Max held his breath as the clock ticked down, he had belief that his brother must have timed it perfectly, but 20 seconds just seemed like a time frame that was awfully short.

Lucifer, who was bleeding profusely from his neck was still gathering divine essence, but now a weird phenomena had started to alter the characteristics of his to be unleashed move as the small stone embedded on his sword began emitting large amounts of energy which was channelling through Lucifer's body turning his visible veins black.
18 seconds…..
Even the whites of Lucifer's eyes became black as he looked like a creature of darkness rather than a fallen angel, however, it seemed like he was finally nearing the end of gathering the energy he needed.
17 seconds…..
Lucifer chuckled as he looked at Rudra with his new creepy look as he mouthed the words [ Dark Angel's Revenge ]
At that moment, even Max's barrier began to reverberate as if it was a window caught within a storm as Lucifer unleashed an attack so powerful that it transcended the power-scale itself, going beyond the realm of tier8 and becoming a pseudo tier9 move.
The attack which contained a lot of unadulterated power of the seed of darkness had managed to go beyond the defined limits of the controlled universe.
16.5 seconds...
Regus felt his heartbeat stop, his HP was still in a dangerous red area and just from feeling the aura of Lucifer's attack he knew that he did not have the strength to withstand whatever aftermath or shockwave the attack would produce as Shakuni tried to neutralise it.
He felt unlucky to have been saved from being beheaded by Shakuni, only to die as cannon fodder in the end.
From another view, he was in awe of the strength unleashed by Lucifer in his attack as it was easily twice as powerful as Ixtal's Supremacy.
16.2 seconds…..
The attack finally reached Shakuni and threatened to reduce him to dark fog, when he casually raised his hand and mouthed the words [ Chaos Devour ]
15.9 seconds
Regus could not believe his eyes as he saw Lucifer's attack being swallowed straight into Shakuni's body as if it were just replenishment fuel for him.
There were no Shockwaves, there was no backlash, there was no resisting either, Shakuni plain and simple began absorbing the attack with a wicked smile on his face.
15.5 seconds…..
Lucifer began spitting black blood as the strain of unleashing the attack caused a lot of internal damage to his organs who did not have the strength to support it.
Yet, what caused him more damage than unleashing the move was seeing how easily Shakuni was absorbing it as if it meant nothing to him.
It was only now that Lucifer saw that near Shakuni's kidneys, there was a glowing mass of energy that was shining through his armour, as he recognised it to be the seed of chaos, the strongest seed in the entire universe.
15 seconds....
Lucifer began to laugh hysterically, it was clear to him who was the individual who had pulled all the strings behind the scene as he also solved the mystery as to how Shakuni became so strong so fast and why he was still alive.
It was all because of his master, the unnamed god.
He was too scared to claim a seed for himself, afraid of its corrupting powers, so he planted it in Shakuni, used him as a pawn.
14 seconds....
Rudra absorbed Lucifer's move in its entirety as the barrier stopped reverberating and a calm returned to the battlefield.
13 seconds...
Rudra picked up Excalibur once more and began calmly walking towards Lucifer who threw his sword towards his feet, honouring his promise as made under the watching of the celestials.
12 seconds…..
Rudra did a kip up and caught Lucifer's sword straight in his teeth, walking with three swords now, as the moment that he came into contact with the seed of darkness it tried to seep some of its aura into his body, but it was mercilessly devoured by the seed of chaos who intimidated it into silence.
11 seconds…..
" How does it feel to kill my legend twice? " Lucifer said as he lowered his head and accepted his fate.
He was too injured to try and escape, while he also understood that before the seed of darkness all his attempts were futile.
10 seconds...
Rudra mouthed the words " It feels pretty damn good "
But they sounded muffled as he was speaking over a sword as he mercilessly decapitated Lucifer, putting an end to the great devil, the leader of the dark faction that had terrorised the universe for over a millennia.
9 seconds…..
Lucifer's decapitated head left his body, however, the devil still had his signature evil smile on his face, as before he died forever, his decapitated head gave Rudra a bone chilling warning.
" Even you, Shakuni, are but a pawn in this game "
8 seconds…..
Rudra brutally hacked Lucifer's body into a thousand pieces, before using the Indra-Astra to use lightning to incinerate the devil's flesh to ash, leaving only his severed head intact.
7 seconds...
Rudra turned his gaze towards Regus who was sitting in the distance and although the vampire monarch had an amiable smile on his face which seemed like gratuity for saving him, Rudra pointed his sword at the man coldly as he stared straight into his red eyes.
6 seconds…..

Pulling the seed of darkness out of Lucifer's sword, Rudra stored it in his inventory as he gripped the now empty sword and swung it around a bit to check its weight.
4 seconds...
Tossing the sword away, he looked towards Max as he said " This one's for you, it's much better than the trash that you wield currently ".
3 seconds...
Pulling out the Indra-Astra out of his inventory, he tossed it out towards the ground as well as he looked Sebastian in the eye who immediately flinched and looked away out of fear.
" This one's for you, dwarf, it belonged to your father.
He was a great warrior, and I think you can shoulder his legacy in the future ".
2 seconds....
Rudra turned towards the queen, his plan already complete as he pointed towards her monstrous form and said
" I'm coming for you next ".
1 SECOND!
Just as Max deactivated the barrier spell, Rudra walked into his warp portal as before the queen's talons could ever graze his visage, the devil slayer was gone.
The queen hit the ground where Rudra stood and it immediately disintegrated into nothing, but the frustration was visible in the hollow eyes of the A.I. as although it did not curse or bang her limbs around like a human, from the way she stood immobile as she calculated the next best course of action, it was clear that the things that had transpired here today had exceeded her expectations.
