Evangeline Mansion.

Underground Chamber 013

The room trembled as a swirling vortex of darkness materialized in its center, an ominous black hole that seemed to defy the laws of reality.

Then, in a mesmerizing display of cosmic energy, two figures emerged from the abyss and stepped onto solid ground.

It was Vincent and Long Mu, she was now wearing a green dragon scaled dress.

The dress clung to her form like a second skin, accentuating her graceful silhouette and revealing the majesty of her true dragon nature. Each scale seemed to glisten with its own

"This ability is really impressive. The man that gives this to you must be really strong ," Long Mu spoke , she was impressed by the teleportation talisman that Vincent had used.

"Is space ability really that rare ?" He asked. He wanted to get the same ability but he was clueless on how to get one.

"It is . Even in Wyvern Heaven , only a selected few dragons was able to control space and it was only limited to a few kilometers." She replied.

Hearing this he realized how impressive the space guy was.

"Let's talk about this more later. I want you to meet my other wives," he said, shifting the conversation. He knew they had plenty of time to delve deeper into this topic in the future.

"Hmm," she nodded with a gentle smile, her dragon-scaled dress shimmering softly as she moved. The thought of meeting Vincent's other wives piqued her curiosity, and she was eager to know more about the women who had captured his heart..

As they opened the door, she was taken aback by the unfamiliar scene before her.

Unlike the marbled chamber they were in earlier, the hallway had a futuristic vibe. It was lined with sleek metal panels, and soft lights adorned the walls. The floor had a unique metallic texture, and she noticed high-tech monitors displaying different type of images and shapes.

"This is really amazing," she commented, marveling at the technological advancements.

"The world has changed so much. I'm sure you'll be amazed by all the new things it has to offer," he remarked.

"As long as I'm with you, everything is amazing, my husband," she held his hand.

Vincent was speechless. He was still not used to being called " husband", but he couldn't bring himself to tell her that because it was how she expected herself.

As they continued walking, they were greeted by low-ranking members of the Moonlight Sanctuary.

However, these members seemed uneasy and avoided making direct eye contact with Long Mu.

Vincent couldn't help but notice their strange behavior, so he looked at her with a confused expression.

"It's because of my dragon aura," she explained, understanding the reason behind their uneasiness.

"Dragon Aura?" He questioned, intrigued by the concept.

"That's right, it's some kind of invisible power only available to dragons. It has the effect of inflicting fear on others with lower bloodlines,"

"Then why am I not affected?" He inquired further. He was pretty sure that a dragon bloodline was way higher than a werewolf.

"Silly, you're too strong to be affected by it... it's not really useful against powerful individuals, but it could make weaker people cower in fear," Long Mu replied.

"Can you turn it off?" He asked. It would be a problem if it was a permanent ability.

"Of course. I was just being careful because I'm in a new place," she smiled and turned off her ability.

Vincent didn't feel any immediate difference, but he noticed that the people they met started to look at her differently.

Some of the males seemed captivated by her beauty now, and he couldn't blame them.

She was already stunning as a human, but her transformation into a dragon had elevated her beauty to a whole new level.

It was as if she embodied the majesty of a dragon while still retaining the allure of a woman. Anyone could not help but be mesmerized by her breathtaking presence.

"Vincent!" A voice echoed from the end of the hallway, breaking the stillness of the metallic surroundings. Erika's footsteps reverberated against the walls as she hurried closer.

"Where have you..." She began, but her expression turned serious upon seeing Long Mu.

Long Mu's presence was really powerful, and it seemed to send a shiver down Erika's spine.

Her instincts, honed from countless battles, were warning her of the sheer strength and danger that emanated from the woman before her.

"It's okay, Erika. This person is my wife before I met Elizabeth," he explained, trying to calm her emotions.

But he made a grave mistake .

"Before Sister Elizabeth? So you're telling me that she's actually your first wife?" Erika's eyebrows shot up in annoyance, a hint of jealousy evident in her tone.

"This will be a big problem. I need to explain before this thing escalates," he muttered to himself, feeling the tension in the air.

However, before he could even utter a word, Long Mu took the initiative and spoke up.

