After hanging up, she turned to look at Huo Xishen.
“Mr. Huo, look, Yang Qing is trying to scheme against me.”
Huo Xishen was reading a book. Hearing her words, he raised his head slightly and asked, “Darling, are you sure you’re not the one scheming against her?”
Yan Jinyi humphed coldly and then laughed out loud, thinking to himself that Yang Qing was probably planning to take advantage of this opportunity to get a large sum of money. When the time comes, she would abscond with the money and then frame Yan Jinyi on it.
If she was the initiator and spokesperson, everyone would believe Yang Qing, causing Yan Jinyi to plunge to the doldrums.

Yang Qing booked a yacht restaurant which had been extremely popular lately, though Yan Jinyi was unsure if it was deliberate or not. It would take about a two-hour drive to get there from the city.
Yan Jinyi contemplated for a while and decided to wear a blue and white beach dress with a thin jacket. Instead of attending a banquet, she looked like she was going for a vacation instead.
The beach was lined up with lights and more than ten sailboats docked on the shore.
Yan Jinyi was ushered to No. 6 sailboat by the staff. The largest sailboat had a romantic interior and a special violin band on the deck.
If the person she was meeting wasn’t Yang Qing, she would have suspected that someone had prepared a wedding proposal for her.
Yan Jinyi shook off the goosebumps of her body and reached out to fumble about in her small handbag before entering the cabin with a smile on her face.
Apart from Yang Qing, there were two other wives of wealthy men. The trio were laughing and chatting merrily.
“You’re here, Second Young Mistress Huo, please have a seat.”

‘He’s just a live-in husband, isn’t he?’ Yan Jinyi secretly thought to herself.
“Hello, Madam Zhou.”
‘You’re being too polite, Second Young Mistress Huo. It’s my blessing to meet you!”
Yan Jinyi smiled.
Yang Qing began to introduce her to another woman. “Second Young Mistress Huo, this is Madam Yan, the boss of Chuang Yi Enterprise. She lives abroad all year round and has only recently returned to China.”
