“Why is your hair wet?” he asked sternly.
The eagle-eyed Huo Xishen frowned when he saw the water flowing from the tip of her hair.
Yan Jinyi pursed her lips and said, “I don’t feel like blow-drying my hair. Why don’t you help me, Mr. Huo?”
‘You called me Honey just now, why are you calling me Mr. Huo again now?’
Huo Xishen looked askance at her and said, “Go do it yourself.”
“Huo Xishen, are you my husband or not? Will it kill you to help me blow dry my hair!?!”
Yan Jinyi suddenly got really menacing as she picked up the hair dryer and plugged it into the socket. She then sat still with her back facing Huo Xishen. “I’m very, very cold now, do as you deem fit.”
‘This girl is really…’
Huo Xishen pinched his temples and got up to walk towards her.
When he lifted her wet hair that was spread all over her back, he finally realized that the fabric pressed against her back was damp.
It accentuated her delicate and svelte figure.
Suppressing his sudden desires, Huo Xishen began to help Yan Jinyi blow dry her hair attentively.
Her hair was long and voluminous with a good texture. Hence, it took a lot of effort and time for it to be completely dry.
“Okay, go back to bed. By the way, change out of whatever you’re wearing.”
Yan Jinyi got up and stood facing Huo Xishen. She reached out and grabbed his still untied tie. “I predict that I will have nightmares tonight, I desperately need you to sleep beside me!”
“I didn’t know you could predict the future, Darling.”
Yan Jinyi nodded shamelessly. “I have lots of many other skills. I need you to discover them.”
Yan Jinyi’s words were extremely ambiguous.
“Darling, your clothes are wet, you’ll fall sick if you don’t change out of them quickly.”
Yan Jinyi pretended to unintentionally touch his Adam’s apple and she could see his body trembling visibly.
“Help me with it.”
Huo Xishen said sternly, “Men and women shouldn’t have much physical contact.”
“Cut the crap, don’t talk to me about that sh*t, we’re living in a modern society and I’m liberal enough now. Besides, we’re married. What’s wrong with you helping me change out of my clothes? You can do whatever you want to me.”
‘Whatever I want?’
Huo Xishen couldn’t help but cough.
She was still as uncouth as ever.
Huo Xishen’s breathing began to get erratic.
Yan Jinyi whistled and said, “Mr. Huo, I’ve flirted with you so many times, has it never crossed your mind to do me right on the spot?”
Huo Xishen pressed his thin lips together. ‘Damn!’
Huo Xishen was the first man Yan Jinyi flirted with in such a lewd manner and she was bent on conquering him.
Seeing how ascetic he was, Yan Jinyi suddenly had an impulse.
‘You have misogyny, huh? I will personally cure your misogyny!’
Having made up her mind, Yan Jinyi pushed his chest hard and pinned him onto the sofa.
She instantly straddled his lap and they were now in an extremely intimate position.
Perhaps because she was too quick, she kissed Huo Xishen before he could even react.
He opened his eyes a little to look at Yan Jinyi in shock.
Yan Jinyi had been overly impulsive and rational. The moment she kissed him, she came to a sudden realization.
In just a few seconds, she had already pulled away from him and stood up. Seeing how red Huo Xishen’s ears were, she covered her mouth and coughed. “Not bad. Mr. Huo, you’d better try your best to cure your problem. It won’t be so simple next time.”
After saying that, she left without looking back.
