"Sir, I may have found a butler for you," Bolin announced immediately after he stepped into Mr. Fang's spacious office.

There was a relieved smile on his face while making that announcement. He was a bit relieved that he has managed to half-completed the task assigned to him.

He didn't take a second break and came directly to break the news to him as soon as he got off the phone with a well-known butler academy in the country.

After failing to find a competent one from a trusted agency, he had no choice but to resort to that means. And luckily for him, it looks like he found one.

Sitting on his executive chair while relaxing his elbows on his glass-coated white-leather desk, Mr. Fang moved his attention from the file he was going through and fixed his attention on his assistant.

"What of the housekeeper?"

Asking that question, was sure enough to dampen Bolin's mood. He was very happy that he had at least found a Butler and had come to celebrate it, but who knew he would get reminded of his half-finished work.

"I'm still on it, Sir." He replied as his earlier excitement quickly died down.

Mr. Fang scoffed and moved his gaze back to the file in his hands. There was nothing more to say to him since that was the only reason he came to find him.

Seeing that he no longer had any attention on him, Bolin cleared his throat before asking, "Sir, permit me to take 30 minutes off, I need to go interview the new butler, before getting him to sign the contract."

"How old is he?" Mr. Fang asked as he flipped over to the next page of the file.

"Forty-five years old."

"You may leave,"

Boling bowed slightly, before turning to leave.

In the evening of the same day after Mr. Fang had returned to his penthouse, he made a call to his old lady who have been trying to contact him for a long while now.

Before the old lady could go on after responding to his greeting, he told her the reason for his call, he was coming back home the next day from work.

"This is a relief! I was almost about to start making plans to come and find you. I will ask everyone to come home on time to welcome you tomorrow," The old lady said with excitement in her tone.

She hasn't seen her grandson in 6 months despite the fact they were not living that far from each other. Since the last time the father and son argued, things have been different.

"I'm only going to stay till the next day, there is no need to make that kind of fuss." Mr. Fang revealed.

He never planned to stay for more than 24 hours. If his grandmother wasn't being so difficult, he would never think about going back any time soon.

The old lady was surprised that he was only going to stay for 24 hours for his visit. She had wanted to say something to him, but she held back on her words.

"Clock off work on time tomorrow, I will be waiting for you." The old lady said in a gentle tone.

After the call had ended, he threw his phone on the bed before going into the shower. Now, he had a butler who would begin work as soon as he moved in the next day.

From Bolin's arrangement, he would be meeting his new butler the next day in the morning before going to the company, and while he is there, Bolin would oversee the moving of his things into his villa.

"Mum, when did you come?" Zhang Liling asked with a shocked gaze directed at her mother.

Her mother never mentioned she would be coming down to Country S during their last conversation, so she would be surprised to see her. freew ebnovel.com

Song Jujing's lips arched into a smile when she saw her daughter come in. "You are back?" She knew her daughter would be surprised to see her.

Song Jujing was already nearing her fifties, but her looks were well maintained, making her look more dignified and elegant than Shi Wenqian.

Her aura while sitting on a single couch and staring at her daughter, was something Shi Wenqian would never be able to duplicate even in her past life.

Song Jujing was Zhang Renshu's first woman, before Shi Wenqian appeared from nowhere and left him still, it looked like she still held a special place in his heart.

Zhang stepped into the sitting room while staring at her mother speechlessly.

'Can someone tell this woman not to do things as she pleases?'

"Is this how to greet your mother after being apart from her for almost 2 years?" Zhang Renshu asked as his tone resounded in the sitting room.

Song Jujing's smile almost disappeared as she shifted her gaze to him, "Is this how you treat our daughter in my absence?"

Shi Wenqian scoffed while holding Zhang Renshu's arm as if to declare her sovereignty to her. "Can't a father discipline his daughter?"

"Oh now, you agree that he is her father, but still treat her differently behind his back?" Song Jujing sneered.

Zhang Liling let out a sigh and took a seat for she had already seen that this scene would take a while. Leaving wouldn't be good either.

"What do you mean? You can't come into my house and accuse me of maltreating your daughter." Shi Wenqian said angrily.

"You said I'm accusing you? Look at how lean my daughter is, see her complexion and tell me if this was the same way she looked when I brought her here?" Song Jujing asked with her gaze directed her gaze at Zhang Renshu.

She was demanding an answer from him.

Shi Wenqian wanted to respond, but he glared at her and pushed her hands away before shifting his gaze back to Song Jujing. "Liling is to blame for it. I heard she has been pushing herself a lot these days in her studies."

"You heard, but did you see it for yourself?" Song Jujing asked in a heavy tone. She was quite angry with the man sitting in front of her for not taking care of the daughter he had asked for.

In front of her, Zhang Renshu was tongue-tied and didn't know how to respond. He could only turn to glare at the woman by his side.
