Chapter 117: The Road to the Palace
“Hahahahaha, of course! With your level and strength, why would you need to be apprenticed to a master?” Dali said with a smile.
At this point, Lilian, who had been silently standing beside Mike for a long time, spoke up.
“By the way, we haven’t met the leaders you mentioned before! Are they still here?”
When Dali heard this, he replied to Lilian.
“Of course they are in Xinluo City, but they are not here. They are living in the palace of Xinluo City!”
“The Palace of Xinluo City?”
Mike asked in confusion.

Dali nodded with a smile, in reply.

Dali smiled and walked towards Mike. He patted Mike’s shoulder and said, “Before I led the team to go undercover at the Empire, I met a master here called Stark. Not only is he a construction genius, but he’s also a political expert!”
“His theory and method of urban construction planning are greatly appreciated by the leader!”
Hearing this, Mike said impatiently.
“Dali, can you take us to meet the two leaders and the master named Stark now?”

“I think you should stay here and have lunch first. In the afternoon, I’ll take you to the Palace of Xinluo City to find the two leaders and Master Stark. How about that?”

Then, Dali brought the two of them to the dining hall of the military base.

Mike and Lilian observed the conversation between the old woman and Dali. They both opened their mouths to speak at the same time.
“Dali, can you still order food in the dining hall of your military base?”

Then, as the three of them chatted for a while, the steaming hot food was served.
Mike looked at the abundance of delicious food on the table, and could not help but to eat heartily.
After the meal, the three of them left the place at noon.
After a short rest, the soldiers in the military base resumed their training again.
Dali took Mike and Lilian to the Palace of Xinluo City outside the military base.
After Dali led Mike and Lilian out of the military base, they came to an abandoned warehouse.
Then, Dali mysteriously moved a huge box aside.
Behind the box was a secret door.
Dali took a key out and opened the secret door.
The candlelight in the secret door lit up instantly.
Before Mike and Lilian could even sigh, Dali spoke first.

“It’s a secret entrance to the military base that leads directly to the Palace of Xinluo City!”
Mike spoke after hearing that.

Then, Dali turned a handle on the wall.
An infinite light suddenly rushed in towards Mike and Lilian.
It was at that moment that the last secret door was opened.
What they saw beyond the door was the Palace of Xinluo City.
Mike and Lilian followed Dali out of the place and into a garden.
The secret door behind them was also covered with green plants.
Dali reset the secret door.
