Chapter 497: Deeply In Love
Huo Xian returned to his island on the seventh day of the Lunar New Year.
He didn’t like the polluted air in the city and his grandchildren would often get on his nerves.
Before leaving, he didn’t forget to earnestly urge both his granddaughters-in-law to have a baby as soon as possible.

Yan Jinyi secretly glanced at Huo Zihang and thought, ‘The island has long become mine because Huo Zihang’s son has already agreed to give it to me.’

After drafting a plan, the next step would be to rope Huo Xishen in for the investment.
“Mr. Huo, I know of a great investment plan, do you want to give it a try?”
Huo Xishen already knew what she was planning to do.
“Darling, I can afford to provide for you.”
“But I can’t afford to provide for myself!”

Before she even finished, Huo Xishen suddenly stood up and said coldly, “I’m not going to invest in that. I’ll head to the office now.”

She had even thought of a storyline for the movie but Huo Xishen just had to be a wet blanket.
Yan Jinyi stomped her feet angrily and her cell phone happened to ring at this moment.
She picked it up and hollered furiously, “Get straight to the point, I’m busy!”
The person who called was clearly stunned. After a long time, she said timidly, “Jin…Jinyi, it’s me, Sangsang. Can you…come accompany me?”
Yan Jinyi asked with raised eyebrows, “Huh?”

The place was quite far from the Huo family estate.
“Okay, if he bullies you, just retaliate. You can splash water at him or smash a cup at him. Whatever you do, I’ll back you up.”
Amused by her words, Tan Sangsang said, “Jinyi, it’s not that dramatic.”
“It can be.”
She headed upstairs and casually grabbed a jacket. After thinking about it, Yan Jinyi changed her mind and carefully picked out a suit that had a conspicuous brand logo.
‘Make myself look rich and impressive? I’m best at that. I have to be prepared in case that man turns out to be a snob.’
By the time Yan Jinyi arrived, Tan Sangsang had already begun chatting with her blind date.
The man was an ugly and chubby man who seemed to be balding.
