Modal used the move ' Perfect Warrior's Descent ' as his black eyes suddenly turned into an omniscient golden as he exuded an aura that wasn't remotely anything that the universe had seen before.
The monarch's in the crowd were quick to act as Emperor Cervantez instantly brandished his sword after recognising the threat, sending a powerful sword slash aiming straight for Modal's head with the intention of neutralising him at once.
The speed and strength of the sword strike was not something a tier6 god should have been able to handle, however, modal caught the incoming sword qi with his bare hands as if it were nothing and sent it towards a charging Neatwit who suffered a serious blow from the attack.
By this point the crowd started to shriek and panic as they realised that whatever was going on was not normal as the universal queen began manifesting herself from the sky.
" Catching and deflecting sword qi? How's that possible? " Emperor Cervantez questioned as he had never seen someone manipulate sword qi as if it were water, yet he witnessed that feat occur right in front of his eyes.
Even Patricia Won Knight and Augustus Won Knight jumped into battle, however, with a snap of his finger, Modal activated the infamous tier10 impenetrable pink barrier as he isolated everyone except Kartikeya in the space outside.
" Woah, woah, woah, relax pal, it's just a tournament. If you want the first price so bad, I'll let you have it " Kartikeya said as he slowly inched away from Modal as he felt that if he recklessly attacked him the man would kill him in an instant.
" KARTIKEYA! "
" BROTHER! "
He could hear the shouts of Jake and Kremeth Jr in the distance as well as see the desperate attempts of the monarchs as well as the queen to break the pink barrier as although he was ' The Brute ' to the masses, the monarchs already knew of his true identity.
If for any reason, he died in this fight, nobody in the universe could handle the consequences of what was going to follow.
[ Eternal Darkness Blast ]
Modal activated an attack that Kartikeya had never seen before, a unique type of darkness blast that did not travel only through the three dimensions, but also affected the fourth dimension, meaning that one could not phase in and phase out of the void to dodge the attack.
Swerving left, in a feat of unprecedented agility and sheer survival insticts, Kartikeya dodged the brunt of the attack launched at him, however, his body was now turned side-ways towards his opponent who closed the gap between himself and Kartikeya in an instant.
In those microseconds which seemed like an eternity to Kartikeya, his mind worked in full speed as he realised that he could no longer put up a defence against his opponent.
He could not move his arm joints in a way that he could block the incoming attack because of anatomy, while he could also not turn in time to face the attack.
He was completely defenceless as his opponent prepared yet another blast to take him out from close range as in this moment, he could only remember his father's teachings from childhood.
Side- Stepping towards his opponent instead of moving away to dodge, he messed his opponents rhythm and bumped into him shoulder first as the dark blast connected with his right shoulder and blasted away half his upper right torso.

Rudra had been feeling better lately, he was slowly but surely adapting to the clutter of having various seeds pumping thoughts in his mind and was somehow getting better at suppressing them all alone.
If things progressed as smoothly as they were, he planned on assimilating one seed into his body for every year passed until he reached his goal of harnessing 10 seeds.
However, just as he was going about his routine of meditation and self-reflection, the queen raised alarms about kartikeya's security as his Omniscient eyes took a look at the developing situation at once.
As Rudra looked at the opponent forming a tier10 barrier, his heart skipped a beat as he teleported to his son's aid at once.
Rudra absolutely adored and loved Kartikeya, he was his son who he had personally groomed and raised since he was a 3 year old boy and just the thought of him getting hurt made him lose his damn mind.

" UNCLE NEATWIT, PLEASE DO SOMETHING, KARTIKEYA'S DYING INSIDE" Jake shouted as he panicked and banged his fists against the pink barrier as hard as he could, as Neatwit felt his stomach roll at the scene.
" It's no good, there's no way to break a tier10 barrier, even if all of us combine our most powerful attacks we won't be able to scratch it! " Said Neatwit as he internally thought that if even the queen could not break it then what could someone like him do about it?
However, at that moment a blast of energy so strong that it even made Neatwit's tier7 skin feel first degree burns came down from the sky as Rudra came crashing down from the sky, headed straight towards the pink barrier with extreme velocity.
" FATHER, BROTHERS NEARLY DEAD! PLEASE SAVE HIM" Jake shouted, however, by the time he had even completed speaking the full sentence, Rudra had blasted apart the full tier10 barrier as there were six seeds floating behind his back in a circle as he exuded an aura that was even more threatening and alien than the one that Modal did.
" Die "
Rudra only said one word as he gripped Modal by his neck using one hand and healed Kartikeya who was on his last breaths with the other.
" The perfect one awaits your ascension… " Modal said as Rudra reduced him to ashes.
