Harry's eyes widened in shock, as his eyes took in the terrifying image in front of him.
What slammed into the ground was the arm of a large bear, with thick black fur covering its whole body, and two small horns jutting out from the sides of its head.

it let out a deep, infuriated snarl at Harry, baring its sharp, deadly fangs at him.
Harry gritted his teeth, as he landed back on the ground. Since he landed so suddenly, his footing was a little unsteady at first, but he was able to correct it quick enough.
He turned his gaze to the giant mana beast in front of him, and his brows furrowed slightly.
Now that he was able to get a good look at it, he now realized how huge the bear really was.
It stood at an astounding height of 200cm, with two thick, muscular arms dangling at its side. At the end of each hand, was a deadly set of long, sharp, and powerful iron claws, that seemed like they could tear down any thing.
Besides its short ears, were a pair of small white horns, that jutted just a little above its head.
Harry's eyes squinted slightly, as he started at the huge bear. He was still surprised at how fast the mana beast's earlier attack was, it was so fast that if not for the small spark he suddenly felt a second before the attack, he doubted he would have been able to dodge it.
'That weird spark… was it danger sense in effect?' Harry thought, with his brows furrowed slightly.
However, he simply pushed it at the back of his mind, deciding to think about it later. Since the mana beasts was still in front of him, he couldn't afford to be careless, not when he was facing a stage three mana beast.
He didn't know whether it was just his bad luck, he had expected to meet a stage three mana beast after at least going deeper into the zone, but yet, it turned out a stage three bear was what attacked him first.
Harry looked back at the ground where the bear had hit earlier, seeing the huge dent made on the ground, he sucked in a cold breadth.
'I must not let this beast's claws hit me… I have to avoid it at any cost.' He thought.
Using this opportunity when the beats wasn't attacking him, Harry quickly scanned it using [Probe].

He had already amplified the power of his attack using his energy, and the power behind the wind slash was a lot more higher than it normally was.

The slash of wind sliced through the air with great speed, rapidly closing in on the huge bear.

A system notification appeared at the corner of his eye, but he ignored it, focusing more on the mana beast in front of him.
Almost immediately, it landed against the mana beast, slashing it from the top of its head down to the bottom of its abdomen, with the force and suddenness of the attack pushing it backwards by a few feet.

The beast let out another roar in anger, before so dashing towards Harry at insane speed, swinging its other claw towards Harry in order to crush him.
Harry gritted his teeth in annoyance when he saw the beast charging at him, however, his agility was currently higher due to [Accelerate] being active and him continuously channeling his energy into his legs, so he had the advantage in speed.
Just as the beast's claws were about to descend on him, Harry immediately leapt forward, causing the bear's claw to miss and crash into the ground once more.
Using the bear's arm as a stepping, Harry swiftly leapt upwards, harnessing a little of the energy flowing in his legs to propel himself.
'Lightning Ball!' He shouted, pulling one of his hands backwards. A medium sized blue ball of lightning rapidly formed in the middle of his outstretched palms, with lightning dancing all around it.
Without wasting any time , Harry quickly launched the lightning ball towards the face of the bear.
Crackle!
It blitzed dangerously with lightning as it flew through the air, rapidly closing the distance between Harry's hands and the bear's face.
Blast!
The lightning ball crashed into the mana beast's face with full force, suddenly exploding into a blast of lightning, with each spark of lightning stinging the bear's face.
The mana beast grunted in pain, as the force behind the lightning blast pushed it backwards once more.
It grabbed its face with claws, the lightning from the blast still stinging its face with pain.
Harry knew better than to waste this chance when the mana beast wasn't focused on him, so he immediately charged at the bear once more, aiming to land another attack and weaken it even further.
However, as he was about to close in on the beast, he suddenly felt a familiar spark in his head, and his eyes widened, with his instincts tingling like crazy.
Harry didn't stop to wonder why the spark in his head appeared, and immediately followed his instincts, leaping backwards.
Just as he jumped backwards, the two small white horns on the mana beast's head unexpectedly glowed with a dim yellow hue.
Roarrr!!!
The bear let out a loud roar, before dashing at Harry once more, except this time, its speed was faster!
Harry gritted his teeth in annoyance, and quickly tried to activate another skill, but before he could even react, the bear suddenly swung one of its claws at him, this time, with the swing packing a lot more power.
Harry tried to dodge the attack, by moving to the side once more, however, the attack was faster than he could react to, even with [Accelerate] activated.
He wasn't able to escape the swing, and it landed on his torso with full force.
Harry's mouth widened slightly in pain, as the power behind the swing completely crushed his ribs, causing blood to spurt out of his mouth.
As if that wasn't enough, the bear's claws also dug deeply into his flesh, leaving deep cuts that ran across his chest.
Before he was even able to stabilize himself, his body was immediately sent flying by the sheer force of the attack, crashing into a tree in the distance.
"Arrrg!!" Harry grunted in pain, more blood spurting from his mouth, as his back collided against the trunk of the tree, the impact speeding tremors throughout his body.

'It's been a while… since I've seen this notification.' Harry thought, wincing in pain from his injuries. Blood trickled down from the sides of his lips, and the deep cuts made by the beast's claws slowly started closing up.
Since he rarely sustained serious injuries during his fights with stage two mana beasts, he hardly ever needed to use this skill.
