"It seems I picked a good era to break out of the seal, the humans of the world are beyond weak, when I'm done with this world I'll move to the real world and lay waste to all who stand in my way, including your avatars"

"Don't tell me you actually believe the humans are enough to stop me this time, I had decades to plan my escape and your humans won't be enough to stop me, I came to tell you guys that I'm coming"
"You can try but you'll never be seated among us as a god of that's your plan," one of them said as he waved his hands and the portal vanished.
'That was the demon lord, why didn't he come out of the portal, so he can contact the gods?' Alex had tons of questions but the gods still didn't know he was there.
"Xavier spoke the truth, are we really okay leaving the fate of the world to humans?"
"They are humans, and it is their world, they would protect it with their lives"
"Few humans are that selfless, most of them are hiding in cities, some are even committing crimes with the powers they were given, humans would always be humans"
"But the avatars aren't that weak, the female I chose is extremely talented and a master archer same as the other avatars, all we need is to direct their steps and help them locate the Xavier and seal him again"

'Even the gods have no idea where the demon Lord is, where could he be, I'm sure he's not in the Bronze Continent or we should have come across demons, I should listen to their conversation more'
"He's in the Gold Continent, that's where the seal sent him when we infused our powers so he wouldn't return to the real world," one of them said.
"Then both of you should get your avatars to the Gold Continent, killing him is the best way to end things but the avatars lack the weapon to do that so sealing him is their best bet"
'I'm not sure any of the top 5 players are mages, then how do the gods intend on making non-mages perform a sealing spell...or maybe it's part of their abilities, I need to meet the sixth, I have lots of questions' Alex mumbled.
"We'll meet when all the avatars are in the Gold Continent " one of them spoke as he vanished into thin air.
Alex quickly moved away from the entrance of the path, the gods were all walking towards the path before vanishing, he wanted to be sure none of them saw him.
After the conversation was done and all the gods had vanished Alex walked into the room, it wasn't different from the other one at the other end but when the gods were here earlier they were chairs and a table but now it was all gone.
Alex looked around, but the sixth still didn't appear to him meaning something was wrong or he lost the ability to contact him.
"If the sixth didn't call me here who did, I didn't just appear here just to listen to their conversation about humans, we are definitely going to win again the demon Lord" Alex mumbled as he closed his eyes.
He was trying to go back to the real world when something crossed his mind and he switched his pose and closed his eyes.
Alex took a deep breath, he was trying to draw Mana from his core, last time he tried to practice he couldn't get it right but now he wanted to try.
Being here was like being in the real world, he could do everything he could do in the real world here, and here he was alone, Alex wanted to learn magic so he could increase his prowess.
Magic was going to be a game changer for him, he was already good at using his daggers so adding magic to his powers was going to boost his survival chances.
"You can't do it on your own" a familiar voice spoke and Alex opened his eyes.
The sixth was now in the form of a boy, the same boy Alex met first, he had a smile on his face as he saw Alex struggling to learn magic.
"What do you mean?" Alex asked.
"Exactly what I said, you can't do it on your own, magic is something that comes naturally for some while others have to practice and practice before finally getting the hang of it, which one do you belong to?" he asked.
"Since I'm not a mage, I'll say practice" Alex replied.
"Yes, and you can't learn the foundation of magic without being taught, drawing Mana from a Mana core doesn't take a day for some to learn with the right person teaching it to them"
"Before that, where were you all this while and why am I here?" Alex asked.
"I called you here but suddenly the connection I had with you was severed and I was back in my prison, what happened?" he asked.

"Among the kingdoms, one of them had the weapon in question and a mage sealed the weapon and teleported it far away from the reach of the demon Lord, the weapon in question was the demon blade, the strongest weapon in existence"
"So that was how the blade was lost, no one knows where the weapon is or the seal he placed on it?" Alex asked.

Alex turned to the side and saw Amy sleeping there peacefully, he carefully remove her hands from his chest and slid out of the bed.
Two of the avatars were not in the Gold Continent and Melissa was one of them, though Alex didn't know if the god could speak to her but he didn't want her to leave.
Following Melissa was like a first-class ticket to meeting the demon Lord and Alex wasn't going to let her go.
Alex knew her room so he headed straight to the room and stopped at the door, he had nothing to say or a reason for coming here, he just wanted to check if she was still in but what excuse does he give.
