Chapter 319: King Of Island Of Death.
''RAAAAAAAAH!''
*BAM!*
*CRACK!*
*CRUSH!*
Mountains cracked apart, the earth shook, and the ocean boiled.
It was a result of two individuals fighting till only one of them was left standing.
A bolt of lightning flew over in the sky; every now and then, it changed directions and struck the mountain, which made it explode into millions of tiny pieces.
*SPLASH!*
Suddenly, the lightning bolt changed directions again and, in a split second, appeared in the top of a massive ocean, which had no end in sight.
Once the lightning bolt got submerged inside the water, the ocean started boiling, and the water surface started lowering at an alarming rate.
*SPLASH!*
But soon, the lightning bolt once again left the water and started flying at a speed that was invisible to be noticed by common people.
Inside the lightning bolt…
Surprisingly there were two people fighting!
Well… It could be barely called as fight.
A figure with bloodied robes and a massive hole in his torso, which was gushing out of blood, was ruthlessly beating up the muscular man in front of him.
But, the muscular man didn't let go of the man's arm. His face was disfigured, and it is nigh-impossible to see his features underneath all that blood; most of the people would think that he was dead because he didn't even seem to be breathing, but the firm hold on the man's arm told everything that was needed.
Supreme Leader tried to speak out, but the miniature lightning bolts would invade his mouth if he even opened it, which would cause terrifying damage inside him.
That wasn't all; the miniature lightning bolts made Supreme Leader's skin boil, soon changing colors into charred black.
His powerful strikes, which could destroy mountains with a single blow landed on Abyss' face and torso.
He couldn't believe that he was still not going down!
'Why is he doing this? Is he really planning to sacrifice himself to kill me?!' Supreme Leader gritted his teeth and had to admit, he underestimated Humanity's Hope and his willpower.
Abyss' bloodied eyes saw a massive island not far from them. His eyes showed a tinge of fear, but then he gritted his broken teeth and increased the speed of the lightning bolt!
Supreme Leader saw surroundings changing, which resembled some kind of island. He frowned and wondered why Abyss brought them here.
''Raaaaaaaaah!'' Abyss screamed with his hoarse voice and increased the speed with another level!
Supreme Leader kept punching Abyss' face in hopes of his hold slipping, but it was to no avail. He even tried to punch Abyss' hand, which he used to grab him, but he didn't see him even flinching!
After half an hour of flying, Abyss' face didn't resemble a human's anymore, but a small smile was seen on his bloodied face.
Suddenly, the lightning bolt didn't fly forwards anymore; instead, it started descending and struck the nearby mountain!
*BOOOOOOOOOM!*
The mountain exploded into smithereens, which sent massive boulders flying all around the island, and soon turned into flaming boulders, resembling meteors!
*CRACK!*
The flaming boulders caused catastrophic damage to nature, making trees lit in flames, and it didn't take long for a massive wildfire to appear!
''Ugh!'' Supreme Leader coughed loudly and saw the area around him being nothing but desolate wilderness.
Broken trees and ruins of the mountain were littering the ground within a 500-meter radius of him.
''Where is that fucker…'' He scanned the area around him but couldn't find the bastard who made him feel pain, which he had never felt before.
He looked at his bleeding torso and grimaced as he saw blood gushing out without stopping.
*Screech*
Supreme Leader grabbed a piece of his robes and ripped it apart. It was a long enough piece to cover the massive gaping hole, but it couldn't do anything to stop the bleeding.
He stood up, with his messy red hair floating alongside the wind. The blood was still gushing out, coloring the ground below him in red.
''Where are you?!'' His loud scream echoed in the wilderness. A cloud of black smoke started escaping his body while his dead-looking eyes were looking all around him, but soon, he heard footsteps approaching.
He turned his head and saw a bloodied man walking towards him with heavy steps. He stopped in front of a broken tree trunk and sat down on it.
His chest barely moved as his breathing was very rough and distorted.
Supreme Leader clenched his fist, which was soon coated in black smoke, ''Where are we?''
''Haaahhh…'' After Abyss opened his mouth, blood started pouring down on his mouth, and it seemed to be a miracle that he was even alive!
''Where are we?!'' He screamed, which sent a small shockwave that destroyed the nearby trees into pieces.
''Y-Y-You…'' Finally, Abyss managed to utter his words, ''Shouldn't… Be…''
''Hmm?'' Supreme Leader perked up his ears and tried to understand his words, which was easier said than done.
''S-Shouting…'' Abyss finished his words and started coughing.
With each cough, another spurt of blood left his mouth.
''You shouldn't be shouting?'' Supreme Leader frowned and wondered what he meant by that, but soon, his questions were answered, and it was something that went way beyond his expectations.
*RAAAAAAAAAAAWR!*
A powerful roar made the clouds above the island vanish.
Supreme Leader went pale as he shakily turned his head towards the distance, where the largest mountain he had ever seen was.
On top of the mountain, which was reaching all the way to the sky. A four-limbed figure appeared, who was large enough to stand on top of the mountain and still make it look small.
The creature was over 10km in length with a massive torso and limbs that could crush mountains to pieces and destroy humanity. The creature had a pure white fur with pitch dark eyes and claws that looked sharp enough to cut the world in half!
Surprisingly, the creature's eyes got locked with a pale man with bloodied robes, but that alone made Supreme Leader fearful and frightened.
''W-W-What is that?'' He stumbled backwards and felt his body freezing over while being watched by the massive creature.
Abyss' face also showed fear as he said his words, ''K-King… I-I-It is King of this Island…''
''W-Where did you take us?!'' Supreme Leader screamed with horror, until remembering to not shout, and quickly covered his mouth.
Abyss sighed, ''I-Island of Death…''
Supreme Leader widened his eyes in shock and horror, ''Y-Y-You!''
''King of Island of Death… Is Tyrant-Ranked Beast… A creature… That even I couldn't defeat when I was in my prime…'' Abyss closed his eyes and started shedding tears, knowing that he couldn't see his family any longer, but relieved nonetheless.
With Supreme Leader here, he can't be any danger towards his family.
''You bastard!'' Supreme Leader grabbed Abyss from his throat and angrily squeezed, ''Do you think I can't escape this place?! First thing I will do is kill your fucking family, and I will make it painful… Very painful!''
Abyss didn't open his eyes and felt no air moving in his lungs; he felt death approaching…
A bright light appeared in his mind, and Abyss started slowly moving towards the light…
Once his body was about to touch the light, Supreme Leader stopped squeezing and threw Abyss to the ground with anger.
Once again, air managed to flow in his lungs as Abyss' eyes slowly opened.
The creature slowly started descending the mountain, and it was obvious who his target was…
Supreme Leader, with fear, looked straight towards the creature with his whole body drenched in sweat.
''I will survive… There is no way I will die! Not before the World is kneeling before me!''
