All the superior options were combat related and most of them allowed him to express the strength of celestials-
However, the last skill which was shining as a golden icon on his system panel unlike anything he had ever seen before seemed to come with a taunt from the perfect warrior himself!
The supreme being in the universe, the individual who sat at the very top had offered him a skill move that was probably the strongest, but had attached a mocking note at the bottom to test his pride.

His eyes turned from loving and fatherly to those of a demented killer who lusted for blood as by holding THREE tier10 seeds at once, Rudra pushed beyond what mere monarch's could handle.

With his family gone, the time was finally ripe for him to bring the fight to the queen, but before he did so, he needed to sharpen his rusty sword skills that he had not used for a while.

Sparring against the kids kept him active, but it wasn't nearly enough for him to actually be pushed to his limits and fight at true potential.
He needed some time to spar alone and train with the actual sword to regain his edge as a warrior, as the next fight was most likely going to be something that defined his legend forever.

Long ago, Odin had tried to take down the queen, which was the reason behind him already knowing the location of her physical presence, however, his defeat was the reason behind why he could not reveal the location to Rudra.
The queen acted as a check and a balance against Odin acting rampant in the universe and the sly old fox was aware of this.
Her absence benefited him probably the most, however, it also gave Rudra the chance to become tier9.
Odin always knew that handing over the seed to Rudra would result in him finding out everything about the soulmancer, however, he was convinced that in the end Rudra would choose the promotion to tier9 and pick a fight with the queen regardless.
The bastard Odin had been manipulating strings for wayy too long, however, he had decided to manipulate the wrong individual this time around.
If it came to scheming, Rudra prided himself at being second to none which was exactly why he had a big secret planned for the upcoming fight.
A secret that would turn the universe upside down if he succeeded!
