Time began passing slowly for the Bloodfall clan and for Max as the war progressed slowly on both sides with only a single orb being destroyed each day for the entire week.

A third tranche of soldiers that had been trained by Dombivli City camp and been sent in this duration to the dimensional battlefield as finally the numbers of the Bloodfall clan active soldiers crossed the 1 million mark with them having a total of 1 million 5 thousand soldiers.

Max was in discussions with Asiva about how they could speed up the time frame and send in more soldiers to prepare for upcoming fights, however, Rudra knew this was pretty much it for the Bloodfall clan, and that a massive fight would break between now and the date that the next tranche of troops were set to come.

If the Bloodfall clan was lucky, they would still be surviving.

If not they would have been annihilated alongside the vampire disc.

If Rudra's estimations were correct, which they most likely were, the fight of the vampires against Satan was going to be the deciding battle in this war.

If the vampires prevailed and his plan to kill Lucifer was successful, the war would end in the next 6 months after the conclusion of that fight with overwhelming victory for the light faction.

If he failed and the vampires fell, then the odds would go overwhelmingly in the favour of the dark faction with them having a 70% chance to win the war after that.

One notable change that Rudra had begun to notice in his psyche ever since coming back to the universe was that he had grown very indifferent to life and death in general.

He began to see lifeforms below tier4 as nothing but mob numbers, while fights between gods were just entertainment.

As his physical body refined under the influence of the chaos seed and got closer and closer to tier9, Rudra's mental state was subtly affected as well and he was acutely aware of this change in his psyche as well.

He understood that for his plan to succeed he needed the vampires to struggle, to die, to appear weak and on the backfoot.

He knew millions would have to die just so that he could have his revenge on Lucifer while also shifting the odds of this dimensional battle in general, potentially saving millions more from not having to fight useless small battles, however, it was shocking to him that he had no aversion to the idea of millions of vampires dying for his cause at all.

He tried to feel guilty, he tried to think that he was becoming inhumane, but no matter how he tried to introspect, he did not feel a single ounce of guilt regarding this matter.

He was confident in his ability to save Max and for him that was all that mattered, whereas everything else was secondary.

The vampires, humans, elves could all die for what he cared, as the only people he truly felt emotions for were his family.

This mentality made him question the whole style of life of the light faction as these were ideals that mirrored the dark factions style of life, however, he did not delve too deep into the topic.

He was what he was, and he was comfortable in his own skin.

In his first life he was a nobody….

In his second one he was a hero….

Now with his brother taking his mantle as the compassionate hero, it was finally time for him in his third life to enter his villain arc.

( Meanwhile Mira )

The moment she hit the level cap, Mira went straight for the tier6 promotion and left the Dimensional Battlefield.

Unlike Max, she took the traditional promotion route, one where she took a system test and was sent to various planets to cultivate the faith of mortals.

She influenced several primal civilizations, made them believe that god's came from the sky and looked like dragons as she established her own system of faith and religious practices that emphasised on them praying to her to avert natural disasters, climate crisis and other such nature's phenomenon so that every time they feared the wrath of nature they would pray to her piously.

She also went above and beyond to ensure that the civilizations she took charge of developed the spirit of scientific exploration and had an attitude for critical thinking.

She created massive monoliths where she wrote facts such as their planet was a sphere and that the sun was also a sphere far away and the knowledge of the cosmos so that when the civilization reached a point where their science was advanced enough, they would find her words to be true which would renew the people's faith in her for several generations more to come.

Creating hidden treasure troves, leaving behind powerful artefacts, passing down some martial arts to her chosen priests and warriors she made sure that the belief of the people in her would not wane with time and as a result she passed the tier6 promotion test with a SS rating in the end.

As always, the queen did place an A.I. in her brain once she reached tier6 and she seemed quite fuming to even do that much as Mira was an abomination that should have never reached that rank in the first place.

With her infinite mana cheat, her racial superiority, with her now able to wield divine essence too she was pretty much unstoppable and she was gunning for the people who had wronged her father.

( Meanwhile Rhea )

Although slower than Rudra, Regus did catch up to the fact that the enemy he was to face had teamed up with the dragon's that had sided with the dark.

Regus was a smart king and he knew that facing a legion of dragon's was suicidal and if he must face them he needed help of his own.

Hence, he had to schedule a diplomatic meeting with the dragon's who had sided with the light faction and by proxy their leader in the black dragon queen Rhea.

The purpose behind the meeting was to try and convince the black dragon queen to reshuffle her disc protection forces and spare some help for the vampires should the upcoming disc raid be for them to attack Satan.

In Essence it was a simple conversation that was in best interest of the light faction, however, Regus had an uphill diplomatic mission on his hands this time around as convincing the hot-headed black dragon queen to send even a fraction of her forces was not going to be an easy task.