"That's right. I'm his first wife. I met him a few millennia before Elizabeth," Long Mu declared, her tone filled with pride and confidence.

"A few millennia before us?" Erika's voice turned cold.

In fact, the whole place's temperature seemed to drop down.

"It's getting cold; let me fix it, my husband," Long Mu giggled. With a flick of her finger, Erika's power was canceled out effortlessly.

Seeing what happened, Erika tried to lower the temperature even further, but no matter what she did, it remained the same.

"Are you trying to do something?" Long Mu asked with a puzzled look on her face. But it was clear that she was just acting to taunt Erika.

"You..." Erika was visibly annoyed.

Vincent on the other hand was taken aback by Long Mu's demeanor. She seemed kind and innocent, but in that moment, he saw a glimpse of her true strength and domineering aura.

'She's scarier than I thought,' he felt a bead of sweat forming on his forehead. Long Mu might be even stronger than him at this point in time.

Now he finally realizes why Fenrir left without informing her. He was afraid that she would be too stubborn and not let him go back to Europe.

"Long Mu, please stop teasing Erika," Vincent finally spoke.

"Your words are absolute, my husband, but this place will freeze if she doesn't stop her power first," she replied with a playful tone.

"Erika, stop what you're doing," he ordered.

Erika wanted to retort, but seeing Vincent's serious face made her afraid. She was worried that he would hate her for causing trouble.

""I apologize," Erika spoke with a defeated voice, realizing that her usual playful banter was not appropriate at the moment.

Vincent felt guilty seeing her expression, but he knew he needed to discipline her. It was important to set boundaries and maintain order among his wives.

"I need to set my house rules to prevent this from happening again," he muttered under his breath.

Evangeline Private Study Room

"I'm so glad to have you join us, Sister Mu," Evangeline greeted her with a wide smile.

Long Mu also smiled warmly in response, her presence radiating confidence and power. It was clear that she was no ordinary individual, and Evangeline couldn't help but feel delighted with her presence.

Vincent might be powerful, but he was only one person. Having Long Mu join the group was undoubtedly good news.

Meanwhile, Erika stood a bit aloof, still reeling from the earlier encounter .

"Now that we're all together, we can discuss our next plan of action," Vincent said, shifting the focus to their upcoming mission.

"What do you have in mind ?" Evangeline asked.

"I need to gather the other fragments, so for now, I want Long Mu to familiarize herself with the present era," he said.

"Then let me join you," Long Mu pleaded.

"I understand how you feel. But it's essential for you to adapt to this era. The world has changed a lot, and I want you to experience it fully," Vincent said, his voice filled with sincerity.

"But I don't care about those things. What I want is to be with you," she remained stubborn, her eyes filled with determination. She was afraid that Vincent would leave her alone again, and she couldn't bear that thought.

Now, Vincent found himself in a dilemma. He was sure to find other women in his search for the fragment, and it would be easier to interact with them if he were alone.

But he also couldn't ignore Long Mu's feelings and her desire to be by his side.

"How about you try helping me with my job instead," Evangeline intervened, trying to save Vincent.

"What do you mean?" Long Mu was curious.

"You see, Brother Vincent is the leader of our organization. This organization was built to fight against anything that can threaten his life in the future, so a lot of us who love him work 24/7 to make sure that we become strong enough for any challenges."

"That's great! It's only right that we try our best to protect my husband. His life is the most important thing in the world. No... the whole universe," Long Mu nodded in agreement.

"I could not agree more, Sister Mu. So why not help me? Let's do our best to make this organization stronger and better!" Evangeline stood up, her eyes filled with determination and enthusiasm.

"You have my back, Little Sister Evangeline," Long Mu responded with a confident and resolute expression.

"Thank you, Sister Mu. Now come with me so I can show you the whole operation of the organization," Evangeline said, extending her hand with a confident smile.

Long Mu happily took Evangeline's hand, her eyes sparkling with curiosity and excitement.

"Let's go," Evangeline said eagerly.

.

"Don't worry about me, my husband. I will do my best to protect you," she declared with unwavering determination, radiating a sense of loyalty and love.

"I know you will,"
