Vincent's agile body gracefully jumped from one building to another, the city landscape passing in a breathtaking blur as he followed the energy of his fragment.

SWOOSH

SWOOSH

SWOOSH

With every leap, he felt the pulse of energy from his fragment. It was also moving away from him through the city at an impressive pace, but he still remained calm and composed.

He had decided to meet up with the individual who stole the fragment in the first place on his own.

If this individual turned out to be an old god, having the girls accompany him might only add unnecessary complications. Although Erika could be an exception, he still chose to go solo.

After a few minutes, he reached the outskirts of the city where the buildings thinned out.

Without any hesitation, he jumped down from the last rooftop, landing gracefully on the ground, and then sprinted toward the hills

SWOOOSH!

Despite already moving at an extreme speed, he noticed that the entity he was pursuing managed to maintain its distance effortlessly.

"Someone can actually keep up with my normal speed," he muttered to himself . His swiftness was one of his main advantages, making it quite surprising to encounter someone who could match him.

Now, whether it was an old god or not, Vincent was certain that the person he was about to meet would be many times stronger than Diablo. His intuition was warning him not to underestimate this mysterious individual.

And he knew better than to let his guard down, recognizing that this encounter could be unlike anything he had faced before.

Finally, he reached the summit of the hill, and there, a shadowy figure stood waiting for him.

As he drew nearer, he noticed that the figure was draped in an oversized, black robe, making it difficult for him to discern his/her gender.

The design of the robe seemed strangely familiar, reminiscent of the garments worn by the wizards of the Ministry of Magica.

However, this person's robe appeared to be on a whole new level of sophistication and opulence. The material used for the robe was unlike anything he had ever encountered, giving off an aura of extraordinary craftsmanship and elegance.

"Welcome , Moonlight Overlord," came a female voice from the robed figure.

"A woman ? And she seems to know me, " Vincent couldn't help but feel puzzled by the familiarity of the greeting.

"Do we know each other?" he asked, his curiosity evident in his voice.

His mind raced, trying to recall any possible connections he might have with this mysterious woman concealed within the elegant robe.

But all he could think of was another woman who had fallen in love with Fenrir in the past. At this point, that seemed more probable in his defense.

"No, you're just an insignificant figure in our eyes in the past, so this is actually the first time we are meeting," the woman answered.

Her words were undeniably arrogant, but for some reason, they didn't sound as harsh as they should have coming from her mouth. Instead, it was as if she was simply stating an indisputable truth.

"How about showing your face, so we could get to know each other? "

"No, you're not worthy yet," the robe woman replied. Her decision to remain concealed only deepened the air of mystery surrounding her..

"Then why did you invite me here if you're not even planning to reveal yourself?" he inquired, his curiosity now tinged with a touch of impatience.

"To give you this," she said, raising her arms and throwing the fragment towards Vincent.

As it landed in his hand, he felt an immediate connection with it. The fragment began to dissolve and meld with him, its energy merging seamlessly with his own.

Then a surge of power coursed through his veins, and he could feel his power improving again.

"How did you get the fragment before me?" He asked.

He couldn't help but wonder how she had managed to obtain the fragment ahead of him.

As for thanking her, that notion seemed unnecessary to Vincent. He was confident that he could have obtained this fragment himself if the woman had not intervened.

"I have my ways," the robe woman replied nonchalantly.

Vincent's patience wore thin, and he was no longer willing to dance around the enigma before him.

"Stop playing around, and tell me what you're after then ," he demanded.

The woman paused for a moment.

"I want to check if you're worthy of the vacant seat," the woman answered.

"Check if I'm worthy for the seat? What do you mean?" he inquired, trying to decipher her intentions.

"I can't answer you without checking your ability first," the robe woman replied, shaking her head.

"Do you want to take the test?" she asked, leaving the decision entirely up to Vincent.

Vincent couldn't help but feel a sense of surprise and even a touch of irritation at the woman's insistence on testing his powers.

After all, he had grown significantly stronger since his encounter with Diablo, having gathered two more fragments and honed his abilities along the way.It seemed almost absurd that someone would still doubt him.

"I don't really care about that seat of yours, but I'm interested to see how strong you are to be so confident in front of me,"

"Domain," Vincent muttered, and both of them were instantly drawn into his own realm.

In an instant, the surroundings transformed around them. They were no longer standing on the hilltop but were transported to a different reality—a realm shaped and governed by Vincent's own power.

As the realm shifted under his command, the icy landscape transformed into something entirely different. The moonlit scenery now bore the intense fury of volcanoes, their fiery mouths spewing molten lava into the skies.

At his will, lush green mountains began to protrude from the ground, a testament to the new element he had acquired after obtaining the fourth fragment—the ability to control earth.

His domain was an extension of his true capabilities, a place where he held complete command. He prepared himself to demonstrate his prowess, eager to show her the extent of his strength and confidence.

Unfortunately, the woman's face, still hidden beneath the robe, remained unreadable.

Inside the Domain.

"To think that this domain is able to defy the limiter of fate is truly astounding," the robe woman spoke.

"But this is better for me too. In this place, my own power would also not be limited," she giggled mischievously.

Suddenly, an overwhelming force surged forth from the woman. It was so strong that the entire moon began to vibrate as if struggling to contain her immense power.

Even Vincent, who was no stranger to overwhelming energies, was taken aback by this sudden turn of events. The force she emanated seemed to transcend the boundaries of what he had ever encountered.

"You'd better hold on, or your domain might crumble from my aura alone," the robe woman chuckled, her melodic voice resonating with power.

She was now fully covered with pure blue energy that was even purer than Vincent's own. Even he could tell that the quality of this energy was higher than his own.

"I'm just getting started "he replied with a chuckle.
