"You are really one dedicated doctor…" Lei Zhen was speechless completely when he heard that she had made plans so far ahead.

Her foresight was horrifying, to say the least, if she had known about this ever since the movie had started playing.

"Don't underestimate my ability to read the situation, Lei Zhen. I'm not being paid billions for naught." Samantha shrugged her shoulders, telling him to go away from her room now.

Despite the blandness of her room, it was still a woman's room. Hence, once his job was done, he should leave the room immediately.

"What's the secrecy anyway? I have already seen everything I need." Lei Zhen chuckled, leaving her room.

"What an annoying rogue." Samantha shook her head in disbelief, closing the door. She could care less about her room being seen by him, but it was the fact that she needed time to learn about Magnolia.

Just like how ignorant Lei Zhen was initially, she was also a complete amateur when it came to things related to Magnolia, much less the gaming aspect part.

"Hmm, so Magnolia is 100 percent immersive VRMMORPG, meaning you can actually feel your body movement and get the genuine feelings of being in the game itself. In other words, it's a second life a person has in another world, or gaming world to be precise." Samantha muttered, reading through her tablet.

And as she was reading, Lei Zhen had cleverly sent her a text of a large chunk of blocks, filled with information regarding Magnolia.

It was labeled as basic 101 of Magnolia from Lei Zhen and he even cheekily told her that she can thank him by cooking him delicious food for dinner.

Samantha didn't know whether to laugh or cry because of the constant behavior change of Lei Zhen. If it was other people already, then they would have gone insane for his swift change of personality and action.

Glancing at her tablet screen, Samantha chuckled when she saw the large chunk of text that Lei Zhen sent to her was immensely long. It wasn't an exaggeration to say that it was like a chapter of a textbook.

Luckily, she was prone to reading a ton of information as a doctor, so the text was just a casual read for her.

A few minutes later, Samantha had gotten the gist of Magnolia and the basics down. With her IQ level, it would have been embarrassing if a video game could stump her.

Hopping into the MagnoPod, Samantha's vision darkened for a few seconds before being transported into a box-like environment.

Soon, a woman descended from out of nowhere and began to ask Samantha to place her hand on the golden orb.

Samantha wasn't shocked by this development since Lei Zhen had warned her about it previously. Hence, she knew what the golden orb was meant for and placed her hand.

[Does the New Player wish to integrate her body figure and appearance for Magnolia?]

Without hesitation, Samantha answered yes, hoping to hasten the process.

The moment she answered yes, Samantha could feel that something had occurred in her body, but as for the precise details, she wasn't sure about it.

Sometime later, the woman asked the question that Lei Zhen had repeatedly warned that it was buggy and disastrous- the class option.

However, when the class options appeared in the form of a projection screen, Samantha was slightly taken aback.

'Lei Zhen mentioned that there are 7 game classes, but how come there are only 6 game classes?' Samantha wondered silently. The 6 game classes listed in the options were Knight, Mage, Archer, Enchanter, Assassin, and Paladin.

At first, she would have thought Lei Zhen remembered wrong, but when he got most of the information correct except this part, she was suspicious.

Confused and clueless, Samantha decided to ask the woman that was floating above the air.

"Weren't there 7 game classes to choose from? How come I only get 6 game classes instead? Is this gender discrimination?" She asked, staring right into her eyes.

"The new player must have been mistaken. There have always been 6 game classes only, never 7." The woman said affirmatively.

"Is that so? Then why did one of my friends have 7 game classes to choose from, and the one missing is the Crowd Controller Class." Samantha changed her tone to a demanding one, clearly not believing the woman's words.

Although the woman in front of her was affirmative with her wordings, Samantha was able to detect a slight nervousness that was quickly hidden from her. Being that suspicious, Samantha naturally had to figure out the reason.

"Why aren't you responding? Are you unable to respond or are you broken down? Should I report this to the administrator?" Samantha enquired, clearly not letting her off the hook easily.

After remaining silent for a few minutes, the woman finally responded. Though her response was not the one that Samantha was expecting to hear.

"Confirmed, the new player has chosen the Necromancer class. Proceeding to transport the new player to the beginner town." The woman said, waving her hand and vanishing.

"What the hell is this?" Samantha was astonished when her class was forcefully chosen.

And before she could even complain, she felt her body dissipating, almost as if she was being forcefully dragged away by unknown particles.

By the time Samantha regained control of her body, she realized she was transported into a town-like environment.

"That damn woman really just smacked a random class at me and told me to get out. I swear to god if I ever meet her in person, then I'm going to make her consume all of my experimental drugs." Samantha cursed loudly, losing her usual composure.

She had never been humiliated like this before, and to think it was an NPC that had humiliated her was unacceptable.

However, she realized that her outburst had caused most of the people around the area to look at her confusingly.

Feeling their gaze, Samantha smiled awkwardly before choosing to log out.

She was ready to complain to Lei Zhen about how horrendous the game design was and how it was complete utter garbage.
