Chapter 58: Your Doing
Before Su Yu could react, the man slammed her against the wall.
“Let me give you a proper kiss,” The man laughed as he said.
The smell of alcohol from his mouth rushed towards Su Yu and the disgusted Su Yu quickly turned her head away.
The burning sensation from her body confirmed that there was something wrong with the glass of wine.
“Babe…”
Before the man could finish his sentence, Su Yu lifted her leg and kicked him in the crotch.
The intense pain caused the man to curl up on the floor as he screamed.
This scene startled everyone around. Everyone quickly left the area because they were afraid that the drunkard would get up again and lunge towards them.
Su Yu glared at Lin Sisi and said, “Did you do it?”
“What do you mean? I did it? What does this man drinking too much have to do with me?” Lin Sisi was terrified and refused to admit it.
But Su Yu was too familiar with the way she acted. Even though she denied it, she was probably happy inside.
Su Yu was filled with disgust. Her sympathy had turned into rage.
“Is watching me make a fool of myself your goal?” Su Yu’s tone of voice turned cold as her expression darkened.
Lin Sisi suddenly saw Fu Yunian’s semblance in Su Yu’s demeanor and was so scared that she took two steps back.
But, she quickly became angry. How could Su Yu possibly kill her?
As she thought about this, she became more confident. She took a few steps towards Su Yu and said, “You have to have evidence when you speak, Miss Su. You taught me this. you can’t accuse me for no reason!”
Lin Sisi’s lips curled into a smug smile.
“Get lost!”
Su Yu didn’t have time to waste her breath on Lin Sisi. She pushed Lin Sisi away and ran towards the bathroom.
The medicine in her body began to take effect. Su Yu grabbed onto her arm as hard as she could and tried to use the pain to relieve the heat.
Along the way, she didn’t see a single security guard, not even the bodyguards she brought with her.
This made Su Yu suspicious. The drunk man didn’t even have a security guard stop him.
After the commotion, the bartender didn’t call for security.
So, why did the beggar call for her and the security guard when he was causing trouble?
Everything was too coincidental. Su Yu found it hard to believe that it was a coincidence and not someone’s scheme.
Su Yu ran to the bathroom and turned on the tap. She then continuously splashed water on her face.
The cold water reduced the sensation of heat in her body. Su Yu was glad that she didn’t drink too much so the medicine didn’t work that well.
Otherwise, she wouldn’t have been able to escape tonight.
Su Yu waited for half an hour before all the medicine in her body disappeared.
“Lin Sisi!”
Su Yu looked at herself in the mirror and muttered through gritted teeth.
After she tidied up her clothes, she immediately headed towards the ballroom.
She looked around and spotted Lin Sisi’s figure before walking straight towards her.
Perhaps because her imposing presence was too strong, Lin Sisi felt it and slowly turned around.
At the same time, Su Yu lifted her hand and grabbed Lin Sisi’s neck. With a slight bit of force, Lin Sisi’s face flushed.
“You… you crazy woman. What are you doing!” Lin Sisi was shocked.
“Let go. You’re hurting me!”
Lin Sisi wanted to struggle, but Su Yu’s hand tightened around her neck and she was too scared to move.
