( Odin's POV )
Odin was visiting the Angel monarchy when he, alongside every other individual in the universe, received the news of Rudra's monumental victory.
Everyone in the room had varied reactions to this piece of news, however, the ones who seemed the most shocked were Micheal and Odin.
Micheal had always thought of himself as the ' Big Fish ' , he had always believed that he was the strongest angel and hence the strongest in the universe.
He carried himself with a sense of pride and although he acknowledged the ability of individuals like Lucifer and Shakuni, he had this distinct belief that if he ever fought them to death he could walk out with a win.
However, Shakuni defeating the queen was a slap across his cheek that gave him a difficult reality check.
Realistically, Micheal knew that not only could he never defeat the queen, he could not even scratch her toe, yet Shakuni enslaved her somehow.... Somehow, Shakuni had managed to enslave the creation of several celestials combined!!!! And if Micheal still believed himself to be superior then he was outright delusional.
" How is this even possible, master? How can a monarch wield power equal to a celestial?
It's like saying a mortal with no divine essence defeated a tier6 god with divine attacks in his arsenal, but it's much harder than even that! " Micheal questioned as he looked towards Odin who was the only individual that looked even more depressed than Micheal was.
Odin was the one who had set-up Rudra to fight the queen.
The queen was responsible for accumulating a lot of ' Good Karma ' for the celestials and had ingrained herself with the fate of millions of mortals making her an object with near infinite Karmic value.
Her combat style was perfect and there wasn't a single move in the universe that she could not replicate and perform herself.
In a way, she was the strongest warrior in the universe and yet Shakuni found a way to enslave her.
It wasn't Shakuni defeating the queen that was a shock to Odin as he had been hoping for that outcome from the get-go.
For Shakuni to become a celestial he needed to defeat the queen and absorb her Celestial Core! It was his sure-shot way to becoming a celestial, yet the man decided to not take the opportunity and remain a monarch and this choice baffled Odin.
He could not wrap his head around how Shakuni could subdue the queen without destroying her physical server, her only weakness.
Having fought the queen once himself, he knew that suppressing her Avatar was just not possible.
Even if one could block the attacks from one of her Avatar, she could manifest a hundred more and put even the best warriors in a pickle.
The only way to defeat her was to somehow bypass her defences and destroy her physical server and Odin had confidence that Rudra with his several years of planning could figure out a way to achieve this feat.
However, never in his wildest dreams did he think that Rudra would enslave the queen as his personal A.I. as this was the only outcome that was even worse than letting the queen govern the universe on her own.
" Follow me my students, we need to attend this meeting he's holding " Odin said with fear evident in his voice as he made all the angels in the room follow him as they headed towards the Council Of Monarch's Monument.
Sariel also had a negative reaction to the news as he feared Shakuni's retaliation towards the angels should he find out that it was them who blocked his re-entry.
Raphael was worried that Shakuni being the supreme leader might bring unnecessary wars to the entire universe and was wondering if the celestials would intervene in this matter.
Hazriel was concerned that her master was acting weirdly. She had never seen him panic or behave like things had developed outside his expectations, yet today's events seemed like a development he had not expected to occur.

( Meanwhile The Elves )
" MUAHAHAHAHA, THAT'S MY SON IN LAW, HAHAHAHAHA, HOHOHOHOHO " The elf monarch laughed heartily at the message as he flexed over all the elves present in his royal court that this feat was achieved by family.
" Better times are coming for Vanaheim, I'm telling you.
Both my son-in-law's are something else.
I've heard that the elder one has two sons and the younger one has one.
If you guys want a life like mine, I strongly suggest you wed your daughter's to one of those kids.
MUAHAHAHAHA " The elf monarch had completely lost his mind as he seemed happy beyond reason.
Although his words were surely to be taken with a grain of salt, somehow, they resonated with many of the elven high council.
Secretly they began planning to teach their daughters on how to seduce the Rajput men as if they could marry into that family, their future would surely be limitless.
" Well I'm not missing that meeting, who else is coming with me? " the elf monarch asked as several of his council members decided to follow him to the monument where the meeting was going to be held.

" You did it, didn't you? Shakuni you crazy bastard! Hahahahaha " Dracula chuckled with a crazed expression on his face.
Ever since the duo clashed outside Bloodfall territory, Dracula had become obsessed with fighting Shakuni once more someday, but with him defeating the queen it seemed like that clash could only occur sometime in the celestial realm.
" I was not sure who between you and my father was stronger when I last met you, however, I no longer have that doubt.
With the accomplishment of defeating a celestial level figure as a mortal under your belt, it's clear to me that you surpass my father in terms of combat strength.
I, DRACULA, DECLARE TODAY THAT YOU ARE THE STRONGEST OF THEM ALL! " Dracula screamed as he headed off to the council Monument too, thinking that he had finally found the strongest individual to ever take birth in the universe.
