Alex had chosen all skills after thoroughly thinking about each of them because each skill would stay with him forever, and choosing something that would eventually get useless will be a tremendous loss in the long run.
All skills could be upgraded to the same Rank as Alex by paying a fraction of the skill points that a skill of that Rank will usually cost.
'I just hope that Summon Elemental is the same skill as Darrien believes it to be.' Alex thought, looking at the skill.
Alex had selected the Summon Elemental skill not because of its ability to summon a Rank three elemental but because, according to Darrien, the first Ruler had a skill of similar nature.
The Summon Elemental skill that the first Ruler had was broken on another level because, at his peak of strength, the skill had allowed him to summon a Dark Elemental creature of Transcendent Rank.
'There are so many differences in both skills, but the difference in Rank is also too great to make a comparison.' Alex thought as he bought the most expensive skill.
Alex was not delusional in believing that both skills were the same, but he was also not an idiot to miss on such an opportunity, even if it cost him enough skill points to buy two to three good skills.

Alex gained the Prehistorian title from learning the history of the ancient advanced human civilization, and it provided him with a 20% mana boost, but it was not without limitations.
The Prehistorian title had the limitation set on 10K mana stats, and after Alex reached that point, the title would become useless and would provide no new buffs, while all the previous boosts would be gone as well.
