Alex needed to kill ten peak third Rank creatures who had a trait like being named or having the title in just forty-eight hours, which would be impossible with his current capabilities.
Alex had two methods to go toe to toe and win against a peak third Rank creature, with the first one being he needed help from his elemental summon skill, which had a thirty-hour cool down period if he summoned a third Rank elemental.
So using elemental summon skill two times in forty-eight hours was impossible, let alone doing it ten times.
The second method was a little tricky to achieve but was much safer, and if executed without error, it guaranteed that Alex would win the battle against any peak third Rank creature.
The method required Alex to engage in a battle for thirty minutes to gain the full 30% stats boost from his Battle Emperor title and then engage with the third Rank creature using the Rage Embodiment skill.
The method was very risky because if things didn't go as Alex wanted them, it would waste his already limited time, and he would need to run to save his life.
The only solution to this problem was for Alex to learn third Rank spells, improve his strength, and then do the quest, but that would require months, which he didn't have the luxury to waste.

Alex didn't need to do much, as the lizardman's health kept going down as he lost more and more blood, making his attack becoming more sluggish and slow.
Alex created an opportunity by firing a darkness spear into the healthy left eye of the lizardman and then used the darkness slash to slice the creature's throat chipping away all his remaining health.
'Let's go on a killing spree.' Alex thought as he drank an advanced quality health potion and followed it up with a Mana and stamina potion.
Alex charged into the forty or so Lizardmen, who had a look of horror on their faces as they saw the dead body of their clan general.
The remaining lizardmen were in the first and second Ranks, and with Alex's current stats, he sliced through them like butter, and in the next three minutes, he killed twenty-one of them when the door of the biggest hut was sent flying.
A massive Lizardman exited the hut with his height reaching over ten feet, his body covered in thick muscles and blue and white scales with deep scars all over his body, making him look menacing.
"You have disturbed the sleep of this King, and a quick death will be a very light punishment for you." The lizardman spoke in his deep and hoarse voice after lazily looking at all the dead bodies and blood littering the ground.
