'Now I just need to complete the four easy Ruler missions to complete the first Domain Connection mission and get that 4000 intelligence stat increase,' Alex thought, closing the system screen.
'I should check the Ruler Shop to see if anything of value has appeared as I now have close to a hundred thousand Ruler coins,' Alex thought as he opened his character window to check the new changes.
'Now this is what I call broken stats.' Alex thought\, looking at his base stat without any Boost reaching close to 5K while the vitality and Intelligence stats were above 10K.
'Let's equip all of my equipment's and check my final stats,' Alex thought as he took out his items from the inventory.

'The quality of the ring and my armor has been upgraded to Unique grade, but with two of stats reaching the stat cap, I can't fully benefit from the increased stat boost they could provide,' Alex thought, with a wary smile.
The stat boosts Alex's equipment provided were significantly increased as their quality grade went up with his Rank promotion, but that didn't mean he could benefit from them without limits because he was still a Mortal and had the limits of one.
All living beings had limits to their strength, and even at the peak of Mortal strength being the Third Rank, the stat limit was set at 20K.
'I am delighted with my accomplishment as I have achieved a level that I never thought possible, let alone even think that one day I would reach it,'
'In my last, The third Rank was the end for me, but in this life, I will surpass it and accomplish much more than I ever thought possible,' Alex thought, feeling a bit emotional as he remembered his old life.

Alex spent the next few seconds with closed eyes sitting on the floor in silence before regaining his focus with a refreshed and relaxed mind.
'Let's check what changes happened to armor and ring skills after the quality and Rank upgrade,' Alex thought, quickly opening the system stat panel of his armor and ring.
Alex checked the system information of his armor and ring, and all of the skills had significant boosts to their effect, but there were no major changes he didn't already expect.
'Now that I think about I still haven't received the reward for the third test of might mission,' Alex thought, quickly opening the Ruler mission section.

'Seven days of slumber,' Alex thought, bewildered by the situation.
"Elder Darion, Is this Normal?" Alex asked.
"It is Normal," Elder Darion said as he appeared before Alex.
"The reward from the Test of Might missions gives the Domain Ruler improvement in all three fundamental areas with them being the Elemental, Physical, and lastly the Spiritual."
"You received the Chaos Manipulation for the Elemental Enhancement, Ruler Pride for the physical, and now you will receive a Soul Art related to the spiritual," Elder Darion said, clearing Alex's doubts.
'I will be receiving a soul-related technique, and if it is anywhere near the level of the last two rewards, it should be pretty broken or at least have the potential to become one,' Alex thought, thrilled with the new information.
Alex was completely clueless about anything related to the soul skills as there was no public information about them, and knowing he would be receiving something of such an unknown nature, his mind was filling with nothing but questions.
"Elder, Can you tell me how a spiritual skill functions and if they would work similarly to the mind attacks skill like illusions and such," Alex asked, itching to learn about the unknown.
"Soul is the most unexplored path in every field, and rightly so because every individual soul is different, and tempering with it in even a slightly wrong way would always result in a terrible end."
"The basic offensive spiritual skills do work similar to the mental attack skills, but their effectiveness is countless times greater because of the sensitivity of the soul."
"This also means that learning a spiritual skill is countless times harder than even high-grade skills, and a prime example of a high-grade spiritual skill is your Astral World Projection skill."
'The Astral World Projection is a good skill, but its use is quite basic for it being a high-grade spiritual skill.' Alex thought, not saying it out loud, keeping his thoughts to himself.
"The Astral World Projection skill is still in its infancy stage, and as your strength and Ruler Authority grow, the skill will evolve with them, and then you will realize its true value," Elder Darion said like reading Alex's mind.
'I thought that Astral World Projection is just a bundle skill needed to execute the Continental teleportation but its looks like I was way off the mark,' Alex thought.
"If you want to conclude some urgent business on the Human continent, then you should do it quickly, as you still need to complete the remaining four Ruler missions," Elder Darion said as he vanished back into thin air.
'I have over three days left before the 90-day period ends, and I should be able to complete all four Ruler missions in a single day, but to be safe, I will go to the Malefis Domain after one day,'
'In one day, I should be able to conclude the urgent things that I have been delaying for more than a month,' Alex thought.
