Odin had reigned supreme in the universe before the queen was established and his only purpose in living inside the universe was to nurture warriors that could become celestials and challenge his master for a fight.
Every celestial had the right to appoint ONE soulmancer as their representative to the universe and the job of these soulmancers was to be the arms and legs of their master and fulfil their wishes in the universe.
For the perfect warrior, this individual was Odin and the only instruction that he had given Odin was to find and nurture talents that could someday defeat him.
It was for this sole reason that Odin reincarnated several souls and guided them to become powerhouses from the shadows, as he desperately hoped that someday, someone amongst those could become a warrior supreme and give his TRUE master a fight that he so desperately craved.
When Rudra became a god, the final prophecy that Odin saw as his future was him fighting against the perfect warrior and his true master smiling at the battle.
The odds of Rudra winning this battle were at a shocking 2:98 against his favour, however, him having even a 2% chance in defeating the strongest warrior in the entire universe was already massive!
The reason behind why Odin called Rudra ' Master ' was because in the rarest of rare events where he did become a celestial and went onto defeat the perfect warrior, Odin would then be bound to the individual that defeated his master which would mean that he would become Rudra's slave.
However, for now, he was only a pig that Odin was fattening for his master to enjoy.
He had done this several times throughout history, as he had incited fights, participated in massacres and pulled the strings behind the scenes to cause emotional pain and fuel hatred in potential prospects for celestial hood so that they kept pushing through to become stronger.
The more chaotic the times became, the stronger the individuals living in those times became, however, things reached a boiling point during the Chaos War.
Tens of thousands of god's died like flies while the mortal population was reduced by a whopping 20%.
The war was catastrophic and although it did manage to produce ONE celestial as the ultimate outcome, the method was too cruel to be called a success.
Naturally Odin did not care, however, the other celestials did as they came together created the universal queen.
The universal queen was created through the combined powers of 12 celestial god's and was the most advanced creation in the history of the universe whose sole purpose was to ensure the maximum survivability of mortals and a peaceful universe for them to grow in.
Odin, under the orders of the perfect warrior tried to take down the queen early into her life cycle, however, his attempt to defeat her fell short as his tier8 strength was not enough to bring her down!
Being a soulmancer of the perfect warrior, he was let-go by the queen who was programmed to not commit suicidal acts, however, Odin was forced to sign a contract which stated that he could never reveal the method to defeat the queen or her physical location as well as never attempt to bring her down again.
Bound by this contract, Odin could only slide to the shadows, not being involved actively in the politics of the universe anymore as the queen progressively made it a better place to live in and handed over the control over her rules and governance to the first council of monarchs.
The idea behind allowing the monarchs to program her was to allow mortals to defend themselves, however, with time the policy decision of the monarchs made the queen unsatisfied with their approach.
When Rudra started to rise in prominence, the queen who had the ability to peer into the future as a prophet just like Odin did, realised that if left unchecked Rudra had the potential to become the biggest mass murderer in the universe as he was the sort of man who would burn everyone and everything in the universe down should anyone harm a hair on his family.
Her program suggested that she neutralise him but did not permit her to interfere directly, which is why she colluded with Lucifer to bring him down but started the next great dimensional war in the process.
Ultimately, Rudra did not die and returned stronger than ever and till date the queen believed him to be the greatest threat to the peace and stability of the universe which is why she continued to go after him relentlessly.
Unfortunately for her however, Rudra already knew her entire history, her entire codex and exactly how she was built.
She could manifest before him, she could try and bring him down, however, from the very moment he had decided to go after her, the queen had already lost the fight.

Asiva was getting worried about Max's return date.
It had been a month since Zippo and Sebastian returned yet there was no news about Max.
Asiva had no idea if Max was still undergoing the tier7 trial or if he had succeeded in it or if he had failed.
Tomorrow was the day when all the vampire council members were meant to hold a meeting with King Regus and Max was expected to show up there.
If he somehow missed the meeting, it would reflect badly on the Bloodfall clan, however, since they had already accepted the invitation, Asiva could not back out of her commitment at the last minute either.
" Come on Max, where are you? I need you back here…. " She murmured nervously as she wondered about potential solutions in case he failed to show up on time.
