Huo Qingyuan shook her head and said, “No, no, I like it very much. This gift… is very unique.”
The uniqueness of it scared the wits out of her!
“Get Huo Zihang to move it to your room then. I think the spot where the painting in your room is hung is just right.”
“No!” After saying that, Huo Qingyuan tried her best to smile and said sheepishly, “Second Sister-in-law, your gift is the most precious. How can I place it outside? I have to preserve it very well.”
Huo Zihang said gloatingly, “Don’t do that! Second Sister-in-law put in effort into giving you this gift, of course she’d want you to put it in a spot that you’ll see immediately after you wake up. This is such a good gift, you have to display it where more people can see.”

“What are you guys doing?”
Upon sight of Yan Jinyi, Zhuang Heng immediately rushed over to look at her pitifully. Pointing at his manager, he said, “Little Pepper, that damned guy wants me to take couple shots with another woman, but I belong to you, so how can I betray you? Little Pepper, aren’t I right?”
Yan Jinyi pursed her lips and moved further away from Zhuang Heng in disgust. “Just take the photos, it’s no big deal.”
Zhuang Heng widened his peach-blossom-shaped eyes and looked at Yan Jinyi in disbelief. He raised his hand and pointed it at her shakily, as if he was a poor thing who had been abandoned by his spouse. “Little Pepper, you actually want me to take couple photos with another woman. You… Little Pepper, I’m so heartbroken.”
The crew of ‘Female Fortress Leader’ had long gotten used to Zhuang Heng’s coquettish ways. However, the staff of the TV station were looking at the two of them in horror.
They had discovered a huge secret!
“Jinyi, don’t listen to his nonsense. We received an invitation from an internationally famous magazine, and they want Zhuang Heng to shoot for the cover page, but he’s dead set against working with a female model.”
“Is she pretty?”
