'Let's finish this.' Alex thought as he jumped just a few inches before the massive fist of the Lizardman leader smashed into his sword.

The impact sent Alex flying backward, and in that brief moment, he used his legacy weapon skill to transform his sword into a spear.
Alex used the spear to stabilize his footing, and after seeing the charging lizardman, he covered the spear in mana, rewound his arm, took aim, increased the spear weight to 300 kg, and then threw it toward the lizardman leader with every ounce of strength he had.
After leaving Alex's hand, the spear became a blur and, an instant later, hit the charging lizardman leader on his chest.
The spear tore through the chest of the lizardman leader, leaving behind a massive hole the size of a football, and continued on its trajectory.

Alex heard the system notification while having a relieved smile as he saw the hulking body of the lizardman leader walk a few steps before falling on his face.
'Let's Kill the remaining lizardman.' Alex thought as he summoned his weapon back and went on slaughtering the remaining lizardman who were scared to death seeing their leader get killed.
It took Alex only a few minutes to kill the remaining lizardman and collect the loot, and then he sprinted toward his next location.

'This is going to be very risky, but it will also be rewarding.' Alex thought, looking at a big settlement of snow Ogres from a distance.
Alex had been attacking only small settlements as he planned and using the same tactic as the first time to clean the whole place up but like in every plan, things didn't go as smoothly as he had hoped.
The raid on the first four settlements went smoothly without any problem, and Alex was able to complete them in just 9 hours, but then things went terribly wrong as he could only succeed in one out of the following five raids.
The four raids that Alex failed were all because the settlement leaders had left their settlement to go hunting, and engaging with them without the boost from his title could possibly end in his death, so he decided not to take the risk.
The abandoning of four settlements significantly messed Alex's plan up because even though he had scouted extra settlements in case something went wrong, but they were only two of them, and he needed five more at minimum to complete his quest.
After raiding the two settlements, Alex went in search of finding three more, and luckily he found two settlements back to back, with their leader meeting his mission requirement.
It took 29 hours in total for Alex to kill thirteen third Rank creatures, with nine of them counting toward his Ruler mission.
After searching for one and a half hours, Alex located an ogre settlement, and after spending forty minutes scouting it from a distance, he knew that raiding it was going to be very risky and challenging.
The Ogre settlement had close to one hundred Ogre of waring strength living inside it, but Alex was only worried about the three ogres who had the strength of early third Rank, and the chieftain was at the peak of the third Rank.
'Let's do this.' Alex thought as he walked toward the main entrance guarded by two hulking ten-foot giant ogres.

'I need to kill these two before the chieftain decides to make an appearance.' Alex thought as he heard the system notification of the title boost.
Alex was engaged in a battle with two Ogres who had the strength of the early third Rank, and the area around him was covered in bloodied bodies of tens of ogres.
The good thing for Alex was that he had killed one of the third Rank Ogre while another was near death with only 20% hp left, and the boss had yet to arrive, but with the increasing commotion, it wouldn't take too long.
The bad thing for Alex was that he was in a difficult situation as the remaining two third Rank Ogres were simultaneously attacking him, making it impossible for him to do any significant damage.
'Let's get some help.' Alex thought as he used the Tenacity skill.
"BOOM"
After the skill was activated, Alex intentionally let himself get hit by the heavy hammer of the Ogre, which sent him flying back, and while he was mid-air, he took out a potion bottle and drank it moments before crashing into the ground.
'20 Seconds and my mana will be full.' Alex thought, seeing the bloodied Ogre descending toward him with his double-bladed axe above his head, ready to swing it.
"BOOOMMM"
Alex didn't receive any damage because, after the first Rank promotion, all of his skills were upgraded to first Rank, and his ultimate defense skill, Tenacity, had a major boost to its limits.
After the Rank promotion, Tenacity skill defense limit was boosted from the previous peak Second Rank to the middle Third Rank, while mana usage was increased from 500 to 700 per second.
Alex's mana kept recovering by 4000 points after every second, and when it reached the seventy thousand mark, he immediately used the Summon Elemental skill by using all of it.
The potion Alex used was a fourth Rank healing potion that healed 4K HP/Mp every second for 50 seconds and had a cooldown of ten minutes, and in that time, he couldn't use any healing potions.
After regaining his footing, Alex went on full offense, taking full advantage of his state of invincibility, mainly focusing on the Ogre with low health.

After forty seconds, the Ogre's hp was down to 14% when Alex heard a loud booming roar, and he looked to the side and saw a dark giant looking toward him, waiting for orders.
'This is great.' Alex thought, looking at the dark elemental who stood just shy of ten feet in height with a single-edge great axe in his hand.

Alex didn't miss the opportunity and used a darkness slash at the knee of the wounded Ogre chopping half his leg cleanly, and an instant later, the second Ogre had an elemental axe tear into his right shoulder, giving him a big wound.

The ogres in the settlement were watching their strongest warrior corner Alex and didn't look concerned regarding the battle results, but after the appearance of the elemental and seeing what he did, all hell broke loose.
'I should finish him before the big boss shows up.' Alex thought, seeing the charging ogres toward him while a few of them ran into the settlement.
Alex sprinted toward the Ogre as he casted the darkness spear spell and fired them at the incoming ogres before starting hacking and slashing on to finish the wounded Ogre.
The Ogre tried to defend against Alex's attack, but his resistance was futile, and after forty seconds, the Ogre was dead with his head decapitated.
Alex didn't waste any time and started slaughtering the Ogres who came for the rescue while his elemental was dominating the fight against the last third Rank Ogre.
