Chapter 55: Going to a Party
“Yunian, I was the one who asked Sisi to come and chat with me. I’ll go out first. I won’t disturb your rest.”
Chu Yaoyao pretended to be relaxed and smiled, but she was actually extremely nervous.
Lin Sisi was really stupid. Did she not even know how to knock on the door?
If she were to reveal anything, she would be finished.
Chu Yaoyao grabbed Lin Sisi’s arm and quickly walked out of the ward. Then, she closed the door behind her.

“Sisi, you have no idea how much my heart aches for you. Su Yu did this to destroy you. She even tried to frame me and turn us against each other,” Chu Yaoyao said with a sad look on her face.
Lin Sisi furrowed her brows and asked, “What do you mean by frame you?”
This question stumped Chu Yaoyao. She didn’t know that Su Yu had asked her to look for her because she wanted to tell her that she had something to do with this incident.
For a moment, Chu Yaoyao didn’t know what to say. Lin Sisi was too stupid. She didn’t even suspect her, or did she trust her too much?
At this thought, Chu Yaoyao felt a little guilty, but her hatred for Su Yu quickly made it fade.
This was all because of Su Yu; otherwise, she wouldn’t have done what she did.
“That’s right, I wanted to help save your parents, but Su Yu wanted to use this opportunity to frame me. You can’t trust her!” Chu Yaoyao said angrily.
As Lin Sisi listened to these words, her body began to tremble and the scars on her body began to hurt.
A voice inside her head was about to shatter her ears.
“Su Yu!” Lin Sisi roared.
The sudden outburst startled Chu Yaoyao, but she quickly recovered.
Chu Yaoyao patted her back in an attempt to calm her down.
“Sisi, there’s a socialite ball tonight. Su Yu will be attending it. I’ve already taken care of everything. If you do as I say, you will definitely destroy Su Yu’s reputation.”
“Really?” Lin Sisi’s eyes lit up once again and she was filled with hope.
Right now, the only thing she had to live for was to kill Su Yu. Otherwise, she wouldn’t be able to rest in peace!
Chu Yaoyao smiled as she nodded her head and said, “Of course. Why would I lie to you? Don’t worry, I will definitely help you. If Su Yu dares to harm you, I will definitely make her suffer. I’ve asked someone to custom-make a high-end gown for you and send it over in a moment. I’ve already made an appointment with the makeup artist and stylist for you. Someone will contact you soon.”

Lin Sisi was moved as she smiled shyly. Her eyes were filled with gratitude as she said, “Yaoyao, thank you. You’re the best friend I’ve ever had.”
“Of course.”
When Lin Sisi couldn’t see, Chu Yaoyao’s eyes flashed with smugness.
“Yaoyao?”
Fu Yunian’s voice came from behind.
Chu Yaoyao was so scared that she turned around abruptly and her body stiffened.
“Yunian? Why are you here? Weren’t you resting in your room?” Chu Yaoyao’s lips curled up guiltily and her smile was a little forced.
When did he come here? Could it be that their conversation…
Chu Yaoyao didn’t dare to think about it. Beads of sweat broke out on her forehead.
Chu Yaoyao turned to Lin Sisi and said, “You should go back first. I’ll look for you another day. I’m really busy today.”
