Chapter 3517 Red Gate
'Grimms,'
I said as I saw the group of Grimms by the door of the building. They looked at it, before one of them inserted the key and went inside.
I looked away and slowly made my way; the three might be powerful, but they were far enough that they wouldn't discover me.
It had been four hours since I had left the place vero metal and now moving toward another. This is the second place I have passed through and is not on my list.
This place only has one thing, which I have already got thanks to the two Grimms, I had killed.
The Grimms here are quite good things from their storage. Even the weakest Sovereign had precious things of Sky Sovereign level.
I would have fought these three, but I am no match for them or a single one of them. All three of them are at the Peak of the Earth Sovereign Stage and seem powerful.
Soon, they disappeared from my view and my range, while I moved ahead.

I was moving toward my destination when the dusky sky cleared, and light rain began to fall down.
Just an hour ago, it was dark in here, and now it is clear and raining.
The weather control of this place seemed to feel perilous. Not surprising seeing how old this place is. More than half of the buildings of this place have collapsed and the formation on them has become a death trap.
Like the place I am walking into. Seeing the rubble, there used to be huge buildings, but now all there is a rubble and broken formation.
The rain had lasted for several minutes before it stopped and, once again, the dark had fallen.
I didn't much care about the weather as long as the control formation didn't split into pieces and those pieces began to fall on me.
The conditions have not turned that bad, till yet.
The formation is still working despite its hiccups, which last for a few hours every day.

One and a half hours passed when I noticed something. The square building is in a dilapidated state. The cracks have fallen on it and the bricks begin to loosen up; the only thing that seems fine is the red door.
Though it is not what attracted me, what it did was the formation that was visible on it.
While most things are being broken down, most of these buildings are fine. I have only seen one completely destroyed this is in a far better case than the rest.
I thought for a moment before deciding to go near it, which is dangerous because it is surrounded by a small field of broken formations.
Nearly an hour later, I have reached it and now the formation is in front of me and there is a smile on my face.
When I saw the formation.
The formation is broken in my places, and that is bad, but it is not a thing that made me smile. What made me smile was that the formation of the gate was complete, and it was separate from the formation of the rest of the building.
It is a great insight, which was not mentioned in the formation.
The people should understand how important this thing is. Especially to people like me.
Now the question is whether I could break the formation and, even if I did, whether it could give me the privilege of taking things from within.
If it just gives me entry, then it would be useless.
If the formation is complete inside as it is outside, then I would also need the privilege to choose things, which I hope are given after entering and not through elements in the key.
The key should only be an instrument to open the gate and extract the point.
'I will only know, after understanding the formation,' I thought to myself, before walking away.
I am not walking away from the formation. I have copied it and four of my clones have already started studying it. It is a complex formation, but four of my clones are working on it with time dilation.
It shouldn't take more than a few hours for them to understand the formation and give the answer I need.
I don't usually pull the clones from inheritance, especially when the Grimms are around and I might need to finish it as soon as possible, but this place isn't a normal one.
The gate is grey metal, which means to open it. I would need three points, not one point which I usually do.
The things that it contains inside are also something I need. It will help me tremendously if I get it, without using the points.
Since it will need a few more hours for my clones to understand the formation. It would be a waste to spend that time here when I could reach my destination, get the thing I want from there, and return.
I walked through the broken formation before resuming my journey. An hour and a half later, I reached close when I stopped.
'Fuck!'
I cursed as I sensed the powerful auras of Grimms.
There are two Sky Sovereign Grimms fighting against the one native Sky Sovereign. I could only see the dots, but the shockwaves of their attacks, which were sent far and wide, were more than enough for me to know about them.
I didn't move any closer, and instead, I found a good hiding spot and took out the formation before entering inside.
My abode would have been much safer, but I want to sense the aura as clearly as possible. I could sense the auras inside my abode, but not as clearly as I could from outside.
As for why, I am hiding and not escaping, well it is dangerous.
Their battle might end any moment and if they came in my direction, I would be dead as a rock. I don't want that, it is much safer to hide in a place like this which is covered in broken formations.
