fall on him!”
Just as Lilian finished speaking, Mike immediately questioned the Sea Elf.
“Then, what should I do? How do I get the blessing of the northernmost land?”
The Sea Elf spoke again in response to Mike’s questions.
“First, I’ll take you to review your past and present life!”
Before the Sea Elf had finished its sentence, Mike flew into a blue bubble.
Soon, Mike’s consciousness gradually became blurry.
“Sleep! Sleep! When you sleep, you will remember everything in the past!”
Following the Sea Elf’s instructions, Mike gradually fell asleep.
Lilian, who was standing at the side, observed everything that was happening.

So she asked the Sea Elf, “Sea Elf! Will he be okay?”
The Sea Elf shook its body passionately and then answered Lilian.
“Of course! He’s just sleeping now. He’ll wake up soon. Don’t worry!”
Then, in the blue bubble, Mike finally fell asleep.

Mike could feel his hands and feet becoming lighter and lighter.
He felt as if he was in space, completely unrestricted by gravity, free and light as he floated in an unknown sea.
He followed the current that was not turbulent, slowly drifting in the sea.
As he kept drifting, Mike finally came to a strange beach.
When Mike opened his eyes again, he saw a young girl picking up seashells by the beach.
The girl’s attire was something that Mike had never seen before.
Mike walked in the direction of the girl.
Just as he was about to ask her something, a white haired old man walked towards the girl.
“Grandpa! You’re here!”
The girl said to the old man.
The old man smiled and looked adoringly at the girl.
Then, the girl held the old man’s hand and walked towards the small house in the distance.
Mike kept shouting. Even so, the girl and the old man seemed to not hear his voice at all.
They walked away.
No matter how Mike shouted, the two people did not look back.
Just as Mike was about to give up, the old man suddenly turned around and smiled at Mike.
Mike did not understand the meaning of the smile.
However, he now seemed to have gained in strength.
He stood up slowly.
Then, he forced himself to walk on the boundless beach.
Mike walked on the beach and found that there were countless shiny shells on the beach.
Mike then picked up a shell.
He found that there was an immense surging power within the shell.
Suddenly, the immense power in the shell entered Mike’s body.
He felt the infinite power in the shell as if it was a sea of stars.
Soon, Mike felt that his vision seemed to have become more open.
Then, after another special session, Mike once again entered a floating state.
Mike was sucked into a huge mysterious black void passage.
The space around him became distorted again.
Mike looked at the girl and the old man who were walking further and further away. He reached out to grab them, but he could not.
He could only watch them walk away, a step at a time.
When Mike opened his eyes again, he found himself in a barren desert.
Mike found that there were countless shells with immense surging power, on the desert.
This looked like the sea in the future, thousands of years later.
As the world changed, the ocean seemed to have completely evaporated, leaving only the desert in front of him.
Just as Mike was puzzled over this, a young girl appeared in front of him once again.
The girl’s clothes were still something Mike had never seen before and Mike seemed to see a trace of sadness on the girl’s face.
