Chapter 1341 Symphony

"Since you didn't even know the real intention behind it all, why did you continue to send his flowers after Grandma died?" asked Raelle to Mu Chenyan.

Mu Chenyan grinned at her in response, "Who cares about the intention? I just knew that my godmother wanted it so I continued her legacy without asking any questions. Besides, I thought Weimin would feel empty if the flowers stopped coming all of a sudden. I couldn't let that happen."

"I think you confused him more by continuing this legacy," was Raelle's point of view.

Mu Chenyan looked at Xiang Weimin who also nodded in response.

"And why didn't you continue it when he went to military academy?" asked Raelle. "It's not like you couldn't reach there."

"I could," replied Mu Chenyan. "But there was no fixed desk to put the flowers in anymore. So, I chose to just end it right there."

"Only Aunt would do all sorts of things," commented Xiang Wai. "I'm shocked right now. Here I thought there was really a fairy behind it all."

Mu Chenyan looked at her niece, "Don't I look like a fairy?"

Xiang Wai laughed and nodded, "Sure. You sure are one."

"Okay, let's have dinner. There is no point in discussing this anymore," said Xiang Hulin.

"Raelle, you should also stop trying to dig into the secrets. Just let the mystery stay," said Xiang Wai to Raelle.

"Why?"

"Why? I think I should ask you that. Why are you obsessed with answers?"

"Since there are questions, there should be answers, no?"

"No! Some questions don't need answers!" Raelle gave her a look, "Don't worry! I'll for answers for you too. I'll also prove that your supernatural experience was just in your head or have a very reasonable explanation that doesn't involve ghosts."

Mu Chenyan looked at Xiang Wai, "You met a ghost?"

"I don't wanna talk about it," said Xiang Wai to her and turned to Raelle. "And you! I didn't share it with you to look for answers. I just wanted to share it with someone after so long."

"But I'm not looking for answers for you," replied Raelle. "It's me. I need answers. It might be your secret but since you shared it with us, I at least can go and find answers for my curiosity, right?"

"Okay, but don't talk to me about that," said Xiang Wai. "You can look for whoever you want to."

"Deal!"

"Aunt, little aunt, why are you both arguing?" asked Justin. "Aunt, are you mad at little aunt?"

Xiang Wai's expression softened as she said, "No. I just think your little aunt is super annoying."

"I agree!" came Hyson's loud voice.

"No one asked for your opinion," said Raelle.

"I still wanted to share my opinion. What are you gonna do about that?"

"All of you should talk less and focus on the meal," said Mu Chenyan. "Why is there so much nonsense at the dinner table? Just because Elder Xiang isn't doesn't mean you all can just do whatever you want now."

Because of Mu Chenyan's words, the dinner was a lot more silent than usual. No one spoke unnecessarily but ate in silence like Raelle. It was obviously a little uncomfortable for some of them to eat silently but they still had to do it right now.

After dinner, they all dispersed sensibly. "Don't forget, we are leaving tomorrow," came Mu Chenyan's voice from behind. "Pack your bags at night. We'll be leaving after breakfast tomorrow!"

They all agreed and went their own ways. "Ellie!"

"What?"

"I just read that kids who like dinosaurs have unusual intelligence," told Hyson.

"So?"

"Aren't you gonna praise me for reading something useful?"

"Don't feel like it," replied Raelle. "Stop wasting time and go to bed."

"Who goes to bed right after eating?" asked Hyson. "Don't you agree, Xian Ge?"

Shui Xian moved his eyes from Raelle's face and turned to Hyson as he said, "No, I think it's necessary to go to bed tonight on time so that we can wake up refreshed in the morning for the flight back home."

Hyson narrowed his eyes at him, "You all just love going against me."

"I think you're talking about your yourself," said Raelle.

Hyson shook his head at her and walked faster to leave them behind. Raising his hand above his head, he waved saying, "Good night!"

"What's up with him?" asked Raelle.

Shui Xian held her wrist and dragged her back to their yard saying, "We'll ask him about that later. For now..." Pulling her inside, he closed the door and put her against the door as he went on, "Let's continue where we left off earlier." With that, his lips came to capture hers again with bubbling excitement.

Raelle pushed him a little and said against his lips, "I haven't taken a bath yet." "It doesn't matter!"

"Sweaty!" "I still don't give a damn!"

"You're too impatient," said Raelle.

Shui Xian hugged her body close and his lower region rubbed against her body as he asked in a suppressed voice, "Can you tell how impatient I really am right now?"

Raelle felt his hardness pressing against her clearly and had to say that he really couldn't hold it back. So, throwing away all the thoughts, she wrapped her arms around his neck and jumped on his body like a koala making him laugh but he still instinctively placed his hands on her butt to support her body hanging on him.

"Let's go!" she said as she kissed his sensitive ear making him shudder a little and making his heart itchy. And it was an itch that he couldn't seem to scratch with his hands either. Only she could solve this itch.

Soon, the sounds of their tongues and teeth clashing against each other echoed in the silence of the night. The scene instantly spiraled out of hands with their clothes getting lesser and lesser and their bodies getting closer and closer to create a symphony of their own to add sound to this silent night.
