Despite the Chaos that was spreading in different parts of the city, Los Angeles itself was relatively calm.
All the places that had been attacked were places that were relatively isolated. Thanks to this, they had been able to strike multiple places with no problem and took them by surprise.
In order to keep his warehouses secret, Kang Ho made sure to only use a low number of guards who were generally disguised as sailors or simply manual workers.
But this was only for the warehouse of the normal kind.
For those that held supernatural objects and which were thus exponentially more expensive, the defense location was no different from a pure fortress and were mostly placed in the canyon far from the city.

"So, what's the plan?"
A muscular man, with a large Canon resting on his shoulder, breathed deeply on a cigar before breathing out.
It was Mammoth. Not only did he have a Canon, but he also had a bunch of guns attached to his hips as well as some rifles.
Obviously, all those weapons were special weapons that had firepower enhanced greatly. Thanks to this, the imposing frame of Mammoth was made even more impressive.
Standing next to him, Nikola looked up with a crumpled expression. She loved Mammoth dearly. He was a great friend and a veteran of supernatural warfare. But she hated standing next to him as this made her even more conscious of her height.
Sighing in defeat about how Mammoth was literally blocking the light of the sun from reaching her, she choose to arrange her pair of gloves with a disgruntled expression,
"We don't have a plan. Hacker already worked on the security system and shared the full plans of the places. If we can't even beat them with this then we should just retire and tend to a garden."
"Heh…Things would be easier if you only let me do the work. I promise it will end fast."
Nikola chuckled at the words of the small-looking boy next to her. At first glance, he didn't look like much more than a 14-year-old kid but anyone believing that he was harmless would only receive a painful lesson.
His entire body was covered in clothes and even his face was covered by a gas mask. Giving him quite the creepy-looking presence.
"Alchemist. You know very well the boss officially forbids you from acting. You cause too much damage to the environment. I am pretty sure we still are."
Alchemist was one of the most recent members of their teams. Like many of them, he had a very difficult past and was saved by Yui. Thanks to this, he was also one of the most loyal members of the group.
His expertise had been very useful in bringing up the gang to the next level.
"So, in the end, is it only the two of us that will attack?"
"No. Chameleon is already on the terrain. He is just waiting for the signal. Now listen, the plan is simple—"
"I thought we didn't have a plan?"
Nikola glared at Alchemist who raised his hand in surrender with a mock laugh, "Sorry, sorry."
"Anyway. As I was saying before I got rudely interrupted—"

She closed her eyes when she saw Alchemist lift his hand as if he was a student wishing to ask a question to a teacher.

"Two questions. Scratch that, I have three. One where is Blade? Two, why are we all moving as a team for just one hideout? Finally…Where is the Prince?"
Since he was asking serious questions this time, Nikola was much more willing to answer,
"Hacker. You heard him?"
[Loud and clear.]
A voice sounded in their ears and on their glasses, a cute avatar of a teddy bear appeared.
"Long story short, Blade is keeping our hideout safe. Just in case they find out who we are. The reason we are moving together is that the Boss is suspecting the intervention of a foreign organization. She might be wrong but better be safe than sorry. If we were to meet a supernatural creature, things would get tricky."
Even though they were all strong, they did not have something special like a powerful bloodline or some divine weapons. They were mostly silver or gold-level hunters. So it was better for them to move in full teams when attacking.
"As for the Prince? Hehe…I sent him the coordinates not long ago. He decided to move alone and strike another place. Anyways he is our heavy hitter. So I accepted."
Alchemist huffed a little but nodded. He remembered clearly the massacre he had witnessed not long ago.
Thanks to his poison and other substances, he was quite powerful and good at large-scale massacres. But what he had witnessed on that day had been on another level.
Nikola grunted, "We seriously need a new nickname for him. It Feels weird to call him Prince."
"Hehe, isn't it his Gigolo name or something?"
"Indeed. Midnight Prince."
[How cheesy. I wonder if I should visit the Bar as a client next time. Some of my subordinates can't stop gushing about him.]
"Then, what about calling Death? Sounds cool, right? I mean, he is bringing death and destruction wherever he goes. Or what about Harbinger of Calamity!? No wait, even better. The Destroyer!"
Alchemist became excited the more he thought about different names they could give. Aside from Mammoth, he was the one who gave code names to everyone, even Shuri. So he was quite dissatisfied to know that the new member would not have a nickname he created as well.
"Well…Your naming sense is as interesting as ever."
Nikola Sighed.
"Hey, I am sure you like the nickname I gave you, right? Spider?"
Nikola coughed. She did find the nickname pretty cool indeed. But she would be found dead before she ever admitted this.
"Very well. Enough small talk."
"Everyone is ready?"
"Yep."
"Ready."
[Was ready hours ago.]
"Very well. Let's move out."
Nikola gave the signal, bloodlust shining in her eyes.
Once this day was over, no one would ever dare to underestimate the [Wild Hunt]
